    We made aware the smallest zimmervariante dialed, there we to the skiing to schnalstal came and the room exclusively for sleeping use. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything, which we needed. (hair dryer, tv, telephone and a balcony)

    The service staff is very friendly and always make an effort the wishes of the guests quickly to fulfill. Was still the staff very attentive, without being intrusive. It was for example never necessary, by signs or call to draw attention to itself. During our visit was no order forgotten, even if during the dinner much to do there. Hygiene and cleanliness were perfect. The breakfast is rich and there is something for everyone there. From cakes and marmeladenbrötchen on cereal and yogurt to bread and sausage or cheese everything was there. The guests can enjoy freshly squeezed juices and on request coffee and choco serves. The dinner made during our visit again and again for enthusiasm. In the morning we had the possibility from 2-3 main dishes to choose, that in a 5-course menu embedded was. On special requests for food intolerances was even taken into consideration. The food was diverse and we have lots of new dishes met. The quality the food left to close, that someone in of the kitchen works, the his handicraft excellent understands. If you're not interested in the proposed courts had, could alternatively a pizza order, the on-site pizza oven from pizzabbäcker prepared. Without a pizza to have eaten, you should also not leave :-o Very lovingly prepared dishes, whose ingredients every morning freshly were delivered.

    The nearby ski area has enough advanced and beginners slopes. Various cabins are to stay a while and in the valley station are a restaurant and the apres-ski bar, where in addition to various alcoholic drinks also warm tea and small snacks were offered. The golden cross is centrally located in the schnalstal in town our madam, right next to the pilgrimage church. The hotel is 2006 fully renovated. For cleanliness great value. Wifi is inclusive, however only a access per room. The night with breakfast or 3/4-pension (d. h. half board plus cake buffet in the afternoon) book. To our travel time at the end of january mainly german in the hotel, age 40 +. At the last day came several families with children in the teenage age, as in some german länder the carnival holiday started had. read more

    We had a panorama room ('anemone') with view in the direction church. The room is modern, nice and large with a small sitting area and balcony. It would have even a 3. bett in the room given, which we didn't use. The bathroom is newly renovated and a good size. Great: the towel heating. There is a flat screen tv and a free safe.

    Local cuisine, hand-crafted well done. All dishes wonderfully fresh. The main course during dinner was somewhat veal or beef annoying (at 5 of 7 days), there was always an alternative (mostly fish). The pasta and the desserts were really good. The view for breakfast on the valley and the mountains is sensational and makes right mood to skiing. The price of drinks are alright - 1 lites mineral (management-) water cost 1 €, is however therefor served on the square, and also have the glasses anyway be washed. I thought it was ok.

    All employees are very friendly. German and italian all speak perfect. The cleaning of the rooms was spotless. That the beds every day somewhat different were made, we found a nice guests. But it was a shame, that i once during dinner on demand as a vegetarian alternative to the two menu proposals with the main course (meat and fish) the vegetables- frittata from the night before or the main course without meat (d. h. only side dishes) were offered. I would have liked, i, for example, one dish from the 'normal' map would have to pick and choose.

    From the hotel various activities such as hiking, ice stock shooting or tobogganing offered, which we however not noticed. There is a spa with a relaxation room (with very comfortable lounge chairs and free tea), hot tub (could be a little warmer), a steam bath, a sauna and an infrared cabin. Bathrobes for 7 €at the front desk rent. The spa in our experience really good pleased. Especially recommendable are the massages from Waltraud: not only very pleasant and relaxing, but also with great tips, as you stiff in everyday life can be prevented, etc. Only through the great spa wins the hotel enormously, we have really relaxed very well.

    The location in schnalstal is very centrally located. The hotel has a small car park. If the unmanned, needs one at the parking lot by the reviewer's opinion parking, that is however no 30 meters on foot. The ski area in kurzras are about 10 kilometer (approximately 15 minutes by car). The ski bus stops in the morning three times in the vicinity of the hotel (50 metres away), otherwise you have to the main road-which are good 200 meters. To Meran there are 40 kilometer. après-ski in the schnalstal as well as not at all. If you're looking for peace and relaxation and wonderful, wide slopes searches, is here correct.

We felt just after arriving friendly aufgenomnmen. Our check in was done by train and we were in the reception and free of charge at our destination the golden cross brought. Evenings waited on us a good dinner. Patricia escorted us to a hike and explained meaningful and with heart the nature and story this region. All together gave us this week and also our friends really enjoyed and we can this friendly led hotel absolutely recommend. read more

Very well run hotel with very friendly and competent staff with an easy going atmosphere. The food is very good, varied and very plentiful. The spa area very nice, only the whirlpool was for our taste too cold. Would come back any time here have a vacation and have the hotel already recommended. read more

We were to second time here and loved it. The guided hike with Patricia was a wonderful experience, we have a lot about the country, people, flowers undTiere experienced. This hotel belongs to the 'hiking' and there is the name program. So weekly several of the very dedicated hosts guides hikes offered. On this, for each age zurechtgeschnittenen tours, you get a lot of information and interesting about the country, people, Flora and Fauna gives you. The rooms are very beautifully decorated and leaves nothing to be desired ( if you want a very light sleeper, you should however rather a room side or at the back, then disturbs also the neighboring Church next to the hotel not the night peace). The individual floors are equipped with a elevator ... reachable, straight on and a departure with luggage very pleasant. The wellness Pararadies was not used, made however an excellent impression. The meals were very balanced and delicious. As you could feel the Südtiroler traditional fine cuisine. All in all a successful vacation in a fine valley. We will be back! read more

A very successful hiking vacation. The Owners Andreas and Patrizia really makes an effort the Customers beautiful days ready. Also the service in the evening was very friendly and above all Competent in things wine.! This house we can only recommend. You come as a guest and go as a friend. Warmth is in the hotel golden cross on 1. Stelle. The wellness area is after a strenuous tour a peaceful oasis and the relaxation. The rooms are huge and lovingly designed. You start the day with a wonderful breakfast, I would particularly like to highlight, that carrots -, apple- and orange juice fresh squeeze can. On the whole house there is grander water. Definitely a hike with Patrizia participate, you could its stories about the country, mountains and the plants listen. And now something kitchen: if we would go would ... have Andreas at least 2 Toques, the meals are all with ingredients from the region and of the best quality. We are with a heavy heart went home and will definitely go back there again. read more

At any time worth the trip! Wonderful surroundings, magnificent Kierche opposite as a yard of Petra from Berlin. Very nice and ancillary areas service. The food tastes fantastic and lebndiges water heals all wounds. read more

We were now for the third time in the golden cross and were as always very satisfied. We will definitely come back. What this time we really liked, was the new Juicer and juice-Centrifuge.
