We are on the 8-3-2013 for two weeks arrived, the hotel is as we have learned to early may for seminars booked, it was on holiday not to think! It came to the beginning around 150 to 250 seminar participants in their breaks the dining room stormed, it was then around 30 to 40 people in a queue to the buffet and if one arrived were the dishes partly cold or pots empty, because the staff not to. The poor wretches were totally overwhelmed!
The beach and the pool was a construction site. The whole day was only building noise ..., this is no relaxation are!
The staff is really the only positive thing, they were all very hard.
We are really not complainers, we were already so many male in Turkey, but such a thing we yet did not experience. read more

Despite low season very good service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The entertainers Özlem, Tarik & ümet were very nice and all wishes of the guests received. We had a lot of fun with you. =) the outside area is well maintained and nicely laid out. The hotel has our expectations perfectly and is definitely recommendable! read more

A wonderful vacation. We were middle january here. No action, to relax outstanding suitable. Wonderful weather, clean facilities ( in the winter is now times no pool- and fully operational ), nice very friendly staff in every area, selection of dishes was varied and tasty, of each somewhat with it!
With the Dolmuş in front of the hotel there is you really quick in Kemer and then, in the various cities. Great. You can but also the 5 kilometer until to Kemer hiking. ( great view). We will definitely again next year. We were thrilled. read more

We were from the tour operator verklappst with this impossible roulettebegriff. Thus it comes to the following assessment: it was c e n great vacation! Hell in the hotel from 5.30 until 02:00 a. m.: no relaxation! Care impossible, food not good, always the same! It was just all bad, bad-we didn't like it, a joke is the category 5- star deluxe. The offer of the kitchen is proportional ok, variationsmöglichkeit bad and only lukewarm. During our 14-day stay was the offer in the 2. week strong extended, as about 200 turkish parents with their children and sibling in the hotel were. Apart from that there was only hackfleisch and chicken meat in different variations. In this period the turkish families preferentially, the children were allowed fully the whole day until late at night ba as fußbalsspielden and play tag on all corridors and areas etc., test the alarm system was also. Hotel management and guest service saw this passively. Rest and ... relaxation we could so forget. in the dining room was in back area a sign with a statement for families with children so set up, that nobody was. Hot food is in any case a star hotel. We were 7 days and got lunch and dinner only minced meat and chicken (in different variations). We have even in a star hotel experienced. For 6 days (fortunately, we have only 4 of which experienced) were about 200 children in the ages of to in the hotel. The volume was not bearable. Of relaxation could be no question. It was a wonderful kurzzurlaub, we have the best impressions from the hotel, the various offers received. Especially pleased the turkish-language course mrs c. This hotel we could really warmly recommend!
One thing i would like to mention: we are from the mr e-e of the undertake Lucca-tour
In the hotel been mentioned and had to the undertake two excursions booked and paid for (Antalya- sightseeing, per person 9 Euro, mo 21.1., everything was okay/ we had for tuesday the 22 january ' above the clouds' and had us with the payment with mr e. mind, that we in ... bad weather follow do not and the money help. Mr e. said, not a problem.
Al we on the tuesday, the 22 january shortly before 10 o'clock called, it stormed already, an hour later large it until about at 17:20 o'clock, said mr e., not a problem the trip to page, it agreed with my wife, that we are in the wednesday, the 23 january at 11 o'clock in the lobby on him should wait, then we had the money returned. Only on the wednesday, the 23 january at 11 o'clock was not mr e., but a man, of all no idea had. When my wife mr e. called and the money zurückforderte, he said very präpotent, if we not the teilnahmebedienungen had read. We do like before the court, they have all the procedures. The Akka Alinda overall positively surprised. The staff are very friendly, mostly multi-lingual and tried hard. The majority of the guests came (with changing shares) from Germany, Russia and the Turkey, in addition some british and french. The food is turkish and international and diverse; especially recommendable are the turkish dishes. Loved it the events at christmas and new year's eve. Also the spa area we liked: you there (especially in comparison to a from the guide promise of hammam outside) large hygenie. Also, treating are very good trained. Downer : the beds were rather narrow and not very comfortable. read more

In the late season is this hotel excellent to relax.
The place kiric is somewhat ablelegen. Because of the good traffic route, however, raises various shopping possibilities in the neighboring Kemer or in Antalya. Also there is a wide range interesting locally bookable excursions.
The staff are consistently very friendly and prudent with good language skills. At the front desk were during an emergency by Tuna and Serap important assistance given.
The two entertainers Özlem and Tarek manage it by much commitment in a very refreshing way the guests in many ways to converse. Even a few phrases in turkish ..., Özlem gives you!
It is a clean run hotel, the rooms are spacious and practically equipped.
