This holiday farm is definitely not recommendable. Unfortunately for the money we ausegegeben have, we would have for a better zweg on a budget. Makes the mistake not as we and forest always better to as the reviews from their goal is. read more

We write in English because our German grammar is not good enough, we are from The Netherlands. We came from a Landal park in Kröv to spend our 2 week of Holiday at Hof Pitzwald. The saying: you never get a second change for a first impression does not applay here. The outsight is in need of some paint but the appartement was so clean, a lot of space, nice furnitured and the moment you set a foot insight the appartement you feel at home and quite relaxed. read more

    the appartement is really big. We stayed in a 6 person appartmen with just the three of us. The upper sleeping room we didn't use. The main bedroom is very nice, the bed was big enough for 3 people. In de living room there was a sleeping couch which we didn't use. The bathroom was very spacy and the shower very nice. The kitchen was very well equiped. And everything was clean. It was a room with a view, from the balcony you have a perfect view at the annimals.

    The family Pizwald is very kind. They knew we would bring our sohn who is 20 Months old and in the garden and the appartement toys was waiting for him. The horses, goats, ducks and cows made his holiday one great aventure with a ride on the Tracktor which he never will forget. Bernard and Christel Pizwald are very kind people who invited us in the homes. They respect one privacy but are always there with suggestions, the great annimals and even on one occassion a feast of wine and snacks.

    It was too warm for our sohn (us included) to walk a lot but our neighbours walked a lot and they really enjoyed this. We took took our car to explore the erea and is was really nice. You have a lot of choices how to spend you holiday here.

We stayed on the Pitwaldhof camping holiday for 3 weeks and thoroughly comfortable. The kids were perfectly meaningfully to the "Bauernhofsleben" were horse riding accompanied, on request, the animals are free to your needs and not at any time of the guests to be petted feed, etc. To reach. However, the normal feeds and the check too etc. Also for guests and children of any age to their respective times are possible. Children and interested parties can with the Trecker ride along and at the daily work of the farmer. The peace and harmony We could enjoy a natural meadow. ... The city and surrounding area offered many relaxation possibilities Mettlach tourist possibilities. We especially the scenery and many very extensive and explained hiking trails. In the summer 2010, we have rented a condo on the Pitzwaldhof, as we would give our RV. We look forward to the daylight savings time and our hosts/family Pelletier! read more

than family (2 adults. Plus son for four years) in August 09 a week in the backyard Pitzwald spend a Bauernhofurlaub. For 20 years vacation Privatvermietern farms and on this vacation is an absolute disaster. Cottage and courtyard themselves were not as described, in a lumbering condition. No contact to the not suitable animals. landlady after a legitimate complaint more or less kicked out. From the first minute had a strange made me uncomfortable in the backyard lending. After a day are absolutely upset to another Hof nearby changed. So be careful with holiday at the farm. I would advise ... you not to go there. Made it better than us. Ralf read more
