US disturbed a few things, the hotel management without major financial and human cost change could, exemplary: glasses instead of plastic cup in the outdoor area, no safe in the room, but in separate safe room was under video surrveillance, the chairs at the beach were subject to a charge ( 3 Euro per person per day), stayed in the pool area they in vain.
Otherwise would some pots and tubs and decoration material the atmosphere in the hotel certainly enrich.
Apart from that we were all together however very satisfied. read more

We had actually the Kresten palace were booked but FTI on this hotel transferred. The staff is mostly only English, just the front desk spoke very quickly and you have problem to understand. The guests are most Russians and English. It seems the hotel set to have. The pool' s are equipped with salt water filled and at the beach you have 3 €for the pool chair per day pay. The food is very bad and not very varied. The beds are a catastrophe and very uncomfortable. When we the room did the toilet still of the predecessor dirty. The ... shouldn't happen. We were gladly which we after 2 days into another hotel were allowed (Calypso beach). We can't recommend this hotel. read more

For a short beach vacation recommendable. No 4 stars quality. Staff really makes an effort but simple overburdened.
The cleaning of the rooms is questionable in particular the cleaning of the bathroom. read more

We booked a double room, on arrival we decided on a bungalow enhancing. At first glance it looked clean. In the evening flew the mosquito net for the first time on the head, we reported this right to repair. When we after a dinner in Rodes city came back we found under the covers a blutverschmiertes bed sheet, on this you can sleep very well.
The hotel apologized only briefly and said that everything will be charged sorted out is. The daily ' cleaning' was so instead of: ... sheets change and bin empty.
So well since we were only wanted to relax and most of the time not in the room were we saw it. But when a coladeckel under the bed flew and I down when they checked became bad me and I was stink sour. It was they for weeks under the bed not wiped, leaflets and documentation from other guests were under the bed. After the shock I saw me everything look at, of the toilet cover was yellow initially we thought, that is old and from the wear, no way! Behind the washbasin and the tub was worse than a train station toilets. It suited us and told this the hotel and demanded this to work with us the room to look at, we paid 180 €more for a 'higher quality'. The manager and the housekeepingmanagerin went with and were about the condition horrified and called loudly the cleaning crew rider. With a obsttellerchen we were abgespeist. The manager said we can at the beach bar ( in all-inclusive not for everyone ) as compensation free eating and drinking, ha no way for the return trip we had to the bill.
A few hours later we were at the beach from the pocket of the purses. These we noticed only when we at the beach bar the rooms point. Submit wanted. We were looking for anything from. He was without cash at the front desk, totally wet, delivered. He was a guest in the pool found. It is all so what happen and we expected no compensation but the behavior of the staff was absolutely not reasonable, it was pretty dirty in the face laughed. The food was very not greek, olives tomatoes and goat cheese was the only greek.
At the beach were broken glass, this interested also nobody, until a small girl average.

In this hotel is very much value on guests from Russia put. The staff at reception said snot rude, this is because the russians the money, and the German not. So I am really sorry but still having to consult is just tacky.
In the big and whole Rhodos yes, but never again this hotel. All we can German a trip to Rhodos plan this hotel only advise against, bay at the kresten palace, kalithea mare palace or paladium these are hotels in which we already were and the beautiful, unfortunately these were to our travel time was fully booked.
This hotel is a 2 -three star hotel more not. read more

The 50 meters salt water-pool is wonderful with enough chairs. The feinkieselige beach is less than 40 meters away from pool, the water is super magnifying glass clean and clear.
The food is always fresh and plentiful, tasted it may be a bit better. In the dining room can be a bit noisy when it is full. The hotel is altogether very clean, the rooms quiet and modern. The entertainers are very pleasant and always a pleasant, not pushy entertainment concerned.
Altogether we had nothing to complain about in this vacation. We felt very much at ease and recovered good ... well. Very pleasant the short transfer time ( circa 25 minutes) and close to the Rhodos. By bus one is in 15 minutes for 1.80 Euro in the old town and at the port. With the taxi circa 10 Euro. read more

For us it was a really great vacation, with a great clean hotel. The hotel rooms are the crazy, because so a great room we had in any hotel. What wasn't so nice was, was that the pools with salt water filled and a eye infection directed. By the direct location to the beach, you can also loungers at the pools and save the 3 Euro for the chairs on the beach. Really great. For the beach even, you should however Shoes, as it was very, very rocky.
But otherwise a super successful holiday in rather quiet location, with super ... bus connections to Rhodos or Faliraki, where you very good partying can. read more

We have stayed at the Eden Roc a number of times now and love it. It's very spacious with a private beach and 3 pools. The restaurant is fantastic and offers a wide range of food. The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. read more

This is the second time I have stayed at the Eden Roc and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. There are so many little Taverns and swimming holes within 10 minutes of the hotel and the City is so close.
If you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday without having to leave your hotel then Eden Roc is ideal. read more

Good bus connection to Rhodos- city and Faliraki. Buses all 20 minutes, ticket 2,20 Euro.
Clear and clean sea water. Cocktails in the hotel bar could be better. In the hotel was a good, friendly atmosphere. The Hortelshop offers everything that you need at. read more

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff this tried, varied food, gladly again at any time for a beach vacation under friends. Beginning May it is still very calm and one has a large pool often alone. Just perfect to the at the sea relaxation and swimming! The all inclusive-drinks as wine and beer are good, cocktails as well. The complex is generally quite nice couple areas perhaps still pretty can be made ( for example the bar inside ). The bus goes in about 10 minutes distance from into town Rhodes. read more

A nice hotel. Very short distance to the beach. However the beach was very gravelly so bathing shoes are recommended. The staff was very friendly and the food was diverse and delicious. read more

We ended up staying here for 2 nights and a day as the actual hotel was overbooked. But this was much inferior, this is for example the food showed, through dry Kaugummifisch and chips. The rooms were dirty, hair, crumbs, stains on the pillows and mold in the bathroom. The rest of the hotel was in a similar rather with cruddy condition. The third room I had left me a thick Schimmelrand the plumber unclog the sink but the rest was much better, the first 2Zimmern so we took it because we just wanted to sleep. A shame, the hotel ... and its grounds could really be maintained and especially if you would CLEANED. My boyfriend pass on package holidays and was accordingly otherwise served, really bad start!!! read more

The hotel is located in a very nice bay and directly on the sea. Staff was rude and arrogant and also the cleanliness in the entire hotel must be faulted. Good location and size of the pool landscape, you had a great view over the sea! read more

Hotel is in excellent location, right on the beach a small bay, to Rhodes town which is about 10 minutes by taxi for 8 euros.. The previous renovations are very well laid out, but this is not yet complete! The cleanliness of the whole hotel area especially in the dining room ( dishes, table linen and so on. ) leave something to be desired!!! The staff is too few pool overburdened and therefore mostly unfriendly. read more

It was a really great holiday All in all, the hotel was also everything good and I would come back to this hotel, but was bad, we now. - As all-inclusive hotel you should have a snack bar, and not only serve thawed out next to the meals. - Restaurant, should be cleaned often the floor, namely ants. ( see once) - Everything Italian, namely activities walk in Italian and poor English. - Not all drinks are staying free of charge in the morning all inclusive - orange juice is horrible inedible. - Staff stresst at dinner.
