The hotel had a very nice design, it was on every corner cleaned and made. I had a double room for single use, it was very big, a above average big balcony, the bathroom was clean and spacious. Five Euro tip at the start on the bed, and everything went better; every day were the towels replaced. Next time I would only breakfast book, because it was great. The selection at lunch and dinner was spacious, there was a lot of salad, at least two types of meat and plentiful side dishes, only partly way of preparation was not my ... thing. But everyone has his own taste. We were only three German speaking persons in the hotel, what the behavior Russian guests regards. I think the most was aware of this. read more

The hotel is located in the south part of Sunny Beach close to Nessebar. The room which we stayed in was recently refurbished and very comfortable. The receptionist told us that all the room will be like this in 2013. They are very spacious with all the 4-star amenities. The towels were changed everyday, linen every couple of days. Food was also up to standard with a great variety. Guests are mostly Russian, there are also some Germans and Dutch. These were the languages I could distinguish. read more

The hotel is very modern and relatively new. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, also very clean and tidy. Staff is smiling and friendly. Great for families with children. read more

The food you should rather do not eat, since it overcooked and tasteless was. Of the ice you got diarrhea.
Front desk unfriendly and almost no English Knowledge. Around at the hotel pool loungers to get this already at night reserve with towels. Unfriendly Romanians and Russians the simply to our table set without asking. Barkeeper makes every week another girls clear and the hotel allows! read more

The hotel is located right behind the dunes and the beach, the view from our view was amazing. Large and comfortable studio, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Service is very nice too, friendly smiling staff. read more

I would recommend this Hotel Imperial as I for the first time there was also warmly recommend.

As the trip was offered in the catalog, unfortunately nothing had happened on the ground. This is the first time, so bad that we stayed. We sat with the tour operator on the ground connection, but a change was not possible. We wanted a hotel close to the beach in 1 week beach vacation all inclusive beach bar was already closed, daily water and dragged to the beach, dirty table clothes, as well as chair covers, there was nothing more, staff unfriendly, bad well done food, chicken was partly still raw. Our Russian Friends, food was extremely bad. The Grill ... bar by the pool was evenings from the Russian guests the booze site. If you don't got more, they rioted. The seating order grill bar were just as dirty and torn. The way to the beach the hotel was characterized by garbage. Also at the beach layers of the tourists plastic bags, plastic cup and plastic bottles and unfortunately also broken glass bottles of all kinds. Our room, junior suite, beautiful view to the beach. Window totally dirty, curtains half torn down, bed sheets stained, Sofa stained. Bath, when taking a shower the wall wet and the whole floor in the bathroom was under water. English you didn't want to go understand, it was shrugged his shoulders. The door Frames from the outside hung only two nails fixed. A no brainer to come back to the room. Fortunately, the tour operator at least changing led. Every night we were in Nessebar food and during the day at the beach. We were mostly at the beach from the neighboring hotel. hallo, mein Ferund und ich wollten 1 Woche Last Minute spontan wohin, wir haben auf Empfehlung der Dame im Reisebüro das Hotel Imperial in Burgas genommen, es hat 4 Sterne, die Rezeption der Eingangsbereich und die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Größe der Zimmer auch ok, allerdings hatten wir direkt über der Rezeption ein Zimmer und dementsprechend war auch der Lärm, das Essen war eine Katasthrophe, wir wussten nicht genau was wir da essen, es waren viele Russische Mitbürger dort, danach sah das Essen aus, als hätten Schweine dort gegessen, es gab fast täglich das selbe, zum Trinekn billig Brause, der ... Kassee ging gar nicht, die Tischedecken waren dreckig und wurden nicht gewechselt, das Personal verstand werder eglisch noch deutsch. Der Ausguss des Bades stunck nach Gülle und die Dusche war undicht, die Betten wurden nur einmal in einer Woche gewechselt, am Klo stand ständig Kondenzwasser. Der Strand war nicht weit entfernt, jedoch voller Scherben, man konnte also nicht barfuß gehen. Also das Hotel ist nicht weiterzu empfehlen, so leid es mir tut, hätte gerne etwasanderes geschrieben dazu kam noch dass wir Meeresblick gebucht hatten und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben und beim Check in 3 Std. warten mussten, und 3 Tage Regen hatten, wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Für Famileien mit Kinder, es ist jeden Abend ein Abendprogramm, tanzen, singen usw.
Unser Balkon war so winzig, sodass nur 1 Person drauf passte, mussten also im Wechsel auf den Balkon, aber selbst dies war überflüssig denn wir konnten nur auf das Vordach des Hotels gucken. Nie wieder!!!!!! read more

dieses Hotel entspricht niemals einem 4 Sterne Hotel,das Ambiente sieht auf den ersten Blick super aus,aber man erkennt sehr schnell,das es nur Äußerlich ist,mehr als eine Woche hält man es nicht aus,der Service in jeder Abteilung(Rezeption,Gastronomie,Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit des Personals,usw.)lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig,ich war nun schon das achte mal in Bulgarien,aber von einem 4-Sterne Hotel kann man etwas mehr erwarten,wer allerdings viele Russen um sich mag,ist dort sehr willkommen und fühlt sich bestimmt auch sehr wohl,wer allerdings das erste mal nach Bulgarien reist,bitte nicht in ... dieses Hotel. read more

Wir hatten zu viert ein Apartement mit Meeresblick auf dem 8. Stock. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und die Balkone riesig. Natürlich war das Essen hier auch grottenschlecht was ich aber bisher in jedem Hotel in Bulgarien erlebt habe. Das All Inklusive Angebot nutzten wir daher nur für Cocktails und Softdrinks. Da hatten wir klasse Barkeeper und eine reichlich große Auswahl an verschiedenen Getränken. read more

The 4 * we were very disappointed since the food was very bad and the buffet was very unimaginative. The rooms were only very roughly cleaned and prepared with much love. The path to the beach was longer than described and at the beach itself there were no WC available so that you always have to walk to the hotel. The positive is the transport links by train or bus for a modest price. read more

Imperial Hotel had everything that me and my friends wanted. We particularly insisted on all inclusive package. The restaurant was big and the food was delicious. Many different dishes, fruits, salads, desserts. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the bars worked all day long offering drinks and cocktailsP The rooms were big and comfortable and the house keeping cleaned them well. The staff spoke english and were very friendly, we made friends with most of them. Half of my friends and I spent every day on the private beach of the hotel, where the sun chairs were cheaper than ... anywhere else and very relaxing and quiet. while the other half of the guys preferred staying at the hotel's swimming pool.
Overall i would recommend Imperial Hotel to all of you who want to try out a new destination, no matter if you want to relax all day long on the beach or you want to party all the time) read more

With a 4-star hotel, I expected that the dishes are somewhat whole and not all plates and cups disgusting. The cutlery should also be usable (cutting knife). The rolls should be fresh and the coffee enjoyable. Whereas the coffee in the first half of the vacation was actually very good, only in the second half of the vacation the upper restaurant was closed and the coffee unenjoyable. The complaints brought no improvements..
