Medium-Sized hotel, directly at the beach. Quiet area, no nightlife nearby.
Rooms okay, air conditioning available, on request Crib. In Fernesehen only two German speaking program.
Service very pleasant. No annoying animation. All inclusive food nothing special great, buffet - average.
Internet in the room only with cable: 8 €per 4 days. Wi-Fi only at the bar.
The sandy beach is very clean. The sea relative flat, warms got along well.
Directly in front of the hotel is the bus station. Bus to Chania 2 times per hour (1.60 Euro), very punctually. If you don't transfer booked, can also ... go with the bus ( change in Chania). Taxi from the airport: 40 Euro.
In Wartenereich at the airport there are WiFi free of charge. read more

A great hotel right next to the sea, the beach is great and the food also. Especially praiseworthy is the friendly staff. Only criticism: view from the room in the garden, but we could on demand the room exchange. Definitely we would stay there again! read more

For the money we paid I expected just a degree of friendliness of the staff. The pool invites you to really not for swimming. Water smells very strongly after chlorine. That was probably because they want to fight the mold at the pool.
The sanitary facilities leave much to be desired. In any case, I have in my life I have never seen such a small shower.
We were very disappointed with this hotel, service, friendliness and cleanliness are very clear appeal.
Dear holiday-makers, the hotel is never worth the money. read more

Hotel weiterzuempfeheln, rooms were overbooked, you have relocated to another hotel with in the area expected, service, etc. is very bad front desk. In the hotel are NATO soldiers for Libya use building, are numerically most of the guests of the hotel-you have real Kasernenfeeling! read more

This was the first time we stayed in this hotel even though we were on Crete x 21. We were every wish was fulfilled and the staff was without exception, very friendly. The food is very good and varied. Perfect service! The rooms are not particularly large, but big enough. The cleaning of the rooms was very good and the El wech no problem. It is recommended to book rooms with sea view if you want to have it quiet. The door/window you can open and hear only the sound of the ocean. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. ... Guests of the hotel are pleasant. There were no problems. You can either in the Speiesessal or in the garden directly on the sea. Next year we will book this hotel again. read more

The hotel is well maintained and is very nice on the beach. You can directly by the sea eat on the terrace. The beach is very nice, the sea water was clean and clear. The beach is therefore also been awarded with the European Blue Flag.
In town, the hotel is, there are plenty of delicious restaurants and small shops.
The rooms could have been a bit bigger, but clean and tidy.
We had one week, we were there, there was no food twice, so it is very varied. The choice is large, so that there was something there for ... everyone. For breakfast there is a good choice. read more

This hotel is only for Individualistic boring. Although we have been to the older visited more often include could tell us the immergleiche breakfast and lunch with three luke warm not convince laid bowls. Not to mention the ambience of the restaurants, the it with the facilities of a Kaufhauskantine at best. But it was the staff a set of very good indellible, " you are welcome"! If this rate is not so often been repeated Papageienartig, we would have had it maybe also believed. You can get Urlaubsflaire on, or? No thank you, not this hotel again! read more

The complex is very nice. The food was always cold to luke warm. For all-inclusive travel I think I wouldn't recommend. The Anreisertag started with a supper and assumed that we get a lunch on the departure day. The room we had lunch at the front desk and the Kofferabgestellt, in which we were the all inclusive ribbons cut off, which we also no lunch. I think not correct. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

We had a room on the ground floor where I could in the shower was not upright, with 1.88m was only in the hocke possible to have a shower and the view wasn't amazing, but in the second half are we changed in the first floor and that was also very nice the view, the room, the showers but water pressure was very good. Food was rather dull but not inedible. Am from the third day went out to eat. Staff very friendly and always tried!!! All in all a very nice holiday, well located with plantanias in hindsight ... I would have liked more local better mood for us it was very quiet which no mistake as well. Don't go again but I would thoroughly recommend it. read more

Hi people This year we were from 03,06 until 06.17.09 in Crete, more accurate in Aghia Marina, and the hotel Santa Marina. We can only good things to say. We stayed in the outbuilding of the hotel, through a tunnel under the lead through the main road. The room that we ("low cost") booked was very nice. It was clean, with air-conditioning (actually, very quiet running) and with a small bathroom. Although only a small tub inside, but showers was completely enough. At least we know that you're in the holiday probably rather than the tub is ... to relax. We had from the balcony view of the pool. The pool was clean and the grounds well maintained. A lifeguard made to order and tranquillity, so that a relaxing holiday nothing in the way. There was a Wermuttropfen. The above main street was partly couldn't be blocked out; especially if some bikers really have to show, what you wanted to everything The hotel itself was in a clean condition. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was very varied and tasty. Also the buffet was constantly refilled, so that you could get everything if you fancy a later to eat and therefore no has led to bottlenecks. The beach was also in a clean condition. It should be noted that an umbrella with two sun-loungers 5.00 euros per day. We tried a bit to save and are mostly mornings at the pool and in the afternoon on the beach. Mostly we were success, as in the afternoon was not more favorably. But no guarantee. We would recommend to Chania for shopping as the shops in Aghia Marina no thrilling turf could offer. This is not a problem as the tram connection to the city every half hour in comfortable buses for only 1.50 euros is very convenient. All in all it was a very beautiful holiday and we will Crete servicing Aghia Marina and the hotel Santa Marina safe return to, if we don't know where to go. At the end we want to point out that we passed the hotel and beach but very exactly should choose, because of it's very large differences in beach and grounds are only a few meters, and the distance. The hotel in a mittelprächtigen condition. The rooms were rather small, bathroom tiny. The food was catastrophe, always the same cold food. Entertainment possibilities in the hotel very low. Due to the lousy food you feel splashing ripped off. Beach is very nice. read more

It was my third time staying at the hotel you have to say more it gets better and better. The staff are very nice. All inclusive was recommended since the drinks prices is quite high. The food could have been more variety on an art last but it just a bit for every taste read more

I will always book this hotel again, they gave us, although this was a change, read all our wishes from our eyes. The entire staff was professional, efficient and very friendly. The wonderful garden and followed by clean sandy beach in April invited us to bathe. The food was very delicious and always very lovingly arranged. Agia Marina is wonderful excursions, for example to Chania, on the peninsula of Akrotiri or after Kissamos. read more
