From the outside the hotel makes a good impression, from the inside 70. Years (gelsenkirchen barrock ).
Room very small and clear, shabby furniture, with boarder cobwebs in the corner and on the lamps. Bathroom: people with claustrophobia should rather a large elbow around the' wet room' make.
No idea, what the three stars are. But it is also room, as in the photos to see, do.
So definitely with the reservation, on the rooms as in the brochure described, are. Eating and drinking reasonable, drinks in all-inclusive wine (no brand name drinks ) polite and friendly staff. read more

In the newspaper ad ( WAZ) of grafs journeys from Herne was the accommodation in a Moselsternhotel than service offered. The actual accommodation took place at about 90% of our party in guest houses of the hotel. These are in a side street and are not recommendable. Rooms are very small.
A travel guide from the FA. Graf was not on site.
Our personal opinion: here was targeted the real accommodation not specified to customers to entice you.
We would not, however, disguise the fact, that our confirmation differently than in our reservation, they advertised were, we this however not ... have considered.
Our Council: comparisons very carefully the offered performance from the display in the confirmation. read more

We were with Müllertour in this hotel. Mainly it is for bowling club trip or for other Unite recommendable. Much party atmosphere with a great all inclusive offer. The rooms were clean and suitably large. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. We had a view of the Moselle. Unfortunately there is no lift in the hotel. read more

well run hotel with freshly renovated and clean rooms and large bathroom area. The new year's Eve program (5 apply with half board and all inclusive on new year's Eve) offered next mountain hike with subsequent Schweinsbratenessen wine in a large hut also a several hour Shipping. Every evening and shipping live music with professional musicians. The staff are friendly, attentive and very industrious.

Bathroom too small, too small room, in the three-bed room the walls were damp. Staff unfriendly, very long for drinks waiting. No glasses to get a bottle of water. However, the food was good. read more

The rooms are much too small for a three-star hotel. Beds are 1.90 meters long. The bathroom was much too small for one person. The TV has a diagonal of 35 centimeter. No space for suitcases or wet clothes hanging off. I wonder how to get four stars. We have three star used to something else. read more

Hotel a bit basic and in need of some refurbishment. Rooms fairly basic, but adequate and clean. Meals varied and generally acceptable. Staff friendly and helpful. We were a group of 33 people on a wine tour. read more

We were there with three pairs of 28 December 2010-02 January 2011 satisfy the guests in this hotel. The price/performanceproportion was ideal both the quality and taste of the program was very well organized and elaborate. Hiking to a hut, Boat tour, in the evening live music with dance and the service was atrocious. The cold/hot breakfast buffet had something for every taste. The soup over crustaceans, smoked salmon, shark, roast beef, vension goulash, Salmon, cheese, to the desserts and fruit nothing. read more

I was with my group on New Year's Eve 2010 hotel Fuhrmann and I enjoyed it. We were staying in the guesthouse located about 100 meters from the hotel. The rooms are modern in style and we felt very comfortable in it. The New Year's Eve buffet was optically very nice to look at and also tasted really good. The staff ( chefs at the buffet, waiters, receptionist) are all very nice and accomodating. The premises, where in the evening the New Year's celebrations are also very nice and attractively decorated. The band made for very good mood and made ... good music. The hotel was adding even its own well ten-minute New Year's Eve fireworks display at midnight on the front of the hotel was something else. All in all we, as has been said, very much in the hotel Fuhrmann next year and we will see you again - no later than Silvesterball 2011 read more

we were accommodated in the guest house, the bathroom was much too small, the shutter went down the soup was totally burned, the meat was tough, the tortellini were cold, so not the music was very good the staff was nice (Angie was very nice). At our table a glass of beer too much on Fridays, Saturdays you always stuck at the table and on the floor. I do not recommend this hotel. read more

We were part of a group, five days we schlechriechendes duldeten room, broken or Zummereinrichtung, very poor food ( cold and not fresh. It was always the same food served until it all was. Disgusting!!! ). Very rude receptionist, ignorance and Ünerheblichket the whole time! The beds were good and bedding crisp - thanks to foreign girls who do they worked. I would not recommend this hotel! read more

We had decided for a short break on the Mosel. Hotel offered a package deal for three nights in a double room for two people for a great price. In addition half board, transport connections directly 50 meters away from the hotel. Waiters in the hotel were very, very friendly and helpful. Room amenities good, dinner and breakfast was good. read more

This is a hotel that is pressing and toughest challenges was creating decorating. The facilities are tristess, the Duschaußenwand was makeshift room with duct tape. The food in the "all inclusive" is not recommended. No choice and not optically attractive. read more
