    Very clean, good beds, wide range of chanels. Ask for the street view which is nicer and since it is quiet you don't get bothered by noise We book the biggest room: a 2 rooms apartment for 4 people.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Good range of hot and cold breakfast items. There are good looking bar snacks available during the day and evening.. A few decent restaurants are near by as is a U bahn station for easy transportation to the rest of this surprisingly large city. Rooms are a decent size and well equipped and in excellent condition as is the rest of the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting good quality accommodation in a convenient and quiet area of Berlin with Checkpoint Charlie just around the corner read more

It is a very good hotel. It is located in the centre of the city and in a commercial area. There are good connections in public transport. This is a good choice for a hotel. The staff is very kind. I am sure that everybody can enjoy his/her stay in it. read more

We were 3 friends in our 60s. Very satisfied with the hotel, rooms, breakfast and staff. Excellent location. Very good value for the money. We will stay here again. I found the pillow in the bed much too big and bulky, however another smaller pillow was available in a closet. read more

An excellent hotel with extremely large and very stylish rooms. A massive walk in shower in the bathroom. A dogs friendly hotel. My bitch got a dog blanket and a bowl with food provided. Since i believe hünidn not in the breakfast room could take, i was my bitch supplies, until i my breakfast in/out privileges and in the anteroom then together with my bitch breakfast. Very good hotel, we have used the last 10 years, every February. Only thing to comment is that the wjfi-connection on the room is still very bad. We bought 24 hours and the only place to get connected was in the hallway. I asked in the reception if there were rooms where the wifi was better, but it differs from room to room. It would be very nice if you could get a garanty for good hifi in the room especially when you are on work it is important. read more

    The room, we had, was very large, (normal double room). There was a large desk, a coffee maker with pads, minibar, flat-tv with large screen. The available standing cupboard room is big enough. The beds were very comfortable, there is a selection of different pillows (2 different in the room, others the front desk available). The room had the windows to the backyard, so no traffic noise, the windows were with curtains good dark. The bath was rather small, however very clean, the shower seperated by a wall but no door/curtain, because of the bathroom when showering a little underwater set. Make-up mirror, hair dryer, cosmetic towels, etc. Are available.

    The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, everything was fresh and it was immediately refilled. Especially pleased the real coffee machine, where you even the desired speciality harauslassen could. There is no restaurant, but you can snacks at the bar. The prices are normal, the choice is not very big. The courts, which we had, were good quality.

    We were in the front desk very friendly and also at the bar very accommodating served. Especially highlighted is the great service for breakfast, the staff were very quick and in spite of the high gästeaufkommens very friendly and went also on special requests. Housekeeping was okay, we had no complaints.

    The hotel is very conveniently located, but by the location in a side street but still quiet. We are with the bus and metro from the airport(tegel) arrived, the subway station is only 5 minutes away. The philharmonic orchestra are we because of the bad weather with the taxi, the fare was only 7, -€. Checkpoint charlie, the wall museum, the currywurstmuseum (funny) are on foot reachable in a few minutes, other attractions we stayed with public transportation reached. Unfortunately the time was too short, to much to see, we are definitely coming again.

At the weekend we were before new year's eve, in this hotel. On arrival is the very friendly and competent service, of the staff, at the front desk, noticed. There our room, in the booked category, not more was available, they offered us a free upgrade, to a higher category. Furthermore were various possibilities, of leisure activities, recommended. Very good the size and facilities, our room been. The room was always clean, every day it was, by the housekeeping staff, reasonable kept. Can also say, that the staff in general are very attentive. We experienced a very customer-oriented service, and ... never had the feeling, of assembly line process. It came often again before, that you asked, as the food tastes, if you might have a coffee etc. A small drawback is final, that it in the evening no 'real' restaurant. You can however, at the on-site bar, very tasty food order, which was not too expensive are, but a decent quality! All in all can be said, that we, with our näcchsten berlin stay, certainly comes, again check-in. read more

Very friendly hotel staff, a beautiful cozy room and a great breakfast buffet. I can really recommend the hotel! Especially good is the location of the hotel for seminars at the dsft, are only 200 meters. read more
