Lovely hotel with smaller flaws. The staff were friendly and courteous.
With questions you could relax at the guest care and there was immediately helped. Thank you very much Hande for your quick and very friendly help!
The waiters were always make an effort the used plates. The waiter the beach bar ( Mehmet) was very accommodating, friendly and always with a smile in the face.
We have to criticize the fresh dishes, very often dirty. End of October/beginning November rather do not drive, because the hotel closes. The choice of food was always less. Chairs, loungers and sun screens ... were diminished slowly, the beach bar was closed, the staff was less and entertainment in the evening directly nothing. More and more guests traveled from. There one felt the last 3 days in the wrong place. We have the tour operator GTI thanks, the nothing in its brochure mentioned, that the hotel beginning November closes.
We would gladly come again, but not more end of October. read more

As already mentioned: a manageable facilities, very well maintained and big enough, the way to the beach is about 5 minutes by beautiful beach bar. Check in-and out very quickly, towels in the first time free of charge, for each change 1 euros per person, safe 2 € per day, apart from that everything all inclusive we had a beautiful room a little out of the way, but very quiet (as we have assessed). Mini fridge is available, but only on arrival filled, but you can at the market all drinks and other details cheap shopping. Food and drinks are ... of good quality and tasteful - only drawback: it is only 1 times at the beginning of the meal times the tables set, the 2. essensgang power, must cutlery, napkins, drinks procure even, there is in the service still a great deal to be done, so we weren't satisfied. The animation is okay and always present-good work.
A special thanks to Hande the guest relations manager, it made up for everything an ear to lend and in case it problem should be, it is to help.

For families and for relaxing is this hotel absolutely sufficient. We had however rather a 'budget room' as a normal room, because it was crazy small and the view from the balcony more than bad. The beach is about 350 meters away from the hotel entrance, what was okay but still beautiful naturally directly would have been. There was the beach on the areas for sunbathing sand however right next to the sea gravel. In the restaurant there was always a wide choice of food, daily noodles. However in the sense always the same only differently ' processed ', the ... plates were often dirty and spoon absolute rarity. If something on the soil was, was the then a very long time, although it has already been noted. Tables were not changed after other guests sat and were often really very dirty. The animation was available, however very sparse as I think and if it was really only directed toward children, which of course is adequate. It was a last-minute booking and therefore it was sufficient, however we would the next time elsewhere! read more

Hotel room have been renovated, cleaning was ok, outdoor areas were well maintained. Striking was the unfriendliness of the staff, one had constantly the feeling to be annoying. We know that after the 15. Stay in Turkey not so. No smile, large unpleasure, always long queues at the bars, constantly unclean dishes and glasses. read more

We were already 2 times there. The greenwood is very recommendable. A mixture, about 50% germans, 20% russians and 30% of other nations.
It is a family friendly hotel with very good entertainment, child discotheque and evening show. Almost everyone can speak german and friendliness is capitalized.
Especially great for families. Since the children's swimming pool directly at the kid's club is available. There was also a daily program for the kids with support instead.
The main pool has 2 water slides (the children's swimming pool also). To the beach it goes over a street. When we arrived there it ... is very nice there. A beach bar is also on site. There is also all inclusive, beer not alcoholic beverages, and lunchtime snacks and coffee with cakes.
It is a pebble beach, so better bring bathing shoes. But you can buy it there.
We were 2 times and had 2 great holidays! For families the a beach vacation want to do, this hotel is recommendable. read more

In principle the hotel was completely reasonable, especially with the price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, we still the previous reviews (in relation to cleanliness and friendliness) do not share, as we in the late season were there and then clearly under shortage of personnel had to suffer. The room was in one week not even swept once, despite clear sand on the floor. In the restaurant were much too few waiters on the way, in the all-inclusive hotel must stop much plowed and cleaned. Since the few remaining waiters not afterwards, we have many a time our table even from the vorgängerresten ... adjusted and set up.
In addition to these drawbacks, which i really on the off-season pushes, we had not only because of the weather a nice holiday. The hotel is actually located only in 2. number, the beach is nevertheless fast attainable, however gravel (bath shoes are obligation!), for shopping one runs 5 minutes and is on a really nice shopping street behind the queen -Mary-hotel.
The pool is completely okay, although the slides be reorganized times may. Nice was, that it was always possible, to eat outside (probably a plus the off-season, there one otherwise no space). read more

In short, if you don't have high expectations, this hotel is the right place - for us it is a maximum of three star house, food are very good and for any taste is abundant, but if you on service sets is in the wrong place, drinks too many from plastic cups - during dinner queue for beverages( no table service) with a fully booked hotel it is difficult, if you are not at 18:30 o'clock food, a clean set table-the convivial coffee and vending machines are not very inviting to enjoy this drinks - the cleanliness in all ... areas, wether lobby, room, restaurant, bars as well as smoker's area leaves much to be desired. The pool areas were for the capacity of the hotel both too small the beach is only 2 to 3 minutes away this is with a beach bar equipped and big enough ( hotel own beach), recommendable are bathing shoe. The entertainment team is not really competent animation regards 14 days every evening and also during the day the same entertainment program for children, for adults it is exactly, it is being repeated. To the room commitments, we had a bungalowzimmer in the neighboring house, that completely okay was, what was not ok was the cleaning of the rooms, during our stay was the room not even mopped, that bathroom only superficially cleaned. Positive against is the location of the hotel ( sea/ mountains) the contrast is really exceptionally the garden from the hotel is very well maintained and was varied in plants, however in the dark very poorly lit and carries some stolperfalle by drain cover the heavy rain just sloped are. We would this hotel our known not recommend. read more

A pleasant hotel with lovely gardens and a fantastic mountain panorama surrounded.
Absolutely disappointing is the overbooking of the hotel:
Instead of the 2 booked double rooms for 4 adults was only a family room with a small bathroom and a closet available. Only after repeated discussions and negotiations with the management we could to 2 days move. For a week holiday was the erholungseffekt then low. The pool is enough. With hard work and thoroughness is in the hotel for cleanliness.
The rooms are tidy. Unfortunately worked the air conditioning not fundamentally and reliable.
The international guests( russian, english ..., dutch, french) of all age groups are the best and make the vacation colorful and interesting.
The entertainment in the evening is terribly noisy and bad.
An alternative there is hardly any. read more

Gladly anytime again, the staff are always there if you need them, room are every day well cleaned, you should the cleaning not with the German standard comparisons, I am myself a housekeeper I a hotel upscale and I can only say it was here in the hotel everything was great, thanks to the chambermaids, the food is typical of the country you will find however always something if you but a bit is possible ;-), only mängelchen were the fizzy drinks respectively mixed drinks, they were not so great, I would go back again read more

The complex is in a wonderful landscape embedded and very well maintained. There are several good and practically equipped room. The food and drink offer is completely reasonable and there is something for everyone there. Tenders of massage is very good.
