The burghotel Castillo Alcazar(Europapark Resort) we can recommend it with a good conscience especially also, because there the children not too short. As a general rule in the Europapark Resort puzzled me again and again the cleanliness in and around the sprawling resort complexno wonder these hotels more and more booked by business people. As i in the evening not plentiful food i was very satisfied with the tapas offer in the restaurant 'don quichote' also my daughter with the selection of children's menus very satisfied. However, especially if you a couple of days there remains we have really ... beautiful expensive, there would be then maybe a 2 week all inclusive holiday in Las Vegas a real alternative. I personally believe that a reasonable discount on the admission would be for a few days stay at the hotel resort more than justified. read more

The hotel heared to Europapark. Since we theme park visitors are, is the close proximity to beat. The hotel boasts the size. You never get the feeling, that the hotel crowded, although it was fully booked. Only the organization for breakfast and the breakfast even reach this standard not at all. We had the new year's eve arrangement and spent 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel to and for itself is ok. The room was quite large and had a great view of the Europapark, as well as the neighboring hotel Santa Isabel. The bathroom against is quite small and the lighting clearly inadequate. Strange was also, that the rooms no safe have. Unfortunately was our room directly under the bar on the 9. floor. In the neujahrsnacht was on we could not sleep at all. Until the wee hours of the morning we were because of the extremely high ... noise level and the insufficient zimmerisolierung kept. New year's eve it was pretty loud, but there is one anyway longer awake. Infinite families with small children partly babies were the hotels on, which the food, especially the breakfast, in the restaurant everything but cozy. Very loud and hectic. Also the atmosphere and could not convince us. There was amongst others partly raw duck breast and leftovers from the midnight buffet. The hotel but we can certainly recommend it, we had with the room situation a little bad luck. It is probably to normal days or nights clearly quiet. We found disturbing furthermore, that you in the bars smoke must. The new year's eve arrangement against we would not book any more. For couples was definitely too few los, the food not outstanding, altogether bad value for money. You sat new year's eve for hours for the food at long tables with completely strange people together.
