The room was very nıce and had all the thıngs we needed ıncludıng a very nıce vıew. We were gıven a travel cot and an ınfant bed and nothng was too much trouble

The food ıs alway varıed and has local as well as contınental optıons. Very good ındeed

For us thıs was the best part of the holıday. The servıce ıs truly ımpecable and provably the best ı have experıence from any hotel we have vısıted ın the world

Outstandıng entertaınment optıons for adults and chıldren

We were not expectıng much havıng booked an all ınclusıve and had heard storıes of 5 star hotels ın Turkey not beıng of the same standard as the UK. I can categorıcally conclude thıs ıs not true. Thıs was an exceptıonal hotel of the hıghest qualıty and the surroundıngs are magnıfıcent. We bave travelled to many countrıes and many resorts but thıs really was stunnıng and the facılıtıes were second to none. Lovely beach, ıce cream whenever we wanted ıt, lovely food, water slıdes for the chıldren, hıgh chaırs, travel cots, even a chıldren's buffet. All thıngs that make ıt easıer as a parent to enjoy your holıday. In addıtıon there were stunnıng quıet areas and of course the turkısh spa all complımentary.

Only a short dıstance from the aırport, but far enough not to hear the aırcraft and wıth a prıvate beach thıs really ıs a perfect holıday destınatıon. There are local markets nearby as well as the local regular bus servıce to Antalya ıtself where there ıs a market on Saturdays as well as stunnıng cobbled streets and tradıtıonal Turkısh bızarres. The concıerge servıce ıs brıllıant and wıll help wıth anythıng and theır Englısh ıs perfect.

Everything ok! Clean and beautiful. The pool area is very nice laid out.

We arrived the 4. time to this hotel and were always loved it. The hotel is outdated, so worn and everything seems to be relatively old. The otherwise good service also has decreased significantly, so the staff is general inattentive than before! Also locals as guests in the restaurant sometimes preferential treatment. The hygiene is okay, overlooked, however the maids gladly times a towel or an empty bottle in the bathroom. The guest structure is mixed many families and also older people. The nationalities are predominantly russian, english and german. So far so good but what we on the last evening and at night experienced is an isolence! My son had a bit of kebabs from the buffet it, that also cooked looked. However, it at night extreme nausea and stomach ache as diarrhea and four times vomiting followed. It is only on the Doner located. As he on this evening is only the meat eating. We saw how the cook at the end halfraw kebabs distributed. Something is an isolence! For my part, i suffered two days stomach intestine but didn't know where. I asked on the morning of our departure at the front desk after, whether we a bit longer in the hotel room could remain, as my son a stomach intestine infection suffer. Then i got a refusal. I made but a few establishments and then said mr they would be written off. But he told me an offer: for 130 Dollar we could a different room have until 18 o'clock and for 78 Dollar a single room without a balcony. So the there. Money on the table and it is. Something i in a 5 star hotel never experienced. Well i can for the hotel no recommendation, as health hazard!

Location was okay, directly at the beach and 15 minutes to the shops away.

For the greeting stood a bottle of wine, as well as a plate of fruit on our room. We had a room on the 3rd floor with view of the residence villas. The rooms were big enough and furnished nicely. In the bathroom there was next to a hair dryer also various kosmetikartikel, which after use refilled. There are bathrobes, as well as frottierschlappen available. Next to the free safe there are a mini bar the refilled daily is. A large tv with some German programs is also available. Unfortunately was the balcony quite small, thus could only 1 chair and 1 small table. To the balcony easy to come, you had to begin armchair move aside. This is but fortunately the whole 14 days so is possible. With the cleanliness we were satisfied.

In addition to a snack bar, a main restaurant and 6 à la carte restaurant (3 of which are free). The buffet was always full of food, no matter what time you came. The quality of the meals is very good. The food was very diverse, there the dishes at lots of different bodies freshly prepared were. Dirty plates were cleared away immediately, as it could a unfortunately already times happen, the total drinks cleared and new guests at the table sat. We have free mexianer, as well as the turkish restaurant visited. Both were very good, where you unfortunately in the turkish restaurant due to staff shortages, very long waiting periods had to take. Subject to a charge we have the italians visit. The atmosphere, as well as the food were excellent.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help. We stayed on a very much German speaking staff met. With English but you get along in any case further. Check in in a few minutes taken care of. Room were daily to our satisfaction cleaned. We had 2 times problems with our safe and after only a couple of minutes was a technician and has the problem solved. Much praise goes to the guest care. No matter what you wanted to know, they had a right to help. My son had on vacation birthday. On this day we had a letter from the hotel, as well as a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine on our room. Evenings the italians have we then even a cakes for 2 persons -we found a very nice guests - thanks to the guest care for the organization. For me just a negative thing: we had the luck and had to evenings back to Germany. You wanted for a room extension of 4 hours proud 90 Euro have. This should be from the management may again be considered. Since we had a surprise visit received, we had to luckily didn't use it.

Animation, as well as evening entertainment was not used by us. As already mentioned a dreamlike pool area with enough sun screens and sun loungers. In case we were not at the beach were, we also at o'clock yet without any problems free chairs and protection from the sun found. Beach towels are provided and can be changed as often as you liked. The pool, as well as the beach were very clean. Features garbage bin were regularly emptied. The hotel offers free of charge wi-fi at.

Very nice hotel with large, well-kept absolutely green garden area. Impressive is the really big pool area, what from several from each other separate areas, for example relaxation pool, animation pool, etc. There are 2 pool bars where you from o'clock all possible drinks and a further bar on the ice and soft drinks is. In the spa area there is a vitamin bar with fresh squeezed juices. The lobby bar is 24 hours open. Recommendable is also the own ic café, which coffee in all possible variations offered. The types of people were throughout, dutch, English, locals, hungary, austrians, swiss, German and of course russians, the however contrary to the lots of negative reviews here, we didn't negatively noticeable are. It were lots of families with small children there.

The airport is approximately 20 minutes out, but rarely noise from the planes hear. To the beach one went a couple of minutes through the wonderful laid out garden area. At the beach itself enough sunbeds available. There is shower, changing rooms, toilets and a beach bar. The beach is very clean and one has an additional the possibility over a footbridge into the sea to arrive. You can wonderful a strandsparziergang to Kundu make. Direct there are shops besides in the hotel no. You can however for little money to Kundu respectively Antalya drive. Excursions were offered from us however not used.

Size of the 2 bed dorm that was with additional bed for our child completely okay! Balcony very small! The biggest disadvantage and downside to this holiday must now at this point be said: Until 02:00 o'clock in the morning you from various evening entertainment (disco...) Sonicated. (the was so far also okay) but-the windows our room followed the restaurant, which also fixed burners in the open had. These were then at night deseamed, rebuilt... Which unfortunately with noise comes. It is the the people, speak, or with various goods rattle, container over the square sclck (...) What we then nevertheless made it impossible to sleep has, since with open windows not to sleep was, and with closed window it was in the room not tolerable... Despite repeated complaint at the front desk has nothing changed!

In the main restaurant was always more than sufficient choice and above all very good food! If hors-d'oeuvres, main courses and desserts-you always have several really good food found. Even with our 2 four years of kids it was not a problem! Although it is a private kids buffet was what our view was not so good for the kids we always several dishes found, what the childrens' hearts beat faster left! Very good are the three (in the all-inclusive ad) specialty restaurants: turkish, mexican and fish.

The staff is in the all in all always very friendly and hard-working. It is many a time before, that you with people, neither the german nor english (but always another language can for example russian, spanish...) Even then they always found a way to communicate. The staff is really hard.

We were with our kid's always with the slides pool and at the beach. Other we didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer - but might be quite good! The evening shows were always professionals-in the 14 days starting to repeat (content), was but nevertheless really good! Kids club : strong praise here especially at resvan -by far one of the best children's entertainer! It was the kids something new every day to offer, from cookies on pirate, to horse riding in indeaner (outside the clubs), great sand castles, parrot show, water games, and much more... Kids disco every evening. Really great!

Beautiful sprawling, well-maintained gardens. Building not many floors as usual in this area (yahoo). Lots of russian guests what but good auzukommen is, also a few german and dutch which often strike! The hotel was certainly not fully booked, which very pleasant was. I fear, that in the high season the hotel very crowded and the umbrellas and beach chairs but rather short! For those seeking peace the hotel is nothing - until 02:00 o'clock mornings there was noise from the disco of the own hotel or the neighbor hotels.

Hotel lies right on the sandy beach. Transfer from the airport only around 20 minutes. Sometimes a plane through the state picks (we didn't find disturbing) Since we were with a friendly family and two small children there were, we have the environment of the hotel not visited. Antalya but easy to reach his.

Room for 5 stars rather small, on mold stains in the bathroom could be more respected. The balcony did not earn its name.

The dining room could be changed, that it is not these cafeteria character could have been. We also thought it was unusual, that also in the dining room carpet. ( not very hygienic, as as mentioned also lots of small children eat there)

There is very nice, attentive basement, but also other a very love to ignore them. Perhaps it is because of the fact, that you German guests not so gladly serve, because they not understand. As I have already mentioned the hotel is, at least while we were there, fully in Russian hand.

Pools and beach great. There is also always somewhere free chairs, nevertheless in the morning loungers reserved and the guests appear only in the late afternoon. Entertainment possibilities we didn't use, they should be good.

We had this hotel due to the good reviews. In many things can we the evaluations also agree. The outside area is really really great. Also the beach area is large enough and offers always a place in the shade. The pools are good spread out and you has outdoor area not the feeling set in a large complex hang out. But! If you in the direction dining room and, you get the feeling in a anthill to be. It is a massive hall with accordingly many guests. While we were there, there were also felt 90% Russian guests since, and very many families with small and very small children. The background noise was accordingly! We are already extra later eat out, but nevertheless one had the feeling in a large cafeteria to sit. The waiters lost also quickly the overview and cleared either the used dishes not at all from, or one had, if you from the buffet once again, neither cutlery something to drink. Very gross was there, than on our capacity already other guests sat, although my handbag still on the space was. So it was called a new place to search, either attentive waiter to catch or on the cutlery and new drinks to wait. Of course you could also of placemats food and papierservierten use, but from a five star hotel, which also wasn't exactly cheap, I expect something else. Since we already for 20 years regularly in Turkey spend our holiday, I think, that we make a judgment and knowledge, that it better. The appetizer, the salad buffet and the lots of fresh fruit for every meal time were good. The main meals were in our opinion too strong always in any sauce drowns. The grill station was for the quantity of guests too small, also one should the crickets of meat and fish better is. The lobby bar was also very big and in the evening to brightly lit. For us it was too uncomfortable. Mixed drinks you should rather avoid, if you know how you actually taste should. Whom this points of criticism do not disturb, the hotel can gladly book. But if you prefer in peace and a bit more atmosphere spend a holiday would, should this hotel rather not.

Quiet or not, depending on, where the room is. The historic part of Antalya is definitely worth a trip. With the public bus for 1 euros into town go. However the buses are very full.

The rooms are big, clean and tidy. The condition the furniture is ok. We had a room on the 3rd floor the largest point of criticism is the volume in night by the disco, the until o'clock open and a open-air disco is. That means, the bass of the music is so loud, that sleep with the balcony door open was impossible. So you had to with of the airconditioning sleep and could balcony door first after o'clock open. A sleep was absolutely not possible. A instruction on the volume of the disco at the front desk it is answered, that about 200 young hotel guests each night in the disco and who want to have fun. So if you at night with open balkontüre and with ongoing air conditioning sleep is in this hotel not really.

There is enough choice, however I after 2 weeks enough of chicken, mutton and co. For breakfast there is a downside - not because of the choice, but because of the time of day respectively the offer between and hours. There is in this period a limited offer the breakfast, although nowhere a instruction to find.

The service was absolutely okay, sometimes are the service too quickly at the clearing and you had to sometimes the plates say if only few on the plate was:-) With English one comes everywhere by. The cleaning of the rooms was done well and there was't to complain about.

Tenders for sport are well the entertainment is very large and very loud and if you don't love must be based on the quiet pool withdraw. The pools are clean, only the floor of the pools is equipped with a movie from chlorine covered, you then on the feet if you from the water comes. The beach is clean and tidy. Who on pebbles not into the sea want to walk, you should feast bathing shoe carry forward.

Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. It is a all inclusive hotel and fully. The types of people are 50% Russian persons, the other 50% are dutch, German and English.

The distance to the airport about 25 kilometer. There are shops in the hotel ( small supermarket - but with German prices) boutique ( in my opinion but only for someone the glitz loves ) - excursions as everywhere in Turkey

Size and furnishing of the rooms corresponded our expectations, because everything was functional and clean. To our ground floor room was a large terrace. Unfortunately there is also a row of rooms with ' mini -balconies'! The equipment of the terraces/ balcony was a possibility for necessarily incidental wet bathing suits and towels forget.

The main restaurant and the various bars were always clean and in the usual buffet offered meals were very nice. Selection and taste were excellent. The offered cocktails were however horrible: They were not in the map proven composition. - they were optically and tasted from bar to bar different. The evening runner were much too long. The sit down and with the get up were at least cutlery cluttered up

The staff are in almost all areas very friendly. The cleaning of the rooms including towel-/ bed-linen was to our complete satisfaction. The mini bar was refilled daily. To criticize is merely the service evenings at the pool bar. The staff is very uncoordinated (without apply to certain groups of tables) through the area and is tiring for a purchase/repeat order to reach.

The entertainment-staff was unobtrusive varied sports and possibilities for playing. The evening entertainment was professional and original. The water- and beach quality was very good, chairs and sunscreens were in any case enough to find.

The hotel and the complexes are very spacious and very well maintained. The all-inclusive offer is very extensive. The felt 90% Russian guests were not disturbing. In almost all areas friendly staff despite less knowledge in the German language always very hard the wishes all guests to fulfill. Before the main entrance we would have liked ( as a smoker) places to sit requested, so that the waiting for excursion or transferbusse not to stand.

The hotel lies far away from any shops. Tourist, the shop want, are genuinely happy to help good. On the other hand is the proximity to Antalya ( airport) a very short transfer time of about 20 minutes. You can see the airplanes depart and land, without that the noise would be disturbing.

We had a family room. Was for 4 adults enough. The 2. Bathroom is however small and little furnished-no shelves for toilettsachen. We have just a small table by the tv room were put in a file to have. Apart from that sufficient space. The mini bar was refilled daily. The air conditioning is manually operated.

The number of spezialitätn -restaurants is for one week vacation enough. The mexican restaurant was very good- number of meals limited, but very friendly staff. The main restaurant was usually very crowded, egwal what time we went to eat. It was difficult to get a seat. The food is very diverse and really good, something there for every taste. The breakfast buffet is magnificent. Eggs in lots of different variants-there are daily the possibility a omelet freshly to order with the ingredients which one would like. Delicious! The tables were sometimes too quickly cleared- halvolle plates that we still finish wanted were cleared if nobody at the table sat!

With English you got along well. Some of the staff spoke a little German. The staff were always very friendly and willing to help and our wishes to fulfill. The cleaning of the rooms was done well, however sometimes a bit to spradisch. The maid can on one day in our room, although we still were present-and began immediately to clean without asking us, whether it was ok for us ( it is recommendable always the sign' please do not disturb hinauszuhängen, if you don't want to be disturbed). Children seem very welcome.

Animation is varied and not pushy ( archery, volleyball...). The kids club was always attracting a lot of visitors. Every evening good abwechsluingsreiche shows (magician, dancing group). There are shops in the hotel, however are the prices too expensive. The pool area is very spacious and clean. I have stayed several times all alone in the pool-, although enough guests were present. It distributes itself well on the complex. Towels were in any case changed, if you wanted it. The loungers are comfortable.

The complex is extensive, but you feel yourself soon enough. Much lawn, palm trees and everything is very well taken care off and clean. The number of rooms was appropriate, however not too much ( no fortress of loungers). The family rooms are for 4 persons enough. We had a room with a patio- it was great - sufficient space to sit and towels dry. There was lots of russians, but also tourist from Germany, Austria and Holland.

The beach is in a couple of minutes walk through the complex reachable. Chairs were always sufficiently available. The beach was always kept clean. There are enough bin available and the staff are also always endeavors the garbage to dispose. You go a piece of at the beach walking, you come to a very quiet beach section without loungers... Wonderful! Shops nearby we didn't use- but we are on the way there no notice in the immediate area. The cocktail bar and disco decor felt sufficed. Excursions some offered, we took however no part, as we too hot was (36 °C).
