The hotel lies at the end of the seafront and is therefore fairly quiet. All shops are nevertheless easy to reach. Whole complex very clean and makes an extremely maintained impression. read more

    We booked a junior suite and have instead a suite. Living room, separate bedroom, roof terrace and in addition balcony. Wonderful with super sea view. Also here everything was great clean. Flat screen tv in the living room and in addition in the bedroom.

    Very well maintained restaurant with rich breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately there were 2 meal times (18:00-19,30 and 20:00-21,30). Tables also the 2. layer fully newly restocked, so always everything very clean and tidy was.

Very beautiful hotel, is considered as the best on the Sonnenstrand. Bus station and supermarket directly opposite. Stop, several bus lines route, reachable in circa 10 minutes on foot. Currency exchange is in the hotel ( from 08:00 to 20:00) possible. ATM/Cash machine right on the hotel on the waterfront. Bathroom and additional toilet. 2 color -tv in the room 2 closets with really sufficient (about 30!) Clothes Hangers. Mini bar and mietsafe costs extra. Dinner in buffet form in choice and quality very, very good! So if you didn't find anything here, should be worldview reconsider. Transfer ... to the airport Burgas about 30 minutes hotel has my expectations in all areas exceeded! read more

A great hotel except couple exceptions: - very cold water in the pool ( I had no only A bath) it needs to be heated. - getränkekontrolle (for the walk to the hotel were handbags and shopping bag to brought drinks from security searches) - unfriendly staff in the hotel's own currency exchange (the local staff members spoke with a no word. No please, no thanks. Nothing. No matter in which language you spoken) Tough and mostly dry meat during dinner, old, rock hard rolls for breakfast. - Russian guests I noticed for the first time I went negative. Perhaps ... it was because of the fact, that very many were. They slammed already early in the morning with the hotel doors. Yelled by the pool and with the food in the restaurant. Apart from that everything was great. Very clean hotel with genuine great staff. Everything was nicely well-kept and designed with much attention to detail. Especially friendly I found the staff at reception, the cleaning ladies and female serving staff. The male employees of services were rather taciturn. read more

The hotel and the location are very good- only it is on the edge the Bulgarian' Ballermann's'. Better hotels there are in the area not. The staff are very friendly, the food very good and altogether the hotel very quiet. So ideal for relaxing for one or two weeks. read more

Was a beautiful week, hotel lies very quiet, but you can all well reachable on foot and the buses run nearby from. You can also rent a car, it is cheap and you can after sosopol and environment drive, fun. The hotel is very clean, food is delicious and also has its own beach, where you don't have to pay. The only thing, that disturbed us, for dinner you have to the beverages pay, there is no ajternative, we had the half board. Otherwise, everything else was great, have fun, if you the hotel rents. read more

Ambitious hotel, the place has no equal. Beautiful refined restaurant with window table assignment during the stay. The diversity and preparation of the food ( buffet) for a holiday hotel hard to beat. A spa center the regarding the atmosphere and performance ratio absolutely satisfied. Trained, modest and friendly hotel staff, although I before the end the season was. Peace- and relaxation searching mix. Only small drawback was the bright carpet with some stains in the hotel room. Could times A cleaning stand. The beach chairs, the seen better days had, does not meet the own presented expectations of the ... hotel. From hygienic view the use of the small toilet-hut ( plus 1 Lev fee) apart from the beach bar not advised. The better couple Meters to the hotel over and the pool-toilet head. Apart from that I would this hotel definitely again book respectively recommend. read more

The hotel was at the end the promenade, next to the hotel fiesta, directly at the beach. It was very tidy and very clean. Behind Helena Sands was the Helena Resort. ( Helena Sands had the beautiful dome by the pool). The swimming pool with the dome was a feast for the eyes and a popular perfect ( evenings many tourists from other hotels, to photograph). At the hotel entrances were security men. This had the task, only hotel guests hineinzulassen (you had to part. The room card show) and they looked in the bags of the guests, in order ... to check, whether hotel guests bottles to the hotel brought. The hotel had 8 floors (ground floor = 1st floor) and 2004 built. We booked half board. Guests: 80-90% russians, rest: German, English, Poland and other nationalities. Average age: from small child to pensioners, very many Russian families. Beach towels were lent free of charge. Swimming pool: fresh water ( very cold water in August) Chairs and umbrellas without fee and enough there! ( occupied not necessary!) No supermarket right at the hotel but enough supermarkets around ( for example opposite from Helena Resort or on the beach promenade). The hotel was wheelchair accessible: there were several lifts and some ramps (but step between room and balcony). Small playground and shallow pool for children available ( when Helena Resort). read more

    We inhabited room number 1430 on the 4th floor ( with a view of the sea). The air conditioning was silent ( switched but never from, no matter what temperature you had set). The room was the TUI-catalog description, was large enough, bright, decorated in a friendly style. A beautiful, large Sony-tv with some German channels ( RTL, vox, ARD, ZDF, Kabel eins, RTL II, Eurosport) belonged also to the furnishings. Through carpet one heard no steps neighbors from above. In the room were 2 phones and in the bathroom there was still 1 telephone available. Coffee machine there was no. Safe was in the closet ( for an additional fee). The bathroom was large enough, next to the bathtub hung a fold glass wall, the showers in the bathtub made possible. A hair dryer was also available. Daily change of towels. Cleaning of the rooms: very good! Every room had a smoke detector at the cover. The negative: due to the fact, that the doors from the corridor could only be pulled shut It was constantly loud, because the majority of the guests the doors not too, but slammed to! And the was already in the morning at o'clock and went after midnight to end. Longer sleep excluded!

    We ate only in the main restaurant and had for 2 weeks a table (only during dinner). We were in the first layer divided: of 18 until: o'clock. The 2. layer was then from 20 until: o'clock The dishes were the quality was good but the selection could for a five-star hotel still a little bit bigger. The bread rolls were every morning rock-hard. There was a diet corner. Evenings there were always the same dessert: small, squared cakes undoing: after 2 weeks stay like you don't see more. The decoration the food looked very appealing. Warm dishes were live cooking. Restaurant atmosphere: guests were noisy. Price a drink: 250 milliliter Cola 3 leva (1.50 Euro) 250 milliliter mineral water 2,50 leva (1.25 Euro)

    The staff at the reception was very professional and always very friendly! Big praise to this body! Entertainment on German: not a problem. The cleaning lady was also always friendly. She but a little German. Our waitress-genowefa-was always friendly and smiled always. You could also speak German well. The male waiter were unfortunately not friendly: they cleared only the tables from, spoke no word, never smiled. The rudest employee cooperated in the currency exchange: it there was nothing to be heard. If you welcomed ( no matter wether in German, English or bulgarian ) answered they are not. She said no thanks and no please. Nothing! There you were only processed!

    Beach was only in the morning almost empty, in the afternoon were very lots of people at the beach ( mass tourism). If you want a relatively quiet beach searches is in the wrong place here! Quality of the water at the beach: there were often seaweeds at the beach. Unfortunately was much garbage in the sea and also at the beach. Animation at the pool was very nice: asked, whether one something participate wanted, a 'no' smiled the entertainer only and was merrily go on. No pressure! Pool: with fresh water filled, very cold water in August. Therefore there were only a few people in it. Beach bar at the sea played loud music ( one heard until to the pool). Umbrella stayed in the pool area partly broken and were not repaired or replaced. Pool beach chairs: were sufficiently available and nevertheless were these every morning Efficient occupied. The Russian guests were unfortunately very noisy: they took no consideration for other tourists.

    The beach was directly in front of the hotel, only by the beach promenade from the hotel separately. On the beach, there was 2 spaces: chairs and umbrellas, charge and loungers/ umbrella, which one pay had. The free beach chairs/ umbrella were early morning efficient with towels manned. If you came later had to pay: 8 leva per beach chairs (4 €) and 12 leva per umbrella (6 €). To the town center one went 50 minutes on foot( center the 'kuban' -hotel). With the small railroad (1.50 Euro per person) it was quicker and was again and again an experience. Next stop was the 'salt' n pepper -restaurant'. Public buses drove also into town, stop directly opposite Helena Resort. Shops: very lots of small shops along the promenade. Drive to the airport took 1 hour ( included ' collection from other guests from other hotels').

Actually we had another hotel at the sunny beach booked. Two weeks before you start your holiday came by email a transfer in Helena SANDS. At first we were upset about that, because the almost always happened. Well, we remained nothing other desired. But in these hotel we have the stress immediately forget. It really has everything was fine. I can only say super! read more

This was our first Bulgaria vacation and we were, and are from the hotel loved it. It is 5 star, if you comparisons with the five star hotels in Turkey. The staff are making an effort. We were end of the season in Bulgaria which eventual the generalised waiters genes explained. So really friendly was no choice. Also at the front desk there was rarely a smile or greeting. I had my birthday on the day of departure-and nobody took note of them (I expect no serenades but well done). By the pool at the grass in the joints and many umbrellas were broken. Evening entertainment was diverse. Partly the entertainers rather forced and listless. The housekeeping was really good. Always super clean rooms. The location of the hotel is really good. At the end of ... the beach and the mall. Therefore luckily nice quiet and without drinkers karaoke singers. in short - never again Bulgaria read more

All in all a very nice hotel. If you're looking for relaxation and comfort, is here exactly correct. A special highlight is the pool with the great pavilion, provides for this special atmosphere. The only thing, which you could improve may be, would be, a few more information upon check-in, as far as, for example, the reservation of the table at dinner or rental of towels in the pool area. Returned today from this hotel back in Germany, and I can confirm my previous speaker everything. Great Hotel, good kitchen (much too good:-)great location on the beach, very large rooms with chic decor, everything just to feel good. Small mango are really the bad quality of beach chairs on the beach, which is not sufficient. For the five stars include a few new back. It didn't bother us, we only stayed by the pool. read more
