The well-maintained rooms are equipped with everything, what for the guest is necessary: beds with window mattress, a large wardrobe, air conditioning system, tv with german channels, fridge, telephone, balcony or terrace, large bathroom with a shower. Our room was always exemplary clean.

The food offered is excellent for quality and quantity, both in the morning, as well as in the evening. The guest chooses every time to an extensive buffet from. There was a lot of importance to hygiene and cleanliness. The waiters is very polite, considerate and easy access to the clearing of the tables. There is again and again country-specific priorities in the food. Just perfect!

The german vice-director is very friendly, competent and everywhere present. Commence this hotel with large commitment. The staff at reception is multi-lingual and extremely helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was always exemplary. Additional offers are towels for the pool, safety deposit box rental, car rental and bicycle rentals, a very high-speed internet access for a small fee possible complaints were immediately positive done.

The offer in the area of leisure and sport is wide-ranging: a children's club, a fitness centre, squash, water aerobics, Volleyball, Boccia, beach chairs and umbrellas were included, excellent showers and lavatories, in addition 1 pool for children and 1 pool for swimmers. Everything is perfect!

The hotel is directly at the long sandy beach of los pocillos and features 187 spacious rooms from 28 to 36 square meter plus some junior suites. Condition and cleanliness are excellent, always industrious craftsmen and gardner, around the complex to maintain, the quite extensive and generous. Palm trees, cacti and flowers you will find many trails and corners. The guest structure in march 2013 was mostly the generation 50 +, mostly german guests. The hotel offers a directly at the beach, the airport of arrecife is around 8 kilometer away. There was no noise pollution. On the street side there is a very well maintained, kilometer-long promenade with many shops, restaurants, bars, night life, car rentals, doctor's office etc. The entire area is very clean, staff at the city make constantly for cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities.

Room well equipped and big. Mini fridge and microwave included. The beds were alright. On the furniture you can but wear see. The tubes tv were 6 or 7 german programs. Air conditioning and heating and cooling. The (sleep) couch was not very comfortable. Bathroom was alright, however unfortunately without ventilation. The balcony was large enough for two adults, including the balcony and a sun lounger.

There is a restaurant, evening bar and a pool bar. In the restaurant is the breakfast and the dinner in buffet form offered. There was something for everyone. The food was always fresh and was immediately refilled. Mornings omelets and fresh fried eggs prepared, in the evening there were at the grill always fresh meat and fresh fish. Every evening there was another Paella. Everything was always very clean and neat. It is international, typical of the country and for breakfast english cooked. Unfortunately there are no fixed platzordnung, so that the few single tables are high demand. After 1-2 days but the trick out and know, when you to eat to go, at a pleasant table. The drinks must be paid separately. The prices are alright. We have the beverages to the room down and at the end the bill.

The whole staff was very friendly and one could talk very easily with them. The staff at reception spoke perfect german. The room was daily between 8:00 and 16:00 wet cleaned. There are nothing to complain about. The entertainment in the pool area was available, we have however not used. One day our toilet flush was broken. After message at the front desk this was eliminated immediately.

There is a small pool with a separate children's pool, and a jacuzzi. Everything very tidy and clean. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas free of charge. To our surprise there was no 'reserving'. Really very pleasant.

The Hotel Las Costas in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote is a 4 star hotel the hibiscus group. We were in an apartment-like room with a view of the sea accommodated. The hotel looks more like an apartment complex, in the middle of the small, very well maintained pool. The hotel was in a very good condition and the staff maintained. Everywhere efficient caretaker, their work. This is however for us definitely not disturbing has been found. In of the lobby there are free wi-fi, and the rooms free internet access (cable 10, -deposit). We had booked half board and this would also do so again. The average age of the guests we would on 50 and set, which we however not bother us. There were mostly english guests, which also didn't bother us. Hardly any children.

The hotel is located in directly at the beach. If you the complex over the pool exit leaves, a 3 meters pedestrian way cross, stands one already at the clean sandy beach. The airport is not a 10-minute drive away. Starting and landing planes can watch. Disturbed it us however not. To the start/runway can comfortably walk around. Aircraft noise was not annoying. The center from Puerto del Carmen is only 5-minute walk away. Here you will find several restaurants, bars and shopping. At the end the centre is the small harbour, where you good and cozy what food or drink. A bus stop is directly in front of the neighboring hotel. Unfortunately the driver not so with punctuality.

Our room was big enough with separate living and sleeping area and a large bathroom. The bathroom was relatively new and therefore also very nice and clean. The living and sleeping area was normally equipped. Here there was only one fault and that was the sofa bed, it was so worn, that you not gladly niederlies. Otherwise we had a safe, a small fridge and a flat screen tv with 5 german channels. The premises were as already mentioned always very thoroughly cleaned.

In the hotel there was a main restaurant, a bar and a pool bar, when there is it also smaller dishes. We used however only the main restaurant. Also here it was very clean and the dishes were again and again quickly added and especially daily two fish or meat dishes live cooking. Especially the fish was always delicious. The kitchen style was typical to touristy and tasted very good. About all 2 days in theme day be inserted (spanish, german, italian...) There was then always a few schmankel from the respective region in addition. Not bad, but i remained mostly with the fish. To our holiday, we could the breakfast very good outside sit, the dinner recommend but inside of the restaurant. Through the glass front to the outside and the dispenser levels it seemed very pleasant. The waiters were all very accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. Tips should be in spite of the zimmerrechnungen not forget, so two unassuming chests set up-one for the staff the front of the hotel and one for the kitchen staff. We have inclusive our tip gladly paid.

The service, starting at check-in at the front desk, the waiters, cleaning staff and the rest of the staff, we were very impressed. Everybody was exceedingly friendly and courteous. Especially the nice lady at the front desk i was at the reception convinced. Not only, because they spoke fluent german, but we were for the first time well informed about everything, which our stay in the hotel wise. I had never experienced. Otherwise you could get by with the rest of the staff good got along with english. The rooms were daily thoroughly cleaned daily.

The pool is warm and big enough, so that one also times a few meters can swim, if you want. Otherwise there was also a hot tub, also very warm and a children's area. The loungers are generously the pool and were late in the afternoon almost fully occupied. But one has direct beach access to the sea and can walk there be avoided. The liegensets however 8 €on the day. The entertainment was also offered, but we didn't use it. We were for hiking there.

The hotel is with about 190 rooms a small to medium-sized hotel, the main building to the pool has built and the rooms in the form of reihenhausbungalows the outside rum has laid down. The age cut my knowledge, but the structural condition in top. A small army from service staff was constantly busy everything in good condition and clean. Also the garden is nicely designed and was always dealt with. We had half board and were very satisfied. The guests also came here across bed from Europa, but mainly german, scandinavian and british guests, with the exception of the few families mostly in the early retirement age.

The hotel is from the airport seen at the start of puerto del camen directly at the sandy beach and is one of the few hotels, at which one not the promenade cross, to into the sea to get. To the airport it was about 10 minutes with the transfer bus, with the car 5. the is however not further disturbing, since the noise hardly notice it. About 3 minutes from the hotel there are bus stops, which was always well visited, since the public transportation on Lanzarote a good alternative to the car. Directly opposite of the hotel is a supermarket with all the major things and open late. Otherwise, there were all few hundred meters further supermarkets and many other shops. Restaurants are located in abundance between the shops attached. For us it was the perfect base for our daily walks, as you relatively central island middle.

The rooms are quite generous. Except the usual double bed there was still a seating area for at least 5 people, where the need arises, the bed can be converted into. Tv with various german channels (immaculate) and refrigerator and telephone are of course. The air conditioning/heating worked, but it was due to dera pleasant temperatures not required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is stocked by a glass wall from the rest of the bathroom separated. The furnishing is modern and furnished to a high standard and the hair dryer worked well. As already mentioned above, has every room a private terrace with appropriate facilities.

There is a relatively large restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is served as a buffet offered, attractive and diverse decorated. For breakfast there were for example eggs in all imaginable fariationen : scrambled eggs, egg baked and cooked, omelet, after request freshly prepared. Fruit, cereal, various jams, cheese, everything which the heart is. With the cold cuts, we had a small problem: my husband, for health reasons no schweinefleisch eat. As the sausage however not were marked, he had difficulties, to make a choice. Our demand in this respect however it was very well received and future should also here the appropriate information of arrival. The dinner was great. Every evening fish or meat, freshly prepared, a varied side dishes buffet (salads, vegetables, pasta, fries, and so on) by local specialties. Worth mentioning were also the dessert's: every evening 3 different sorts of ice cream, fresh fruits and great little cakes, cream's, pudding and so on. The restaurant is less comfortable, but quite modern and functional furnished. After every guest newly (white) with cloth napkins set. The waiters take the order, paid but on a central agricultural or on the room bill. The prices in the restaurant and bar are very reasonable. We have found, that partly even a bit cheaper than in the restaurants on site.

The staff this hotel are exceptionally friendly, courteous and attentive. The frendsprachenkenntnis the front desk is excellent (german). Also with the service in the restaurant and barkonnte inform itself one well. The cleaning-and kitchen staff, it was a bit difficult, but with fancy here to navigate. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent and also our request for a 2. pillows were immediately fulfilled. We had no complaints.

The swimming pool was clean and neat. Umbrellas and there were enough pool and beach chairs, in very good condition. The deck chair managers were not necessary and by us also not were not observed. Entertainment was offered, from us however not used.

The hotel has 187 usually standard room. However, there are some family rooms and junior suites, as well as 4 wheelchair-friendly rooms. Most are on the ground level and on the well-kept gardens to reach. Each has its own terrace with lounge chair, table and 2 chairs and was quite generous. In puncto cleanliness there is nothing to complain about. You have the possibility with breakfast or to book half board. The dining room was bright and friendly and never crowded. It also has the possibility, its meal outside on of the terrace drives. In february were predominantly older, mostly german guests and few families with small children,, as well as some english and dutch couples.

The way to the beach is really really short: by the pool pass through the glass door, on the pedestrian promenade and says you with your feet in the sand. To the water is there then only a few meters. The transfer from the airport is approximately 15 minutes. Although the aircraft and flight can see, there is no disturbance by the noise of the planes. The hotel lies at the start the commercial area of Puerto del Carmen. Infinite lots of small shops, café's and restaurant s offers. In the immediate vicinity there is a bus stop. Information about buses can you the front desk received.

The rooms are big enough. We had already normal and superior room with seaview, The furniture is convenient and but very pleasant. A little furniture polish the change could be against stains help... There was a telephone (the use of someone?) , a fridge, this time even a microwave, a tv (tube) with a sitting area and table. The bathroom was quite large, the shower in the bathtub, however therefor with decent shower head and almost sufficient guard. Every room has either a balcony or a terrace. As far as i know, each with 2 chairs, table and 1 pool chair. Depending on the location, is already a or other guest directly at the terrace past. Cleanliness of toilet and bath and also the rest of the room was ok. Home would the a or other maybe a bit more thorough cleaning

There was a main restaurant, a pool bar and a night bar. The pool bar we have only seldom taken into account, there is no giant selection, but it was of the quality ok. At night we were just 1-2 at all times in the bar and perhaps a Brandy drunk. I can hardly say. The breakfast buffet is good. There are different bread rolls and bread, croissants, eggs in all variations to the individual omelets, bacon and the typical british breakfast, sausage, cheese, jam, honey and a wide selection of fruit, muesli and different yogurts. What we only conditionally pleased, was the dinner, which you zwangsverdonnert is, since one only half-board to book can. The selection is actually quite large, so there was always 2 sorts of freshly grilled fish, 2-3 sorts of freshly grilled meat (or sausage). Any quantities of side dishes, large salad buffet, a soup, local meat preparations in sauces. In addition to theme (a time for example 'chinese ', then there was quite delicious sushi (?!?). In conclusion there is a choice of fruits and desserts and a bit of cheese. And still it would be for us so much nicer, is in Puerto del Carmen in one of the 100 of restaurants to setting, perhaps just mixed tapas and order a bit more individuality to have. Of course you could also on the paid food in the hotel do, but that is just a matter of price. Otherwise it is outside very pleasant (but in january fresh), if one one of the few tables outside. Inside was the restaurant too loud, warm and stuffy. There were days, as did not all the guests, they came, at the tables and there were waiting times, even if only in the first hour. The waiters and also the chefs, the dishes directly at the counter making facilities, are all extremely nice and helpful %blank%.

The staff is very friendly. From the reception over the waiters and cooks to the zimmernädchen and so pleasant groundskeepers of all greeted friendly and make you feel welcome. Room service was for me absolutely okay, my wife was at the point slightly different view, but also for you it was not out of the ordinary. Animation and kinderservice we didn't use. If something not was ok, was so far in the 3 stays always taken care of.

In the pool we were not. The loungers overall are at least in january very popular, as they wind and the january on windy days already can be very fresh. Nevertheless we always just get one, if we wanted it. Could at other times also times be scarce. The fitness room has plenty of equipment, but almost exclusively treadmills and bikes. A tractor was available. The problem is probably, that all other equipment, the professional gyms have, a person to instruction need, a risk of injury to avoid. It is not available. The beach is as mentioned a dream and is right in front of the hotel. But he is of course not to the hotel and therefore costs the chairs and screens whatever it costs. When we were there it was 8 €for 3. combination.

The hotel excels in our opinion especially because its extremely good location, the straightforward size, the nearly family character and the staff's hospitality from. The complex sees very pleasant and well maintained. Everything is dazzling white. The room service is a little back anyways as in a german 4 star City Hotel, but still ok. The hotel offers wi-fi in the lobby and internet via cable in the room. If lots of guests online were, the bandwidth already times down, but i was always enough (had unfortunately 2 days partly work). Half-board was mandatory, that is for us the only downer about the hotel. With early 50 were we felt well in the average age, perhaps even below.

The location is sensational! The hotel is directly at the large Playa de los Pocillos, a huge sandy beach, not yet completely ran blocking is. The shopping, restaurant and strip begins perhaps 300 meters on the left from the hotel. Directly opposite is one of the countless small shopping center with supermarket, pizzeria, clothes stores, chinese, british pub and much more. Parking for the rental cars were sufficiently available. Bus stops are also less than 50 meters from the hotel.

Our room was large and renovated. Sufficient closet, air conditioning, safe (subject to charges), tv, twin beds together pushed, only with sheet. Blankets in the closet, telephone (card for 5 Euro at the travel agent to buy, but from the room about 40 minutes to Germany possible). Seating area (unfortunately very worn-out ) with a table. Nice, discreet entertainment. Gymnastics, water aerobics, walking at the beach, Boccia and so on. The pool was clean and heated, jacuzzi. Beach chairs in the january were by the pool always available, at the beach liable to pay the costs.

Well maintained, well arranged hotel in directly at the beach. The bungalow style has only right and left neighborhood, the endgebäuden only one. Quiet and pleasant. In january mostly older guests, a few young families with small kids, few singles and young couples. Overall pleasant atmosphere.

Hotel is centrally located and peacefully located, directly at the beach, darker sand, the very to the feet nachhaftet, short transfer from the /to the airport.
