Room very big! Because the hotel is not old, work the rooms modern. They are (luckily) simple, no unnecessary frills. Large balcony. Extra point: tumble dryer on the balcony. Everything always clean.

As already in general part described pleased me the gastronomy very good. It is a large restaurant and when we were there, in september was also the search at all not a problem. There were always enough tables there. The dishes always tasted good and were in my opinion very varied, the offer varied. Cuisine: some dishes typical of the country, but also always' the usual ': potatoes, fries, Schnitzel, pizza... Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant great!

The staff were to a person always extremely friendly. The foreign language skills sometimes left to be desired, but the most important thing was understood and not to someone 'passed', the better understand german. The cleaning of the rooms went smoothly, everything super.

Entertainment not taken into account. The pool was super! Beach chairs, floor and pool always clean. Enough sunbeds, umbrellas and showers available.

So the vacation in Iberostar was my first all inclusive vacation and my expectations were exceeded! The hotel is huge and in a super well maintained condition! I have no (!) Hygiene deficiencies can see, even the toilet by the pool was always clean, as well as the toilet in the fitness room. Also our room was always top sauergemacht, at our arrival was to find a dust and the bathroom gleaming high-gloss. The food it pleased me very well. I am not a gourmet, that's why unpretentious, but the selection was varied, every day there was new. Great was the extensive salad bar. The salad was always fresh, as well as the rest of the food never stale or reheated tasted. The beverages, clear, ' billigcola' tastes such as the ' real ' Coca Cola, but was always well chilled and with enough carbonated. The nationalities : many british people, relatively many germans. The rest was mixed i would say. Average age : many families, many older couples. Few young people, almost not any.

Distance to the beach: super! I guess 300 metres. Only the footbridge, the to the beach leads is in need of renovation. Shops are great. Many supermarkets, also 24 hours open. Everything you need, you could buy there.

Big room with bath ( shower in the bath with curtain) tv some German channels, telfonbenutzung very cheap. Safe costs about 2a 3 Euro per day in the room. Balcony large with chairs and table.

2 restaurants, in each wing on the ground floor. Outside there is a beer bar and a snackküche. Varied choice of meals, but nothing special. Restaurant is clean, tables were quickly cleared. When 'rush hour' is missing from time to time dishes. Kitchen style is rather international. In all-inclusive obviated tips etc.

Staff are very friendly also loses outrageous or drunk costumers not the gedurld. You spoke broken German and English. Child care as animation offered. Doctor is reachable. Colleague had accident with broken hand, costs of over 500 Euro. Travel insurance definitely lock!. Room service is ok, cleanliness also.

Many entertainment in the evening and noisy. Sports facilities behavior available. Internet yes, also with private laptop in the room free of charge. The swimming pool 2 large pools and 2-3 smaller for the kids, and water slide. Big hotel, 2-divided, crescentic, pleasant big room with a big balcony. Cleanliness ok, room will be cleaned in the mornings, daily fresh towels. All inclusive very recommendable. Mixed clientele, many british people and russians. A generator day and night, you constantly unpleasant hear. Some say, they take no longer true. The music drowned him during the day.

Transfer to the airport 30 to 40 minutes. To the beach 10 minutes. Many einkaufslädchen ( souvenirmeile ) and party nearby. Respectively the entire place was covered with souvenirlädchen, partyschuppen and casinos. Excursions could be booked on site or travel guide.

The room was very spacious really clean with settee and chair table to many to list, was very impressed plenty of room for my granddaughter to run round. The balcony was safe and we could watch the nighttime entertainment from there, the bathroom was spacious too, loved the idea of been having the choice of music whilst you bathed or showered should you choose.

The food was excellent you were spoilt for choice, the dinning room was clean and bright and the waiting staff work very hard, the bar area was clean you didnt even have to get your own drink the staff were only to happy to get you what you wanted. On an evening it was so pretty lit up and lanterns on the table.

All staff make you feel welcome, and nothing is to much trouble, they never stop from morning till night.

Entertainment staff never stopped there was plenty for all age groups to take part in. The pools were spotless and cleaned every night plenty of sunbeds and the sunbathing area kept cleaned.

What a lovely hotel couldnt fault anything. Will be going back next year, rooms very spacious and clean food out of this world, staff very friendly a big thank you to Diana and Pavilo who were fantastic with my grand daughter Wednesday who is looking forward to seeing them again next year. Anyone thinking of booking a holiday to Bulgaria should book this hotel you wont be disappointed and will like us will be going back.

Only a couple of minutes to the beach, this hotel is near everything you need. You dont have to leave the hotel, as they have everything you need unless you fancy a little stroll.

As already mentioned we had a apartment the over two floors with the pertinent in each case balcony erstrekte. She was very spacious and equipped with all necessary. The in-room safe cost for 12 days 30,-€.

Although at the bars in all-inclusive drinks only 2 drinks per order spent there was no waiting times. The drinks were good, the cleanliness exemplary. Also in the restaurant much value for cleanliness and hygiene, the kitchen staff carried always gloves. The food was very tastefully and there was something there for everyone. The fruit was very good by the daily ice offer support. Tips weren't expected, however all the thankful accepted.

I have stayed in many four star hotels, however the first time in Bulgaria. For my terms is part of the service of a four star hotel not only, the tables fast cleared, but also a minimum level of service is to be expected-just nothing. Timid and sporadically if this only at the pool bar during the animationsprogramms. The staff's hospitality, except for the cleaning of the rooms ( taciturn-morgengruß rarely responded ) was very refreshing. The cleaning of the rooms our maisionettwohnung nr.1345 was despite daily tip ( or just therefore) only very superficially. The child care was of the girls the entertainment and was in my opinion absolute great.

The entertainment in this hotel is great, very sophisticated and diverse designed and place daily from 10:00 until: o'clock in any weather instead of. The issues of evening events change daily. Also of high quality is the service the children. Access to the internet is available was however not used. M. are reserved and often the whole day not once were occupied. The rooms are big and tastefully furnished. The guest structure at the time from the 11- 25.09. 12 was mainly from 35 years old and above. Many british people, french and dutch-a few russians. The hotel has lots of regular guests and is obviously wheelchair accessible built as always about 10 were represented. Disabilities or disturbances went from you however not from.

The location is almost centrally located in town with long shopping. Transfer to the airport approximately 50 to 60 minutes by bus. Next destination is the approximately 5 kilometer away Nessebar, Burgas about 30 kilometer. Plenty of dining and bars and discos available.

We had a normal double room booked, the view of the sea would have had, if the Neptun beach hotel not exactly opposite in the direction beach/ sea would have confessed. The furnishing, the 90. Ailver, is nothing special - somewhat older carpet, not vacuumed daily, large bed with nachttischen, pull out couch with a table, a chair, a tv-closet with mirror, full-length mirror, wardrobe and bathroom with a bath with attached satin -shower curtain, mirror with small flaws, but always very clean!

When we arrived just the indian evening, not really something for our taste. However we were with salad and rolls full. Further theme restaurants were bulgarian and spanish evening, apart from that there was always fries, pizza, pasta with sauce, salads, lamb, rabbit, pork, veal and fish, as well as sweet as a dessert. The breakfast was constantly same: English breakfast with almost raw scrambled egg, strange tasting sausages and beans in Heinz-ketchup; toast, fried egg in different forms (almost raw, almost feast, feast), jams, chocolate nut cream, honey, cereals, muesli, waffles, pancakes, omelets, porridge- however everything as good as unseasoned, as with almost all food in the hotel. In the afternoon you could various snacks at the snack bar outside get, the less gifted chefs to be made, but they tasted really good, especially the pizza 'four seasons'. The cakes, the in the lobby spent, is ok. Drinks you can in the restaurant during dinner times yourself, at the snack bar at the pool also. Cocktails and drinks from glasses one gets only at the bars and orders at: hours is strictly on the clock looked, whether already work-it was somewhat annoying.

The service in the hotel is ok. Through the endsaison the staff were already sometimes a bit demotivated. A head waiter was however nevertheless always friendly and accommodating. The cocktails from day to day, from bar to bar and barkeeper to barkeeper different tasty, but always very tasty.

Since we felt so well as always at the beach handful, we got from the sport and entertainment program on the day in the hotel not so much. The entertainment team stock however also only 5a 10 people, therefore the club dance a bit mingy from. The evening program was okay, not stunning. Especially good but the moulin rouge and the bulgarian evening in memory remained, as well as the steigenlassen of feuerballons.

The hotel makes in general a good impression. It is clean, well kept and well arranged. Was strange however, that you in the two blocks (a and b) strange from the staff looks, if you are in the other block is. The hotel is perfectly symmetrical except for minor differences. There are two front desks, two lobby bars, two hairdressers, two restaurants, two pools.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is located between many other hotels, but that is in Sonnenstrand probably always like that, is there everything with hotels built up. The beach looks as from- everywhere are loungers and beyond that you can your beach towel spread. At the beach there are a lot of bars and restaurants, as in Sonnenstrand. Around is complete middle of nowhere, so you need to get on the town limit.

Room has a very nice size with a fridge, safe and everything that belonged to it and above all always clean.

Food was again very good, but this year not so varied like last year. Can but also due to the fact that we had middle September were there.

All of the staff again very friendly and accommodating, as well as helpful.

Animation good, even where it is on the sunday and monday somewhat rained all the activity staff were present and always good mood. wasdieses year somewhat annoying was, was the eternal chairs partly. Already in the morning at: o'clock. Wi-fi entrance was also no problem.

Were the 2 time here in the hotel, as well as last year clean hotel in all areas, the floor coverings partly somewhat worn, did not cloud the general cleanliness in the hotel. What really went on the nerves were the many russians the mostly as the sch... E behaved. In contrast were disabled people in the hotel the in all areas exemplary behavior and behaved, as should the previously-called Nationality times a disk off.

There are no 3 minutes from the hotel to the beach also always clean was. What I also have to complain about is the wooden jetty to the beach the really broken in many places was, the is however not the problem of the hotel. Many shops completely s hotel or with the bus to Burgas, Nessebar or sozopol.

The room was huge. We lived on the 4 floor. It was einstuhl with a desk and mirror, a double bed and a ausziebare couch available. Toilet with a bath and shower. Safe you could rent, R cost for 10 days 60 leva, circa 30 Euro.

The food was good. We picked up again and again something else to try out. As mentioned there were theme evenings. Coffee you had to get yourself from a real coffee machine. Home haul I it also. The staff members were very attentive and cleared the plates or the glasses away if they were empty. The restaurant after every meal, late breakfast, lunch or dinner thoroughly cleaned. We had all-inclusive. From to o'clock there is of the pool bar pizza, hamburger mit fries, salads and so on from to o'clock there are in the lobby coffee and cake, but only in all-inclusive

The staff were very friendly. Clearly there is exceptions, exactly like with us. We were very satisfied. Every day were the beds made, the shampos refilled and everything cleaned, every second day was sucked and the towels were changed. There are a lot of staff speak German. Complaint did not have we. If you want a small donation the people to them they are very grateful

Point 10 hours every day the entertainment music for dancing. Who was you know what I mean. The animation was top for children as for the adults. From 7:30 P. M. until 20,15 was children's disco and from 21:30 until: o'clock was every day a other section from a musical. Whether Grease or lion King. Now pool. There are two available. Beach chairs there were many. The loungers must with the towels only at o'clock be reserved. It's almost all. We were too fourth on vacation and have at o'clock empty beach chairs to find. If that doesn't bother the as we simply at the beach. At the beach you can subject to a charge chairs and umbrellas rent. We are behind the chairs located in the promenade a umbrella bought. We take next time our umbrella from home with. The sandy beach was clean. Internet there are in the hotel. The hour costs 5 leva, circa 2.50 Euro. Wi-fi was free. Beautiful clean hotel. It is divided into two wings where each his own front desk has. It was kept very clean. The food was varied and good. The themed evenings are particularly worthy of mention. Time there was a spanish evening with spanish specialties or bulgarian evening. It were German families, English, russians or romanians there. The reception was very friendly and spoke German, as well as the industrious staff in the restaurant

From Burgas airport up to hotel took the transfer about half an hour. To the beach there were around 250 meters on the famous wooden jetty. All they always upset, the wooden jetty is not hotel, but the general public. I am always barefoot, with open eyes, we walked. If you are not on the jetty, you can right at the hotel pass through a theme park to the beach promenade and then to the beach. There are at the long promenade many shops. The fruit is however expensive, exactly like the ice. What a bit disturbing the promoter of the particular restaurants you always try to convince you to get in and eat. Trip we did not done except to the beach

As described above the rooms are very clean and spacious.

The restaurant is large enough for all and you can also wonderful sit outside and food. We always a nice place outside found. There were theme evenings for the food, of course, a week repeat. If you didn't find anything suitable there it was your own fault. So good we have in Bulgaria not eaten.

The staff are very friendly, and spoke a little German. Drinks can probably jederauf English order.

Very nice entertainers. The loungers are a little tight, but you can always find a. We had last year the problem, the we already mornings at six get up had to for a lounge chair to reserve. However this year amended. The lifeguard skews shortly before eight its round the loungers and takes the towels the vacancy rates are down.

Very well-kept and offering a clear view hotel. The rooms are pretty huge and are cleaned thoroughly every day. The cleaning crew have daily beautiful figures from the towels designed, which we were pleased. The bathroom is nice large and you will discreet music is playing. A fridge, air conditioning, telephone and hair dryer in the bathroom are available. The hotel we have to second time and were on the first evening with a bottle of wine and sweets surprised. Whoever complained, that in the room carpet, I can't understand. In the front area the room are tiles and from the living/ sleeping area carpet was. While we were there, there were German, English, dutch and israelis there. The latter behaved not so good, but can the staff nothing. We had again room with a pool view and therefore the nightly spectacle received nothing.

The hotel is very proximity to the beach, about 2 minutes. Who looks for commotions is here also in good hands, you get in the hotel complex nothing from mit. The bus transfer is with about 40 minutes very pleasant. Shops without limits.
