Very friendly and helpful staff, great is the shopping center directly next to the hotel, where everything possible get! Although I at night arrived, I could my room immediately and without an extra charge relate. Internet is very expensive. read more

This hotel in westlands, surrounded by shopping malls. Its just a walking distance.
The rooms are clean but the workers make a lot of noise especially in the morning and it was hard to sleep.
Prices: very very expensive. A beer costs 300 Kshs (3 €), food ranging from 1000 Kshs for salad.
Advice: they have a local place just across the road called pizza garden, belongs to the seed hotel, and the prices are far much cheaper so it is advicable to go there. read more

Staff are very friendly.
With complaints competently, fast and good.

Egg hotel where you good for a few days stay can, rather colonial equipped, Staff very friendly, two good Einkaufszentre and the nearby. Little can be done in the evening, the bar is the only one where you can hang out, otherwise you should choose other options. read more

We stayed at this hotel 1 night spent, as we had a safari tour. This hotel I was not really impressed. Everything only bole bole and no interested if something wasm (such as safe) does not work. Evening food price was too expensive. It is not. For simple spaghetti or burger is nine euros. This is extremely much for Kenya. Staff was not friendly, wi calibration of the other places are used. City hotel, where the staff believe, what they are better.
Good thing was, the room was big enough and clean. Apart from the window view. Dirty under construction. ... In the night it was quiet. No air conditioning, very hot in the room. Fan ran out.
Next to the hotel there was a shopping center. Is not too big, but in the second floor is a food corner. Very good pizza for five euro 1.50 euro for wine and beer. Much better than in the hotel. read more
