Nice hotel, good service. Unfortunately somewhat far to the beach however shuttle bus-service is offered. Very good value for money. Food is plentiful, but meat and fish you can fry, was unfortunately always only from the steamers. read more

For the price it is a good and clean hotel. All employees are very friendly and attentive.
It is a small comfortable and offering a clear view facilities. The holiday makers are mostly english.
We loved the entertainment in the evening not. The children's disco was way too late (from 8:30 p. m.) and much too long. Afterwards was not much more. There were only two entertainers, the whole day deny. Was very monotonous. The rooms are correct big and beautiful. read more

Check-in/check-out was on german not a problem. Drinks orders also. Food is on german excellent (more variation would have been nice ) the staff were always eager to help and friendly. Pool actually always clean. The british times as people behaved, i knew to different now \u263a the entertainers seemed sometimes sluggish, but had fun ideas \u263a alltogether a very nice vacation and i will come again (a negative point for the expensive safe rent...) As taxis really cheap you had to not always waiting for the bus \u263a i the hotel can without doubts to further-recommend! read more

Has the best times unfortunately behind it. Tv 37 centimeter tube from 2001 1 Euro for 80 minutes.
3 rent bicycles for 4 hours 20 Euro? Access for mobile phone 6 Euro daily? 3 the miniature golf courses were flooded (although it did not rain?) The rest is in strong need for sanitarian works. At new year's eves was until 23:00 o'clock good entertainment and then until 24:00 o'clock an endlessly-cd, although both entertainers on the complex were? The mood again way. Whole area needs to be reorganized, (doors, windows of the bungalows, toilets by the pool, by ... the pool soil solve the tiles. This was our 6. holiday in turbo club, but the first in november/december and only a week
For relaxing. Even this time we got again our wunschappartement. The pool bar could not
Be used, since there was reconditioned straight. This has led to no disturbance. The pool could without restrictions and the beverages were at the inner bar served. There were new tables and chairs set up. The last old beach chairs were also aulsgetauscht. The apartments were like always very clean, the food average but something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since we in the ... evening still gladly walk and the shopping centres in the area between 30 and 45 minutes walk away, is the location for us optimally. The way back can then taxi prices of up to 5 €also sometimes faster. We will definitely go back, as the value for money was just fit. read more

We were within 5 years for the 3. time on the complex and again felt good.
Straightforward size, nice ambiance, almost informal atmosphere. Apartments, swimming pool and food are absolutely okay.
In short, it is reasonable value for money.
If you're looking for luxury, just elsewhere twice!
Mixed clientele age and nationality, which i personally very interesting find. read more

The hotel is great if you definitely not the whole all inclusive program needs. Great apartment central location around Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas to reach. We only overnight stay with breakfast use otherwise we were always eat out. Unfortunately while we were there the pool bar in renovation. read more

Too many loud English. Everything was a bit run down for example: window, balcony doors. No air conditioning.
Kakerlakenbesuch in the dining room( rather station concourse ) red wine too warm, rosee sour, weisswein musty weird fassgeschmack. For old tv is fee requires. 1 euros=80 minutes
The food and the entertainment only on English fixed.
Price 1 week England 320€ Holland 640€ 12 days Germany 855€ 12 days all inclusive
You must behave! All around only shopping center ruins. Vivo supermarket is the best the hotel.

I was for the first time in turbo Culb, which the entertainment regards everything great the food was, of course not too much for 2.5 stars expect. What the beverages regards was the beer and wine enjoyable, however the cocktails came from the automat, so, they have also liked. If you outside of the complex under wants, which is already on a taxi, bus or borrowing car dependent. There is in the surrounding area no more all have to. read more

We were already for 4. in turbo club and we always liked it. We have no bawling English experienced, on the contrary we are coming always super with them. Only, because your vacation and not so obstinate are, as bawling English means. Our wishes were always fulfilled, the room is clean like everything else also. We get even every year our preferred room. The food is however sometimes took some getting used to, but you could always find something. We are not picky and also know what we paid. We are going back, maybe in October. read more

The hotel is already somewhat older however in a clean state. Rooms were clean and always clean made. We were 2 weeks there and couldn't complain. The staff were always nice and helpful. read more

This was our fifth vacation in turbo club. As before everything was very clean, the staff friendly,
The food average (but tasty), and the entertainment not too obtrusive. We have neither bawling English seen, still belongs (perhaps due to the fact, that the nationality our holidayers no matter is, essentially, they are nice and friendly) the münzfernseher are available, was in every catalog, was for us but also no matter, since we 2 weeks like on television do. Whose who want to, could also tv a guest lounge ( reception area) free of charge. The pool is every day thoroughly ... cleaned, also the tables and floor on the terrace. What bothered us a bit, is that it again and again tourist ( every nationality) returns, who believe, because they the vacation ja paid, it is not necessary the cups in the 2 meters away garbage bin and everything leave, if you the pool or the terrace leaving. The nearby lying shopping center Faro 2 is unfortunately not worth the visit, as there were no more shops are. The centers Varadero, Jumbo, Kasbah and Cita but for all the on foot go in 30 to 45 minutes to reach. A taxi ride costs about 4-5 ( with tips).
For us, this was for sure not the last vacation in turboclub, as price and performance just fit. read more

The hotel is really recommendable. It is everywhere clean, the service is good and the entertainment program is really good on large and small guests coordinated. The food leaves unfortunately something else to wish for, but corresponds a three-star hotel. The rooms are big and all three days cleaned. An airco or TV ( in the no feed must) you can at the front desk for a fee requesting leave. read more

First impression la, la! From the outside mind you!
I know not at all which I begin, have never a hotel negative but this is really a bad joke!
The turbo club makes to its name all the honor. It is clear to us that three stars only a normal standard is however so not! Room run-down and defective condition (doors do not close, mold in the bathroom, mattresses yellow from the sweat and super old and so on families should only not even bother there the staff respectively the spanish owner no interest something to change and everything against ... an extra charge will be charged, despite all inclusive
Cleanliness is everywhere capitalized, in the family hotel but not!
There were everywhere plastic cups rum by the pool and exactly in the pool in it.
The staff felt not responsible for it. If someone from the cleaning staff there was, which hardly done was just over the trash out. ( not only a couple cup) read more

Had a fab time at the hotel wished we stayed for 2 weeks instead of 1!! Entertainment for kids was good !!!! gorgeous George well what can I say ahhh!! Only let down was the food but was edible would go back! Gutted to be back in Scotland today!! read more

A ideal accommodation for all, the loud and untidy English and Russians and their food and drinking will appreciate and value on unbridled Kinderterror chairs and under people be comfortable, to no rules! By the way: not only German reserve loungers by the pool and drag tons of food from the dining room! A Unterklunftsmöglichkeit for tourist, as we only there to eat and sleep in the hotel and with the rental car the island explore want. A gourmet you will not be allowed. You should in this period the ingestion as lebenserhaltende measure see. read more

A bad Write-up from me and everyone about this complex somewhat negative says, must reach evenly more deeply into the bag and must not five star hotel imagine. Food, service, rooms, cleanliness, complex, Kinderanimtaion -I was totally satisfied and would stay in this complex. For the television I pay have also still nowhere seen, but who wants to on vacation television? My daughter didn't and I was not-as it is but tausenmal nice and friendly country and people exploration and acquaintances-otherwise I can anyway stay at home around me on the couch the rest.
