Centrally located budget hotel. archiviert

As was told in their advertisement, Criterion backpackers guesthouse is located in the most photographed building of Napier town. I can confirm it. The building is really remarkable and ideally situated on the central street of Napier, close to the ocean beach. Our room was very small and had a washbasin. Toilets and showers were in a corridor. Furnishing is very simple and old. Hotel provides light self-service breakfast for their guests in the morning and in other time guests are free to use kitchen facilities for their own needs. Communal kitchen and dining room are spacious and still keep ... an interior design of 30-ties years of the 20th century. In the same building downstairs is located a cafe-bar, owned I suppose by the same proprietor. Guests, seems, are supposed to come with their own towels, but when we`ve asked for a towel for ourselves, we were provided by. I was satisfied by chosen accommodation in Napier and can recommend it for backpackers, as well as for budget travelers wishing to stay in a centrally located inexpensive guesthouse.
Economical guesthouse with a fantastic location. archiviert

Criterion Hotel has a long history. One of the most beautiful buildings in the city is located right in downtown, just steps from the promenade and the beach. This is a budget backpacker`s lodging. We had a small room, simply furnished. Shower and toilet were in the hallway. A large communal kitchen is available for tourists staying here. You can cook a dinner. A simple breakfast of cereal, sandwich and tea-coffee is included in the price. On the ground floor there were also a bar and a restaurant. The central location and price were the main factors that determined our ... choice of this hotel. I was completely satisfied with my stay there.
