The animation team included everyone in the activities and even though we didn't join in it was great to see.

The hotel Is Welcoming and friendly and the staff couldn't do enough to please us., from cleaners to reception staff. Kate in guest relations was fantastic at sorting a booking in al la carte restaurant. She also organised a birthday cake to be delivered even though our birthdays had passed. This hotel is suitable for all ages. The animation team, Sara, Mamado, Alex, Magdy, Adam were so friendly and full of energy , even though we didn't join in all activities they would stop and chat to us daily. Great fun. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The food was varied daily nd always delicious. The staff in lobby bar were so attentive and there was no need to tip for this service just be friendly to them. Mahmoud from Victoria bar was lovely and always treated us with. Smile. There are lots of Russians at this hotel but it didn't spoil our holiday

With many restaurants within the hotel and the use a its sister hotel next door you won't go Hungary good food from different cuisines

Staff very friendly spoke many languages rooms kept very clean they offer laundry room service it has a doctor or clinic even a babysitting service

Animation was fantastic with plenty on offer day an night they kept us entertained and made us laugh good size pool and plenty of sunbeds they have a kids club Internet access and a disco

On the beach with a short walk to local shops across the road also has a few shops within the hotel about 30mins to airport

We had a family room. These are two large rooms with two bathrooms. For 4 people very adequate.

In the main restaurant is very tasty balanced and varied. The food was always was, the dishes were of high quality. ) There are still 4 additional restaurants was typical for the country, italian, asian and mexican, are very recommendable. By the pool, as well as at the beach there are fastfoot in the form of hotdogs pizza gyrostaschen chips and so on. Everything in top quality.

The staff is very friendly and hard-working. At the front desk you will always find someone who speaks german.

The pools were always clean and neat. Activities there were enough. A heated outdoor swimming pool with a slide (28 degrees ) is available. We very much enjoyed the possibility, the grounds the neighboring hotels Mamlouk palace with to use.

We are a family with two children 2 and 5 years arrived and are very satisfied %blank%. The most important thing is, that our kids super contently and lucky were. Since we are still times when kids club team thanks for great child care. As we say plami, Bobo and izzy many thanks for unforgettable days with lots of new experiences. And a extra large thanks to Elena the babybetreuerin the our jungsten son cared for. We can the babybetreuung definitely to recommend 200%. We were already in many hotels in many countries but the entertainment for kids the Sunrise Select Garden Beach resort was the best.!

The complex has directly at the beach. Until to the airport approximately 20 minutes drive

size of the room was ok we had everyting in there tea coffee water was refreashed everyday, nice tv with english channels bathroon was good, room was cleaned each day

the 2 main restaurants are well fitted and lovely decor the food is second to none thanks to Ashraf the head chef all the resaurants run like clockwork beach bars and restaurants really good and very clean. Drinks are really good nice wine different cuisine every day good quailty food and good choice.

Staff were very attentive, anything we ask for will be done if it is possible, The head chef ashraf was very good he made our Anniversary a night to remember with a lovely table and extra food served to us, and a lovely cake. Our waiter MMorray was lovely pleasant always smiling man, he made our day, new our drinks order and looked after us every day. Heyton the waiter on the beach was excellent brought our drinks to us every day, and served us with a smile constantly, also a very funny man, Amid who did our laundry was brilliant it came back all clean and well pressed n excellent service and he was so helpful to us. Our room was cleaned every day and had lovely towels shaped out each day cannot remember his name we were in room 218,

The beach is lovely the guys will get your beds and windbreakers for you they are very clean and like the idea of the red flags super idea, plenty to do with beach and pool games if you want, if not you are not mithered

hotel was clean basic in some areas, the restaurants were very clean and really nice we stayed all inclusive and found plenty to eat.

15mins from the airport, hotel directly on its own private beach, lovely shops close by, can arrange boat trips from the on site shop on the beach very cheap and good days out

We had room number 7209 with a view of the quiet pool, pretty much in the middle the hotel and apparently really lucky with our room boy. Our room was always clean with daily fresh towels and also the bed linen was changed very often. The size of the room for 2 persons sufficiently, however the condition really in need of renovation. The rooms are apparently regularly newly painted, the furniture however, they are probably as old as the hotel itself. With new, hellerer furniture could the rooms much more appealing design.

Yes, the food... Perhaps we had simply through the positive reviews of high expectations-we were the food in the main restaurant at least not so great. The meat was often very greasy, the fish matschig and the most hardly seasoned. At the beach- and the pool bar there was only one very small selection of dishes, the we didn't really convinced. Good was the fresh pizza at of the pool bar and also the breakfast was good average, with freshly prepared eggs, different bread and roll places and also otherwise everything you think to need.

The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. At the front desk you will always find someone who speaks german, otherwise you could communicate in english. At the room cleaning there was, at least with us, nothing to complain about.

The animation we didn't use the pool. On the quieter pool and at the beach there was definitely always enough free chairs and umbrellas. It is therefore incomprehensible to me, why there are nevertheless people, who believe, they should at seven in the morning its reserve chairs. Unfortunately you can at the beach not really far, as this to neighboring hotel through a fence is separated.

Very extensive hotel area, the now your age in most areas look at. However the entire area was very well-kept and generally clean. The guest structure was mixed, with a majority of arabic guests (there were school holidays).

The hotel is directly at the beach and before the hotel one had several shopping possibilities. To Hurghada one comes quite simply with the hotel shuttle or, if you want to be flexible, with the taxi.

All the restaurants were exceptionally clean. There was plenty of food and drink to choose from. Everything was cooked to a high standard.

Everywhere we went the staff could not be more helpful and friendly.

We didn't use the pool but could see it was very clean and well cared for. The sunbeds on the beach have shade available and wind breaks surround them.

I travelled with my husband and 15 year old daughter. We had a family room which included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Unfortunately, the balcony only had 2 chairs but that wasn't really a problem as we didn't spend much time in the apartment. The rooms were cleaned daly to a very high standard and the towel art kept us laughing each day! The meals were very good and there was plenty to choose from. There was something for everyone. We also tried the Italian, the Asian and the Mexican restaurants; all good. The lobby bar was light and airy and the waiters were very attentive. Everywhere was spotless.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. It is located on the beach. The beach is kept very clean by the hotel staff. Unfortuntely the sea was not kept to the same standard. Boat trips went from the jetty and rubbish had been thrown in the sea. Some of the coral is dead and people are allowed to walk on the coral and feed bread to the fish.This is detroying the reefs. Although there is still plenty to see if you are snorkling it is worrying how long this will last.

Our room was quite nice. The furniture were not brand new but well maintained. The tv was still a bit elderly 4:3 tube with few channels. But that didn't bother us. For only time weather and news it was enough. The balcony was small but fine. We had the large luck directly on the sea look to may. The bathroom was always clean and functional. By the way the 'rache des pharao' in this hotel not as widespread as in some other, so you could hear at least. We spared it!

Together with the sister hotel could 2 main restaurant and 4 a la carte restaurants available. Cleanliness and orderliness is highly regarded. The kitchen in the main restaurant is quite varied and tasty. In the à la carte we can absolutely recommend very early in the morning to reserve. Are very fast! We enjoyed the mexican restaurant and above all the italians quite good. There had, of course, the italians' home advantage '. The breakfast the italian restaurant was for us the first beautiful candy of the day. Thanks here times on behalf of Tarek and Sayed, the us showed as perfect service can be. Our stammbar we have already on the first evening found. The victorian pub (smoke permitted, but not at all smokey ) in the main building it to us had done. In the hotel we encountered the staff always very friendly. With the english language one can itself actually always communicate. German some also a little understood but rather quite rare. Housekeeping was okay, really clean, but more unfortunately not. This is, so we had to learn in the room(cleaning) one. If the no talent for it, one can it not take offense. The handling of complaints is nothing short of excellent. Thanks to mr Achmet and mr honey from the relevant management, the with our concerns discussed. Mr Achmet initierte'apology' will remain unforgettable for us.

In our stammbar victorian pub was from 11:00 p. m. decent disco. After 12:00 p. m. drinks unfortunately only at a charge. The beach is for two hotel was quite small but sufficient. We have always beach chairs in a wind protection found. The beach was, what miracle actually, a sandy beach, so that appropriate footwear fortunately they. Also the pools and the pool service were alright.

This is a large area with many mostly three-story buildings with a total of 480 rooms. As the complex (like everything else) of the neighbouring sister hotel Mamlouk palace resort (530 rooms) free mitbenutze can, doubled this even! Near the cleanliness the hotel we could nothing at all criticize, it was daily very well maintained. There are all sorts of guests there, but quite a high proportion of russian speaking guests not to deny.

We had the joy in a building at the beach left nothing to be desired, so there was not even a minute the way was. However you had to to the main building is already at least five minutes into account. The drive from the airport to the hotel lasted just 20 minutes. However we had to in the bus stops in front of the departure still good 50 minutes tasting. We were by far not the first in the bus. The rooms are relatively large and spacious. There is a balcony, tv with german channels, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle and every day fresh water.

The food was for my taste somewhat too boring. There was wide choice, the additional restaurants. You can go to this hotel without hesitation everything food, salad.

The hotel staff were all extremely nice and friendly, many speak german.

Because of the really good entertainment you had the possibility many sports and entertainment to participate. Evening you could a show reputation. Also by the pool there are nothing to complain about. There were always free beach chairs. By the different pools you could choose, if you want quiet or be maintained would. In the summer certainly also nice bar in the (darker-tiled) pool.

The hotel complex was huge and very well maintained. Rooms spacious and clean. The age of the guests is mixed, but rather young. It were many eastern european guests in the hotel, germans and scandinavians. The wifi unfortunately costs. There is a pay spa and beauty area.

The hotel has multiple pools (one heated) and a private beach. You can in addition to the normal buffet a table in the restaurants. The restaurants the neighboring hotels may be used (asian, oriental, italian, mexican). Opposite the hotel there is a shopping center. Also in the hotel there are stores. With the taxi one was quickly and cheaply in the center from Hurghada.

Our room was a very large double with a kingsze bed. Rooms are available with twin beds. Rooms all have air conditioning TV minibar tea & coffe replaced daily free room safe. Room kept clean by excellent cleaning staff.

The hotel had a number of different restaurants, Asian, Oriental, Italian, Mexican and a bueatiful fish restaurant in the sister hotel (Crystal Bay) The quality and quantity of the food was second to none. The whole complex was kept to an immaculate state if you found a any litter you were very luck. Tipping was not encouraged to indeviduals but a box was at each bar or restaurant for tips.

I cannot say how friendly the staff are they love the English people. They speak just about every language and are very helpful. Rooms are large and kept spotlessly cleaned. There is a Doctor on duty every day our friend need to see him and was very impressed on his service and treatment. Laundry service is availabe so take little and have it laundered in 24 hours. We had one little problem with our room and it was sorted in 2 minuets without any fuss.

Plenty of entertainment if you wanted to take part in. Good kids club. Pivate beach very clean the water quality was excellent you can see the fish and corals like they were in an aquarium. Showers on the beach. Beach towels supplied you can change them daily for clean towels.

I travelled with my wife and our two friends. Our rooms were large very comfortable and were well furnished. The rooms were cleaned daily by very pleasant staff who made sure every thing was neat & tidy. The bathroom was large and very well stocked. Bath with shower hairdryer bathrobes and clean towels all nicely laid out

The resort is only a 20 minuite from Hurghada airport. It is a large resort that leads directley onto its own strip of private beach. There are plenty of sunbeds & umberella for shade if you require. There is shops directly opposite and barter you must for the best price. There is also a fixed price shop in the same row of shops. The excursions are good value for money. Hurghada Sheraton street is about 10 miles away and is worth a visit (Can be done with an excursion) it is a new shopping street very well worth going to see.
