We had booked this trip and wanted at the beginning to rebook due to the many negative ratings. Our fears however weren't confirmed. The hotel had 5 floors, whereas the rooms were to the left and right of a long hall. There were two elevators, which during our holiday were working. It was all clean and was daily cleaned. We had booked half board and went daily to eat. read more

    The rooms were large with a double bed, TV, night tables, built in closets, shower/toilet, ... For a deposit (5Eur) we could borrow a remote control from the reception. It was always cleaned well, daily new hand towels and everything neatly cleared away.

    There was a restaurant, in which we could eat breakfast and supper. Next to it was a bar. For breakfast I had to admit that the coffee, tea and all the tap water drinks tasted salty, which was due to the tap water which was from an ocean water desalination. There was a hearty English brekfast but also sweet food, which didn't change during the days. Opposite to the supper. Naturally there was daily fish, pork/beef and chicken, however always differently prepared and delicious. The dishes were immediately cleared away and afterwards covered with new table cloths.

    Since we made many excursions we were only 1-2 days at the pool. There was an activity program, for those who wanted for example darts. The beach chairs were mostly reserved for other hotel guests wheras to be said, the hotel couldn't do anything and it could happend anywhere. I only went swimming in the ocean, as said it was directly in front of the hotel. There beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented for 5 Eur.

    The hotel was locted directly at the beach on a large bay from San Antonio. To the Ibiza city it was about 30 minutes with the bus for 3.75 Eur. The airport was located by Ibiza city and there was no airline noise heard. Along the beach promenade thee were many shopping possibilities, bars, restaurants and at the port 2 discos. One could go on many excursions from the bus station (30 minutes path) or one took a rental car. There were more than 50 beaches and bays worth seeing which one otherwise couldn't reach.

This hotel doesn't deserve four stars, if then only two stars. Absolutely in need of renovation. Many Piscinas in the hallway yelling refuse is true. All the other negative comments this hotel is exactly. I was there with my daughter, without having to read the review. Then mosquitos where we, have voted in favour of all comments, but it was too late for us. I had never thought, that the reviews so exactly, as in this case would vote. Now I know. Never again!! read more

The cleanness of the rooms wasn't a drawback, but anyway it was absolutely in need of renovation. The lamps hung crookedly in the wall and the curtains including the rods were falling from the ceiling. The food had neutral taste, the vegetables were overcooked, the meat tough, coffee and tea were due to the tap water nonusable! The tables for mealtimes weren't set, the table cloths not ironed and were partly for two days on the tables (inspite of stains). From the available two elevators one didn't work during the whole two weeks, although one had ordered a repairman. read more

    Since the booked two double rooms weren't available at the arrival, we were offered a suite with two separate rooms with a common bathroom. These rooms were relatively little used and were so far in an acceptable condition.

    Every 3 days there were the same dishes, altogether unenjoyable. In addition the sweet sodas or beer, wine. The tap water was inclusive, but not drinkable. Water with carbonation cost extra and was sold at the poolbar in PET bottles.

    The tables/ coffee machines at the pool bar were only very seldomly cleaned. In addition everywhere there were used plastic cups. With the English language one got along farther. German was spoken only a bit.

    The beach was clean, the hotel had direct access. However one had to pay for the beach chairs and umbrellas 5 Eur daily. At the pool it wasn't possible to lay as there weren't enough beach chairs. In addition one didn't take it so exactly with cleaning the water. The shopping and entertainment possibilities were ca. 15 minutes away.

The whole hotel was dirty, no soundproofing. The furniture is worn. The doors are only an optical protection against burglars and noise. In the bar there is for all drinks only plastic cups. The pool is in the middle of summer from 19 o'clock closed. In the pool area there are much too few beach chairs and for the number of rooms it is too small. The access to the beach was closed from 20 o'clock, 35 degrees and spite of the sun. read more

No Kinderanimanition, only English full drink on the beach. empty bottles beach chairs at the beach and condome nothing to swim. Food was Okay, you became sated. Could be better, but fine. never again read more

They recommended me this hotel, but now I want to express my frustration. I wanted to have a nice swimming vacation with my family. We had the familiy room at the end of the fourth floor. Luckily there was not an emergency because the emergency stairs were on the other side, about 20 meters away. read more

    As said before, we had the family room: 2 rooms and a big bed, a big balcony, view of the sea. Sounds awsome, but there is only one towel hanger for 4 people in the washroom, the shower head is down, the power outlets did not work (fortunately my 3 year old son was with me), the mattresses had holes. I don't even want to mention the cleanliness of the room.

    I want to stress the warm food at night, it was delicious and typical of the locality. The food at the pool and the plastic dishes were the worst. Still, I have been in other hotels where I had the same problem.

    One of the ladies at the reception was very helpful, but the team needs more people. If we did not prepare our alarm on the last night, we would not have woken up. Even though I personally went to the reception one night before and I asked for a wake up call. We should have had a room beside the cock so that he would have woken us up.

    It was very disappointing because last year the animation was very good. The animator Ruben and his wife (they are still in the hotel) entretained the kids and the adults with bravery. But this year we had Bingo three times, 1 flamenco night and 1 magic show. For kids a disgusting room was available, I did not even sit on the carpet floor. The pool's facility was very small, but it was good for relaxing: green around it, flowers, palm-trees, etc. The cleanliness was an issue too, the English made it worse.

    The location is very good. For $1,20 Euro, the bus goes to nice beaches: Cala Tarida or Cala de en bossa. Two beach chairs and an umbrella cost $15,00 Euros. The locality San Antonio is mostly in English hands. There was nothing to see of the Spanish culture.

The hotel was old and rather falling apart. It was really a disappointment for 4 stars. The beach was small and narrow. The food was only partly enjoyable. Certainly not a very personable atmosphere. But at least it was clean and not gross. We had quite enough at the point when we asked the night porter for a third blanket (we were three people) and were cursed. Thankfully the island had other pretty places and beaches, so we got to experience at least some alternatives. read more
