Rooms are small, but it is only in the room is to sleep, more than enough and it is everything you need.

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

as I only breakfast had, I can't say much. except: breakfast is more than OK. there is everything you need for breakfast. several types of rolls, bread, fruit, marmelade, honey. boiled eggs, roasted vegetables, juices and tea or coffee at the table. the coffee you can with Sagar German coffee comparisons, no liquid but reasonable. cheese and sausage however is (as I say it best?)Egyptian. you have to get used to it, but is very OK. Matter of taste. is however all hotels, if you don't degrees five star hotel has.

the location was great for me ideal. directly at the so-called Pyramids street. the restaurant on the highest floor evenings a magnificent view over the pyramids and sunset. evenings it is also very interesting just the people on the street to watch, and the Egyptian nightlife to see the city. really never sleeps!

Nice Hotel between the pyramids and Cairo

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool in Giza, about 30 minutes drive to the city center, a taxi stopped! Unfortunately there is still the possibility in the evening to get drinks only available in the lobby. The pool bar closes early, against 23:00 o'clock. Beware, prices in the map provided including tax, will be charged additionally again. New maps should be pressed. Breakfast was good and sufficient, no complaints, the atmosphere is nice, on the street is available in the hotel rooms to hear nothing. That is why it is probably no balconies. For the price/performance ratio definitely a ... tip. There you can spend the money to get into taxi. read more

For two nights in the city hotel without any view of the pyramids, it was adequate. Longer than two days never it is noisy and if you looked exactly also partly very dirty. As the rest of the town also. Pyramids have we seen the hotel as well as if you have to take a bus to visit Cairo across half of them. read more

The staff is very friendly and tried always to fulfill every request. The offered breakfast is very plentiful, one gets also fried eggs, omelet, etc. Freshly prepared. You can book half or full board, the hotel has several own restaurants. A well-equipped gym is also available. The swimming pool is unfortunately from 18:00 o'clock closed. Wifi is on each the room available. In the entrance area of the hotel is a shuttle service available, a local taxi is however a lot cheaper! The 'white' taxis are recommendable, if you need a taxi then try somewhat remote the hotel! read more

The hotel is actually very big, but it has its charm. It's not direct in Cairo, nevertheless centrally located. Everything very clean and the rooms also very big. We had a room, with a small anteroom, our kids had a room, which this anteroom was not, nevertheless spacious. The window our children onto the street, therefore you could not open, but only cigarette butts. Was also enough. We had the view of the inner courtyard, the not so great was. Breakfast was ok. read more

Barcelo Three Pyramids Cairo - best city hotel archived

The Barcelo Three Pyramids in Cairo was located directly on the Pyramidenstrasse in Giza. It consisted of a 13 floor, rather high building. On the 9th floor there was a roof terrace and a great outdoor pool, a shishaa bar and a small bar on the 13th floor with still a restaurant with a great view. With good view to see the pyramids of Giza. The hotel was relatively newly furnished, but for the other circumstances in Cairo as million metropole (about 20 million population) each worth 4 stars. The clean impression from the outside and in the entrance area ... was echoed throughout the hotel, everything seemed neat and was comfortably furnished. We had booked an Egypt round tour half board, but only ate breakfast in the hotel. The tourist structure was Cairo as cosmopolitan city - international. read more

The rooms were large enough and very clean. In Cairo the holiday was not spent in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was spacious large with vanity, shower, toilet and hair dryers. The mini bar was not refilled during our holiday.

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

The breakfast was very extensive and delicious, international. Different kinds of pastries, toast, fresh omelets, boiled eggs, fresh salad, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, milk rice, sausages, etc. The prices at the hotel bar were not final prices, but 12 % tax and 10 % sales tax were added to them.

  • Service
    6.0

The staff was very friendly and attentive. There it was hard to do anything alone, immediately someone was on the spot and did the work. Almost everyone spoke English, German rather not.

  • Sport & Entertainment
    5.0

The pool on the 9th floor wasn't large but clean and very well kept.

The Pyramidenstrasse in front of the hotel was a 3 -lane street, which could not easily be compared to the European standards. Here it was often sometimes 5-lane, preferably drove honking anyway and in the dark without light, "since it blinded". About 300 meters away from the hotel entrance down the street on the left was a McDonalds, a few stores and a cinema. We didn't take excursions, and I would personally not take them in Cairo. The large city had too much action for that here. We did everything with a tour operator - Pyramids at Giza, Sphinx, step pyramid from Sakkara, Memphis, Egyptian Museum.
