We were in the meantime the 5. time in turbo club. It is reasonable value for money. On upper pool is no animation. Who wants to have peace should try an apartment At the upper pool. read more

Nice hotel, good service. Unfortunately somewhat far to the beach however shuttle bus-service is offered. Very good value for money. Food is plentiful, but meat and fish you can fry, was unfortunately always only from the steamers. read more

Check-in/check-out was on german not a problem. Drinks orders also. Food is on german excellent (more variation would have been nice ) the staff were always eager to help and friendly. Pool actually always clean. The british times as people behaved, i knew to different now \u263a the entertainers seemed sometimes sluggish, but had fun ideas \u263a alltogether a very nice vacation and i will come again (a negative point for the expensive safe rent...) As taxis really cheap you had to not always waiting for the bus \u263a i the hotel can without doubts to further-recommend! read more

For the price it is a good and clean hotel. All employees are very friendly and attentive. It is a small comfortable and offering a clear view facilities. The holiday makers are mostly english. We loved the entertainment in the evening not. The children's disco was way too late (from 8:30 p. m.) and much too long. Afterwards was not much more. There were only two entertainers, the whole day deny. Was very monotonous. The rooms are correct big and beautiful. read more

Has the best times unfortunately behind it. Tv 37 centimeter tube from 2001 1 Euro for 80 minutes. 3 rent bicycles for 4 hours 20 Euro? Access for mobile phone 6 Euro daily? 3 the miniature golf courses were flooded (although it did not rain?) The rest is in strong need for sanitarian works. At new year's eves was until 23:00 o'clock good entertainment and then until 24:00 o'clock an endlessly-cd, although both entertainers on the complex were? The mood again way. Whole area needs to be reorganized, (doors, windows of the bungalows, toilets by the pool, by ... the pool soil solve the tiles. The massage pool with cold water powered, although mostly from small children holdings? read more

This was our 6. holiday in turbo club, but the first in november/december and only a week For relaxing. Even this time we got again our wunschappartement. The pool bar could not Be used, since there was reconditioned straight. This has led to no disturbance. The pool could without restrictions and the beverages were at the inner bar served. There were new tables and chairs set up. The last old beach chairs were also aulsgetauscht. The apartments were like always very clean, the food average but something for everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since we in the ... evening still gladly walk and the shopping centres in the area between 30 and 45 minutes walk away, is the location for us optimally. The way back can then taxi prices of up to 5 €also sometimes faster. We will definitely go back, as the value for money was just fit. read more

    Very old plant The rooms are equipped with no fan or air conditioning so stay Unacceptable, as expected baking heat in the evening. Beds are very bad. You can dine the windows not open as on the ground floor, the windows you can also not cigarette butts. All extras in the room one must rent like for instance: fan tv, safe. Telephone not available. Condition of the showers in need of renovation, every 3 days only, clean towels and room service.

In short, it is reasonable value for money. If you're looking for luxury, just elsewhere twice! Mixed clientele age and nationality, which i personally very interesting find. read more

    The apartments are spacious and for a ' holiday in the sun' more than practically equipped. Tv equipment are not on the newest conditions and for a fee, it does not bother me, because i on vacation no minute so don't waste. Bathroom and toilet in equipment and cleanliness accorded to a good standard.

    Restaurant and terrace were simply however appropriately aligned. (furniture is currently being renewed). The dishes were varied: daily beef, pork, poultry, fish, vegetables and salads. Dessert as ice cream, creams and fresh fruit. (even if not everything tasted, you will find everyday something) More than attractive the pool bar (also newly decorated).

    Very friendly staff in all areas, the fremdsprachenkenntnisse at the front desk good (german and english ), in the service area except the orders of food and drinks rather difficult. Room cleaning and laundry change worked perfectly.

    Entertainment was not really my thing, so i want to the limited rate. Mini club for children, table tennis, Midget Golf, luftgewehr and archery for adults are on the program. In the evening bingo, quiz and children's disco. The pool is very nice, beach chairs were during our stay renewed.

Too many loud English. Everything was a bit run down for example: window, balcony doors. No air conditioning. Kakerlakenbesuch in the dining room( rather station concourse ) red wine too warm, rosee sour, weisswein musty weird fassgeschmack. For old tv is fee requires. 1 euros=80 minutes The food and the entertainment only on English fixed. Price 1 week England 320€ Holland 640€ 12 days Germany 855€ 12 days all inclusive You must behave! All around only shopping center ruins. Vivo supermarket is the best the hotel. Thanks never again read more

The hotel is great if you definitely not the whole all inclusive program needs. Great apartment central location around Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas to reach. We only overnight stay with breakfast use otherwise we were always eat out. Unfortunately while we were there the pool bar in renovation. read more

    Plastic as in the middle ages, cutlery and very simple napkins you had to yourself. Also in the restaurant only paper cups, simply an isolence, rarely so bad food had, it tasted like nothing at all and just mush. Every hostel is better and cleaner.

Very clean, very well arranged, large apartments, many germans but more english with partly bad manners (for example flip by the pool, cups in the pool) but the service staff in the morning again and again top clean. Area very good. read more

    Apartments very spacious, also for 4 people. Small ' garden ' directly in front of the pool, so no problems in the fight for the loungers against the british (small joke). Rooms decorated in a rustic style with a bed, small closet in the bedroom. In the living room very good kitchen with an induction cooker and fridge, and a small couch and chair. Terrace with 3 chairs and table. Very pleasant. Only drawback (which one as a father minors children also positive can see) age small tv with coins (children could therefore not so much watch tv, so advantage).

    Very nice waiter. Always friendly, especially to the children. Good german language skills at the front desk, also very helpful. Us was a bags lost, the only help came from the reception, so from the hotel. Thanks for that. Very friendly entertainers. Good program for children.

    Abseeits of the major events from Playa del Ingles, but immediately you're with the cheap taxis another place. Rental car is also very easy. Almost the whole island explored on foot. Many excursions and offers (zoos, Jeep Safari... And so on.) When you go something else needs has the club a great supermarket. The has everything!

I was for the first time in turbo Culb, which the entertainment regards everything great the food was, of course not too much for 2.5 stars expect. What the beverages regards was the beer and wine enjoyable, however the cocktails came from the automat, so, they have also liked. If you outside of the complex under wants, which is already on a taxi, bus or borrowing car dependent. There is in the surrounding area no more all have to. read more

We were already for 4. in turbo club and we always liked it. We have no bawling English experienced, on the contrary we are coming always super with them. Only, because your vacation and not so obstinate are, as bawling English means. Our wishes were always fulfilled, the room is clean like everything else also. We get even every year our preferred room. The food is however sometimes took some getting used to, but you could always find something. We are not picky and also know what we paid. We are going back, maybe in October. read more

The hotel is already somewhat older however in a clean state. Rooms were clean and always clean made. We were 2 weeks there and couldn't complain. The staff were always nice and helpful. read more

    Rooms were okay. Tv with gldleinwurf but also expensive as rent. Everything was clean and it was always cleaned very well.

    The food wasn't so good, you had to say. From the kind of cafeteria food. But what more could you ask for this price? The rake for all inclusive on the day for children 5 €and erwags. 10 Euro. That means the whole day eating and drinking! There is McDonald's more expensive. We have 14 weeks and are full. If you stay here Hummer is there in the wrong hotel!

    General the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Also very helpful. Only at the pool bar you have sometimes the impression the staff the beverages pay must. For example if you just in a row 2 beer ordered you got sometimes mean views. Why? The were only two persons so were the rest of the staff was nice. I can also the low review this hotel not understand. If you are cheap wants a vacation then you shouldn't 1 class are. And as a family hotel I would always recommend!

    The hotel is somewhat off the beaten track from the beach. You could every day with the beach bus to the beach go. The bus was always on time, whether or not! The hotel was in good condition. The pools must here and there waiting time but the overall condition was ok. It wasn't new hotel. The area is also okay. You could actually everywhere fast. Wether on foot or taxi.
