Small hotel in top location and the beach and to the harbor. Absolutely sufficient facilities for this price! Whoever complained here, should be a few euros more spend and 4 or 5 stars allow, if you need. Hans and netty are super nice and very helpful! We were there for the first time and are coming again. Never again this guest house. For a German operator leaves the cleanliness to be desired. Dirt in the corners of the room; tufts of hair in the shower; toilet not clean; musty odor; the clothes definitely not in the closet hang, prefer to stay in the suitcase leave! Linen is not provided! Criticism is negative. Complaints are with abwertigen comments honored and lead to a bad treatment for breakfast ( cold coffee etc.). Unfortunately, from this guest house could the owner with a few investments make more out of it. read more

9 days night I breakfast at a very reasonable price, therefore I evaluate, on the basis of the price-performance -proportion. In short altogether good. Everything was a bit older but comfortable. Nice host, size of the room only for sleeping and showers absolutely sufficient. The cleanliness was OK. Breakfast is simple but completely okay. Location no 3 minutes to the marina and the lively waterfront. The beach Cala Gat we didn't like it is too much however in 10 minuten easy to reach. Against are the beaches Cala Guya and San Moll very nice. Pool area and garden were very ... nice. The loungers and odd everything already somewhat older but functional. Really to criticize there was nothing. As mentioned 2 stars for a very reasonable price. We felt at ease and it was for us the most important. read more

Nice small and family-run hostal, the, that you need. A small bar, beautiful pool, breakfast room, terrace, internet corner ( unfortunately too expensive, gets more favorably access a street further). It was nice, that the remote gear of former guests ( like umbrella and luftmatratzen ) at half price could buy. Altogether rather rustic with some ältererem furniture. However who on vacation sophisticatedly equipped and luxury expected, may please a 4a five star hotel book. Here you can get for the smaller budget a appropriate performance. read more

    I had a little single room on the 3rd floor without elevator. The luggage hochzuschleppen my broken spinal disc unfortunately not at all good done. Instead my condition somewhat improved :-) The room was with older facilities typical of the country and furnished nicely ( closet, double bed, bedside table, small table and chair, small safe let into the wall (2 €on the day, it is nothing bigger inside, around 20 to 25 centimeter wide). The small bathroom was older date, but functional. Unfortunately has have the pipe during my stay a rotten odor isolated. Hans the however addressed again. One had to only plug on washbasin and the shower worn out and water darauflaufen leave. Altogether could the room off course once again need of paint and curtain had holes in them, but it was completely reasonable and servicable. The cleanliness was also ok. Daily sweep and wipe and daily change of towels must however not be expected. So, now to the for me massive shortcoming: for very sensitive people like me, is stay a right schlafarme time. The house is very badly soundproofed and I stood because of the normal nightly gästegeräusche ( for example trip there and back, late return) constantly at night perpendicular in bed. As long as you generally can fall asleep... Opposite from morning until late at night loud music and the closing of window brought hardly improvement. So noise sensitive people must be either on little sleep or very good ear plugs to bring their own.

    I had during my stay only booked breakfast. There was every morning tea or coffee, 2 rolls ( every morning the bakery truck delivered. They were enjoyable, but a bit rubbery), butter, 2 sorts of jams, chocolate cream, sausage and cheese. So everything you need. Against appropriate fee could additional components order. For example juices 1.30 Euro, scrambled egg 2,50 Euro, boiled egg 0.90 Euro, tomatoes, fruit, muesli etc. Hostal you can from netty in addition, indonesian dishes cook, which I however didn't get to try.

    Hans, netty and Martin were always nice and I asked questions about environment friendly answered. The atmosphere is rather easy, the guests will to communicate. I have in previous reviews read, that criticism is not allowed is. Hans has a rather rauhbeinige kind and always a frechen comment. This could from other guests missinterpretiert have been. I guess such a, that criticism of course be expressed can, but in a appropriate fashion. Of course for little money in a 2 star hostal in-turned and then on the furnishings etc. Grim, it was your own fault and will of the family not much sympathy to expect.

    Central location. The port is 2 minutes away. From there it is only a short stroll to beautiful promenade and nice location restaurants. To the beaches it is further away. On foot 10 to 20 minutes on a beautiful promenade along. At the port left it to the beach Cala Gat (10 to 15 minutes). A really small bay, the beautiful for snorkeling is. To the left of the port it goes to the more distant main beach son moll (20 to 25 minutes). Beautiful sand and crystal-clear water without rock, very nice.

I personally can here 6 sonnenpunke soutenant, it is a small simple simple hotel, with an extremely easy going atmosphere. The room is in the proportion to a four-star hotel exactly large. It is every day cleaned except sunday, completely justified, the Hans and netty snhl it alone and the peace and quiet is you times gegönnt. Breakfast is completely sufficiently, you get fresh rolls, a hammerleckeren tea or coffee, jams, as well as sausage and cheese. In the villa massanet is the audience completely different, from family with a child, as well as couple or just friends there a ... beach vacation want to spend. Hans and netty, the villa massanet snhl are absolutely hospitable kind host, the in any case helpful or an ear to lend have. I from the 1st minute around comfortable, we were warmly welcomed and have on request also a room in the upper floor received with a pool view. The pool, as well as the outside area is beautiful, no dispute over any liege in the sun, the space there everyone, quiet music in the background, peace and simple relaxation! Villa massanet I can absolutely recommend. I shall next vacation definitely spend there again.! Who no large frills as tv or or or needs, is here really!     We liked it completely enough, a large bed ( and guest bed), shower toilet with window, pool view, small safe! Very comfortable.! As mentioned, if you don't large frills need, but the room merely a place to sleep use, will be completely satisfied!

    Here there are 5 sonnenpunkte, the city center it was no 5 minutes and you are right at the port. From there leads' young, as well as alt' directly to the restaurants or to the discos. As well as the mall. To the beach whereas you need in the average 15 to 20 minutes depending on how fast you are traveling ;-) ( we were rather the schlenderer )

The hotel is quite modern it self comparing to other hotels around. The twin room isn't too small, modern bathroom with towels. Just the bed was't really comfortable. read more

    I bought bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good, however everyday it was same. To be hones I didn't mind of it. There was so hot so I waasn't really hungry. The breakfast will fill you and you also get tea or coffee (or both). There are also other meals available to buy. I bought the chicken curry and it was really good. Made personally by Netty (woman serving there).

    Really nice staff! 2 or 3 people doing all the things in the hotel. They are lovely and friendly. They speak English and German, possibly even other languages. No problems in communication. Room + bathroom cleaned really well.

    Cala Ratjada, close to shops, litterally 1min walk to the port. Beaches are quite close. I didn't find it far to walk to all 3 of them, even the farest one because of the beautyful scenery around. It is quite far from the airport, my transfer took around 90mins.

I was 1997 the first time in the villa MASSANET and am since then again and again go, because I Hans and Netty as at home feel. At first I was alone since, now with my daughter, the very, very Feel welcome. The rooms are big enough and above all clean, the breakfast tasted good and one can with Netty Wonderful food (Indonesian, Paella, fish). The beaches and resort easy to reach nevertheless, the Hostal in a quiet side street. Pool and garden as a small paradise with many flowering shrubs, Bananas and lemon trees. All together, we will continue ... to come back! read more

Hi there, I have been in at short notice decided to Cala Ratjada to travel and have me for the first time when Hans & Netty in the villa MASSANET logged in. I am saturday night arrived, and would not friendly to be received! Contrary to the other reviews I must say, that the room absolutely clean and big enough are - well, I can only morning easy my mini-workout next to the bed make-) There is a safe, a small balcony, no tv. For me absolutely sufficient, since I don't tv and I am directly into the done ... presently, as on the balcony to stay. The pool is clean and very nice, from a riesenpalme, a lemon and colorful flowers surrounded. Also the breakfast is absolutely OK, always fresh cold cuts and cheese, delicious! People the over hard rolls swear, should perhaps again concerns, that the Spanish no typical Frühstücksvolk are, and you here no Kamps or Krimphove pastries can expect. The location is absolutely super: not far from the action and yet in a quiet lateral road. To the harbor 3 minutes, to the beach 10 to 15 minutes In short: Whom a room with double bed, without tv sufficient and no superaktuelles chic IKEA furniture expected, will be with this accommodation absolutely satisfied his! All together I feel very comfortable here, have spontaneously around a week extended and can the hostel only recommend! Thanks Hans and Netty! Again next year, me you will not Los!-) read more

The hotel is more like a hostal, we must in this review respected. In my opinion, it is precisely the, which the vacationer a 'basic' vacation in Mallorca expected: a very nice and spanish equipped hotelchen. The hotel live next to the really cute architecture of the operators, one extremely warm atmosphere create. Everything is very clean, breakfast is in comparison to a multi-star hotel may simply however very plentiful and lovingly arranged. In addition there is the tastiest coffee the island - always hot and freshly prepared. The guests are remarkably friendly, mostly' normal audience' between and, a small ... conversation on the stairs always to conditions, which probably also the binding warmth of the hotelier promoted.     Also here the ' hostalcharakter ' the hotel pointed out. The single rooms are not remarkable big but authentic and sufficient and typical of the country designed. I personally found the entire area including the room very charming, because you just from the average and majorcan flair spreads instead of einheitsarchitektur to offer. Cleanliness is ok in the whole complex of course.

We were once again in the villa and we felt very comfortable. We look next year determined over. The villa is a small 2 star hostal, that you please do not forget. Just were partly new washbasin set in, Corridor and rooms painted, And the new view/ protection from the sun was appropriate. read more

I stayed at the advance read a few reviews negative as well as positive and have discovered that the negative really applyed. For breakfast there were rolls, beds and general cleanliness was so-so... No tv. But you must also remember, it was only two stars. So for undemanding guests. The surrounding area was nice to the beach only a few minutes and shopping possibilities were given. Hotel is located on the street, for people with a light sleep rather unsuitable. read more

The hotel offers the possibility of a good, nice hotel. It would be a help, if the rooms a thorough cleaning and bathrooms handed (in the bathroom area abrasierten hair from the previous person) and towels from the hotel, the washed but still gray were were long hairs. The towels were not changed-but fortunately, we had our own. The pictures on the walls behind glass were totally filthy, which is not bad, but the overall impression. The head of the bed could use a new fabric, as well as the curtains a laundry. With a good all around cleaning I ... would rate this hotel at least two stars. Shame about the beautiful possibilities. The breakfast was not tasty, hard rolls and everything tasted only extra charge. All in all, I had expected at such a cheap trip not more, so I am not disappointed. The owners are nice and really could enhance with little effort the hotel. read more

Who good and cheap in beautiful Cala Ratjada to spend wants is Hans and Netty in very good hands! Who simply a couple of days in nice central proximity to port, beach and nightlife want is well at home. Who however first class travel, golden Taps or a sumptuous breakfast buffet very low price expected, is here unfortunately not in the right spot. Much more is here rather value on a personal touch like comfort and hospitality put. We arrived quite early in the morning and arrived in a vestibule, which probably the front desk should be. Although we balcony had booked, we were given a room without, what we couldn't move right into (OK, is often so, that one at lunch on the rooms can). The balcony should such however also call, because it is still not even a person to. Then 'could' us in the by the pool presides toilet move. The hotel is also no hotel, but a hostel, which you from the description not read! With the terms of the rooms were we shocked: ... so small, that one almost claustrophobia, and so unclean, that we only once with Sagrotantüchern at least the bathroom somewhat clean (hair in the washbasin, at the toilet and on the floor, etc.). Cleanliness this hostel small written. The towels had stains and were rock-hard and the beds are ancient, worn out and smell musty. A air conditioning isn't available, but the we had in 2 * not expected. In the morning for breakfast there was (as posted was) rolls from the day before and a bit cold cuts and the coffee was hardly enjoyeable. Wanted more, or really sometimes leckereres, so you pay. The pool was actually completely OK, but you could still not even a water bottle take( at 35 degrees in the shade)! we were so disappointed from this hotel, we were almost the whole holiday happiness devious. But: we have then altered and really nearby a other three star hotel found, that for very low extra charge a good room (with balcony ☺ could (and it was at high season)! A small tip for all other Dissatisfied ☺ as we Hans stated, he was very angry and we had still a ' Leerbettengebühr ' of 20 euros per person (!) pay! What a Insolence! According to research, this at best 20 euros all in all behavior. Well, in any case we were glad, in this doss house out and then our well-deserved vacation finally enjoy ☺ read more
