Our room was very small, there was no balcony. The rooms were cleaned daily, the room was very clean. Tv air conditioning hair dryer and safe were available and in the price for everyone. Daily there was also a bottle of fresh water, if you wanted also more. Would be the room larger would review be better.

There is a beach bar and a restaurant The drinks are reasonable, the food is plentiful and quality available school grade 3-4.

The staff are very friendly, also without that one already at the beginning of the vacation tips. The foreign languages skills the waiter were not very considerable, but you can get very good and served in a friendly manner. As German however, you can always pink go, the understood and spoke excellent German, it acts then already times if it problem should be.

There were enough loungers and sun screens, there was just at the start a few guests they said they should their towels already in the morning to the suns set, was absolutely unnecessary. The beach is a pebble beach you should footwear for everyone, for children not really suitable, since the water becomes fast deep. Really important for people who want to relax, there is no animation and disco. Free wi-fi access is available, also on the computer at the front desk one can into internet.

First I come to the small mistakes, that would be especially the tiny room on the ground floor without a balcony, the drying rack was always in the way, but one needs to dry the bathing suits. It would be the food to mention, it was sufficient in quantity and in the taste however also nothing more. The hotel has 50 room, if you have lateral view of the sea bay the rooms are also larger. The guests were mostly from Germany, but also Russian and turkish guests were there. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very clean. There were daily fresh towels, beach towels one got at the spa. The safe is included in the price. Really important, there is no animation. A sentence in the spa, you should definitely go to massage or the whole body scrub program carried out, the two staff Dilek and pink understand their work well.

The area is for people who want to recover very suitable, in the surroundings there is no annoying shops, where the staff always wanted to sell something. If you need something you can take the Dolmuş for a Euro to Özdere go

Rooms are very small but sufficient. Bathroom was with shower and toilet. There were television programs unfortunately only VOX uS Sat.1... If one does not go it accustomed to is equipped with a ceiling as a couple to sleep then you should just a 2. the request because there was only a large ceiling which you with a huge towel comparisons can...

There is a main restaurant and a à la carte restaurant of the actual restaurant outdoors was (art terrace) the food wasn't as good as I it from other hotels knew... On one day there were stuffed peppers for lunch and in the evening we had exactly that at the cold buffet are. The breakfast for people who sleep in consisted of a half white bread and a bowl of nutella... I think if you advertise that you at o'clock yet breakfast gets should also a bit more selection!

The staff has no knowledge of German and very little spoke English... Anyway, you can communicate with hands and feet. In the restaurant one noticed the some guests preferentially treated and the waiters only speech the beverages brought. Where I can really say that you treated well was the spa staff... They were really very friendly and also the only where speak German have. The room was cleaned thoroughly as there is nothing to moan...

Sporting activities at the beach was available...

The hotel is rather small approximately 50 rooms... In the staircase it is evenings, as well as on the day very dark, because no window is available... Also the light in the treppemhaus is by motion sensor active which in the 2nd floor didn't work. General is the hotel modern designed, w-lan is available in the lobby for otherwise. The hotel lies exactly at the sea and the beach is only bathing shoes recommendable since he only from gravel exists. The sea sloped steeply from and you can already after a few meters no longer stands... So for children not suitable. The view from the room wonderful as you on the sea looks. The toilet in the room was constantly clogged, but after repeated rinse fixed could be.

As mentioned above, it is just at the sea and in a residential area. The shuttle from the airport is about 1 hour. Excursions not so many available. We booked through the tour operator a boat tour booked where I only advise little to the surface to take with, because it was very windy and cold.

For low cost completely reasonable.

The restaurant offered almost around the day food and drinks. The food selection was typical of the country in buffet form and had plenty of variety. The tablecloths were always clean and hygiene was all right. At the bar there was a good selection of drinks from soft drinks over beer, wine to Raki and similar. So for any taste should be something here for everybody.

The staff were always friendly. The waiter in the hotel or at the bar attentive and diligently. The communication was sometimes very funny with English, German or with hands and feet. Complaints I had no. Every day stood a bottle of water on my room.

Pool approximately 15 meters with good and clean quality of the water. Chairs and sunscreens were sufficiently available.

The small family hotel is a nice and clean hotel complex. The rooms are although a bit small, but who wants to on vacation in the room stay. The shower and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels lovingly daily covers. The balcony( I was with a view of the sea and sunset) with two chairs and stools invited for relaxing. In the spa area I felt in very good hands. Around the pool and before the bar was regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The beach, enough chairs with cushions and free towels, as well as umbrellas, made a quiet and clean impression.

The beach was directly in front of the hotel, nevertheless quiet. The cottages in the area were mostly already not more inhabited. About 500 meters away from the hotel is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and on wednesday a weekly market. In the main village Özdere to come I used the Dolmuş (1.5 tl per drive about 10 minutes) great thing, the place offers touristenware, but on saturday when an interesting weekly market. In Selcuk is saturday also market with a giant offer at fruit and vegetables and what a market else has to offer. Day trips I in Özdere when bergintours booked, boat respectively parmukkale, good and cheaper than other provider, very friendly service there. Recommendable.

Room as described above okay. Good condition of the decor. A problem is it with the fridge in the closet - the ventilation is missing, therefore, the drawer on the fridge was very hot.

Dining room with a sea view. Food was always enough and good quality available. Cleanliness and hygiene were okay, too. Unfortunately are cats and dogs in the grounds often a problem, the waiters can still try the bugs away, if the guests she again and again lure and feed the efforts to fail. Tips were gladly taken, and with the workload also hochverdient!

Staff very friendly and polite, with a few words turkish one comes great clearly. At the front desk and the spa friendly employees with good german language skills. Otherwise know the waiters all major concepts in several languages.

Loungers by the pool we didn't use it, but it would have been almost always what been available. Beach chairs and cushions also at the beach free of charge, we used them every day. Pebble beach was not very well maintained/pure nature and the tilting of the tourists, the missed, the existing ashtray with you. Ocean was clear and clean, this is the advantage to the sandy beach, into the water it went quickly in the deep-as you had to be careful, but service was excellent.

Small, fine hotel, well furnished. Our room with partial sea view was big enough for two people and had a nice balcony. And decent bathroom. The cleanliness was totally ok - staff are very friendly! All-inclusive also fine - great value for money. The safe was without extra charge, there was also free pool towels, the air conditioning was individually to regulate, 2. room card without additional costs - what else could you want. Guest structure was mixed, turks, Poland, russians and germans without special noticeable.

Directly on a pebble beach, short ways and always free places. To the airport Izmir about an hour transfer time. To Özdere with the Dolmuş for 1,50 Euro circa 10 minutes. Shopping in the markets or in Kusadasi. Excursions to Ephesus or that stop in camlik village to dampflokmuseum (via Dolmuş over Selcuk-camlik village ) very recommendable. Well on own fist organize.

The rooms have to a large extent a beautiful view of the sea. Air conditioning available. Unfortunately a bit moldy but since you had to go through. The size we found enough. With children it goes to the capacity limit. Beautiful balcony with seating possibility. The furniture is new and modern. As well as the tiles. Convenient is the 2. Water tap so that you laundry scour out can. There is not too in any case constant warm water respectively eventually only very hot. You must simply try out. Tv available with a few German channels ( RTL and vox). Fridge available ( needs a little to cold to). Actually is the food really good and extensive. As europeans is the breakfast very hard to get used to. A good coffee there is not, but delicious turkish tea. Afternoons and evenings there is a large and varied buffet with especially local cuisine in always other variations. Will never boring. From time to time there is also times fries and nuggets. Meat there was rather little. During the day there is delicious snacks and cakes. The bar in the pool area offers for the whole day delicious and cool drinks. We found the wine also super. The restaurant is open with a view of the sea the is really very nice. Tips should be maybe at the start give. We have the at the end and but felt, that they didn't more definitely to our asks for asked. In short: extensive, typical of the country, you will need a stable stomach.

The staff are very friendly and really nice. At most employees one comes with English really good further. A lady at the front desk spoke good German. The cleaning of the rooms is really super thoroughly and small touches to make ( the towels are every day different ornately draped).

There is entertainment ( luckily) no. At the beach there is a guys the water sports of any type offers. Great is the Wi-Fi the is available. However not everywhere. Simply times to search where it works. The pool is big enough and there are beach chairs in the shade and in the sun available. Also enough. There is also a small shallow pool and toys in addition. The toilets in the pool area were not so great. But it gives you the toilets in the restaurant. You have to just dress. The beach is really nice only very rocky and barefoot not suitable for anyone. Great waves! Loungers are enough available. There is also a beautiful spa in the until noon the sauna free use. We didn't try it but there are extensive massage- and beauty. You can fresh towels from the spa for the pool- and beach area take.

Small cozy hotel. The staff makes every effort with the cleanliness. At enigen places like for instance air conditioning and taps it could have cleaner. Complex big enough for the number of rooms offers however altogether little variety. We had booked all inclusive. Guests very mixed. German, russians and also many locals.

The beach is removes directly and sufficient couch surfaces are available. He is very pebbly to rocky and therefore barefoot definitely not to use. One must accustom to it and know, whether you come thereby clearly can. Approximately 10 minutes out there is a gas station, atm (also Euro) and a small supermarket. A little further are more supermarkets ( around 20 minutes away on foot) Approximately 40 minutes out is the ancient beach ephesus. Very interesting and unfortunately a bit crowded especially if a cruise ship has laid down. The hit as much was happening. Within walking distance is no disco or bar met. The area is rather what to rest.

We had a very small room, it could barely fit the two suitcase, the bed, a foldaway sofa, the wardrobe and the table with the small tv in the room. And even without the luggages in the way, were we often own way. The beds were separated, we went to the but together. Was so serene and we had on the next day even a large bed sheet over the bed curious had. Very nice. Air conditioning was also there. Also worked. Balcony or terrace had we not, although it was booked. Mini bar there are in the room not, but a small fridge hidden in the closet. Telephone there was also, but I think our was broken. Safe was also in the closet. Bathroom is simple. Toilet, washbasin, hair dryer and shower. The shower was very spacious. However the brown tiles a rather unhygienic impression and also the toilet was every day I disinfiziert! In the bathroom there is no window, however a deduction (?!) probably with all rooms connected is,. The hotel is a no-smoking hotel, but in the rooms do not all the guests it.

Staff is very friendly and hard-working. For the food the dirty plates immediately cleared. Foreign languages skills are rather a problem. With English and German one comes not very far. The room was cleaned well. Every day it was cleaned and with us bed sheets and the towels were changed every day. Also towels for the beach were in the spa area made available. Complaints we had no, however another German couple, the up at the end not one helped. Unfortunately! Even Alltours has no further action.

Here one can only say, there was a pool, the water was clean and he was cleaned daily. From o'clock you could not in the pool. The beach directly at the hotel is not well maintained. Is also a pebble beach and without bathing shoe simply not accessible. To you can prepare. Also in the water bathing shoe keep on, otherwise it could be painful. The water is but pleasant and very clean/ clear. It was quickly deep, so the kids not without supervision into the water should. At the beach there are chairs and covers, also enough for all of the guest. The towels for the beach in the spa area. There is also feast ' umbrella' under which one could lay, if you needed shade. Entertainment possibilities for children there are unfortunately not. Unless it has its child before a computer in the hotel, before the Playstation in the lobby or child is so big, that it kickers can. Otherwise rather for children, they know, as one themselves.

The hotel and it's facilities itself aren't very big. From the entrance you go directly to the pool and right the hotel and left the spa area ( also small, however reasonable). The hotel has little room, what immediately is very nice, as you here from a mass processing can discuss. Here knows the staff his guests inenrhalb short time. The hotel seemed clean, you will have a look however closer, then one noticed, the some repair or in need of renovation is. And the cleaning itself was rather superficial. We had booked all inclusive, however the services were very sparse. Large selection of drinks gave it not and also for the food one noticed, that saved, as it is very one-sided was. No matter wether breakfast, lunch or dinner. One has always found something, but in the long run, it is very monotonous. From the guests you say, that it was mixed. We had a few nationalities in the hotel, both Polish, Russian, locals and some German tourist. All together, very family-run hotel, a pleasant ambience and also very friendly staff. She are very willing to make an effort. However it is even with English difficult to get through. She understand there was, but you may not expect too much.

The beach is right next to the hotel, one must really not far. The airport Izmir is in 45-60 in via bus transfer to reach. With the Dolmuş you can in the cities Özdere, Kusadasi and Izmir drive. For Izmir recommend turkish skills or a previous knowledge in Turkey, since you are a, change twice and also ask. And that is with English alone hard. Kusadasi and Izmir have wonderful markets. One should inform, when the nachbazare are, they are really beautiful! If you directly from the hotel the beach promenade, you will have at the end of a daily night market. Here you can some buy or just look. And here there is also small bars, coffee and tea shops. For children there was also slot machines with air hockey, basketball or similar. In the hotel there is only a Kicker! And at the front desk a computer with internet connection. Sometimes you are lucky and has something wi-fi front desk, but on vacation unimportant are. At the beach there is a small small house ( I believe home businesses), where one also banenenboot, pedal boats or something like that to drive can. The naturally again against bare. Here, you but also gladly euros on. You can also beautiful excursions book, we are for example with a boat trip from the port in Özdere been there and have different bays were started, where you can swim and boarded one was here also. There was a restaurant, which is not air-conditioned. The dishes were not very varied, but we were satisfied. Once there was fish. As already mentioned, everything very old and worn. The dishes were not in the hotel prepared, but delivered, warm dishes from the vormahlzeiten were always cold salads processed. I would say times it gave daily the same salads and especially was the dessert, pudding, every day melons, occasionally peaches and grapes.

The staff were always friendly and much endeavors us our wishes almost from the eyes. The language skills were enough for us. Particularly worthy of mention are the service staff Vedat, Dogan, harkan, Burak, khan and a barkeeper, as well as a waiter and a waitress, whose name we do not make more experience brought. Again is the performance of the housekeepers in our room to mention, it was a great value!

The pool was small and made a clean impression. The beach was not cleaned, only the visible leave managed the dogs removed. Loungers, cushions and a small sun screen were available. Internet and wi-fi are in the lobby available. Towels for the beach are not for all of the guest in sufficient quantity available. The beach consists of gravel and is not easy sloping to the water as we all can swim it didn't bother us. The water was clear. Murat made for water sports and amusement, the prices are also negotiable.

It is a small complex with 50 rooms. The cleanliness our room was more than ok, there the cleaning crew constantly things aside areas had, because the family room is so small and for 4 suitcase and contents only a closet of 1 meter times 2 meters is available. The cleanliness in the hotel in general but strongly to be desired, other hotelbewerter are already received and have not exaggerated. The condition of the hotel is not the best, broken shower hose, deep cracks in the plaster of the dining hall, dirty walls, dirty and ailing drinks donors, broken lighting in the hallways are only some faults stand out. Our shower for example delivered over the entire vacation not even warm water, either hot or cold in between there were nothing. In the morning ( 7:00 to 8:00 h) were always some of the service staff either asleep on the sunbeds at the pool or at the beach. Otherwise cavorted on some days locals turks( no guests) in the pool and bar area, as well as at the beach what due to the small size the hotel rather disturbed. All the guests ( russians, turks, Poland, German and a lot more), age of 2a 80 were very pleasant and quiet.

The shuttle from the airport is about 40 minutes. The beach is directly at the hotel and by the dogwalk (name the locals the beach promenade) separately. The hotel is situated in a area where too many locals turks have a vacation ( holiday homes, apartments, small hotels, a campsite) what we found pleasant. The problem is rather the communication, the German guest should not expect that he everywhere with German and English. But all the people we met there extremely friendly and helpful are folds also the communication with hands and feet very good.
