The hotel terrace is in the local area an older hotel the much of the regular guests,. Us everything liked it. The hotel is clean, the staff very nice and not intrusive. We were nice and accommodating even before we have tipped. The whole complex is well designed and with direct access to beach. read more

    The room (216) was large enough and clean. Also the bathroom was large enough, not as described elsewhere. The shower was in the bathtub, with a separate shower. Not everyone thing but absolutely okay. The water had a good pressure and was immediately hot. The bathroom, of course, the old something merely, but it was clean and nothing was broken. The mini bar was every day refilled. Great we found the water heater and the tea or coffee, you could prepare. Also tea or coffee according to consumption was every day refilled. The balcony with its' partial ' sea view was also very nice. Direct view of the see without being on the balcony of the neighbors see (can). Great.

    The staff mostly spoke german and was very friendly. We were courteous and nice. In some reviews said something about it, that the clearing of the tables or serve only after levy plenty of tips quickly was, or similar. We cannot confirm that. All the guests were always served the same, if not with first names mentioned. ;-) The rooms were always very clean, the staff also here very pleasant and polite.

    The journey from the airport to the hotel takes about an hour. In the immediate area there are bars, restaurants and lots of shops, the textiles brand as' reproduction ' offer. A store bordered on the other. The location of the hotel we found quite good. The distance to side and to the archaeological site and to the harbor (about 6.5 kilometer ) is on foot doable. You can from the beach from linksgehend the paved promenade reach (approximately 200 meters), the nice at the water front to side leads. Or you can go on the main street or take the Dolmuş. This is a great experience. A Dolmuş is a shared taxi, the constantly in the main roads to drive. Per head we after side one Euro paid. Better and cheaper it is not. The hotel and its area, the promenade and side everything was nice but nevertheless is in the area very much under construction. Hotel complexes of gigantic proportions. However, we have in the hotel itself hear nothing.

    Large double room, beautiful, white decor. Furniture with plenty of storage space. Air conditioning always worked. The mini bar was every day with water, lemonade, Cola (even on request Cola Light) and juices replenished. Kettle, coffee and tea bags abundant. I was glad, that on my birthday the bed with beautiful red decoration roses adorned was. Also i was very touched, as me a gift in the form of obsttellers and a bottle of red wine with.

We had a wonderful vacation in the january in this hotel. The staff at the hotel is friendly and always cares for the guests. The food is plentiful and tasty, i missed a bit the decoration at the buffet, as you from other hotels knows, the eye eats as well known also. (like but also lie on the travel time, because the hotel was not very busy) The service staff at the bars were very nice and accommodating, a quick service was guaranteed. Particularly worthy of mention are the entertainment team, which always provided for good mood and very fun ... evenings prepared, be it during the dance or the kartenspielabend - thanks anise, you were the best. A separation from the main course of the wellness area to the sauna would be recommendable and possibly longer opening hours of the swimming and sauna range in the winter. A lovely vacation near so-so weather, service, as well as staff are very friendly, eat rich and diverse. The terrace has reflected in the us already known quality shown: neat and clean, friendly and hospitable. Especially is the staff from stunning friendliness and care. Problems in the room one tried quickly to fix it and in the restaurant you spoilt. I went with my daughter and her toddlers (18 months) and one was endeavored, the child nothing was missing. The food is very good in the terrace, we liked it always tasted good, i believe, it is every day something there for everyone, the he likes. My husband and i have already again and serums next holiday with ... grandchildren for april 2013 in terrace planned. read more

    We had a family room, the were two rooms with a connecting door and bathroom. For the baby was a baby cot in the room, would be nice a wickelkomode defendendo.     The hotel is directly at the beach, the was now in january not so important, although my granddaughter on sunny days in the sand gebuddelt has. Side is good to reach, it makes shopping fun, the old town is very nice. We were for new year's in the terrace and us comfortable. 95% the hotel guests at this time were german and middle age, the majority of them probably regular customers. One notices clearly, that service, animation and kitchen also afterwards are aligned. The handling of serving staff and animation in relation to the guests was almost informal. The new year's eve feast was with love prepared, service was on the ball and the main course (beef steak) was on the point fried and at about 300 guests! Same we experienced in the daily meal times and found both meat dishes ..., as well as fish always delicious and not dead! Also the salad buffet was always fresh and tasty. Shops on the main street above the hotel are abundant but also a walk after side (about 1 hour on foot on the beautiful beach promenade ) are recommendable. Positive is the low-key nature of the traders, what a relaxing shop made possible. The hotel itself is already somewhat older, this is reflected also, of course, in the rooms again. These are functional decorated and the bathroom rather cramped, however always clean. (safe costs extra 1,50 Euro per day; mini bar is automatically free refilled.) Our summary: Objectively deserves the hotel 4 stars. Capital of the terrace is the good food and serving staff, coupled with the guests clientele there is a pleasant atmosphere, also we younger us felt very comfortable have! We were already in much larger hotels with various restaurants and great outdoor areas, but this atmosphere as in the terrace we found as not. So, if you want to less value on splendor and speaker sounds from of high quality musikanlagen sets, nevertheless gladly times the night dancing swings (to too many german hit) and it rather in the hotel a bit quiet would like to, you are in goods hands here! read more

We stayed over christmas and new year's eve for the 2. time the terrace and were as already in the summer more than satisfied. All of the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Again the food was outstandingand something for everyone there. Who something to moan about has, you can't be helped \u263a particularly to thank you we would like us in the entire animation team. The games and shows were super and have always a lot of fun. The christmas and new year's celebrations were especially festively decorated and will always remember the best. Because of the many positive reviews we have this vacation looking forward to it and decided for this hotel. As the positive things already extensively in the other reviews was received, wanted We points of criticism mention. The hotel-management has on their guests specialized, because service, peace and the quality of the vacation is in this hotel given. Brilliant came at the end! Check-qut ran smoothly, the luggages were fetched weighed, and the car upscale, when i at the end pay wanted, i was told all inclusive Goodbye and visit us again soon. I in 20 years Spain yet did ... not experience. Oh still at the end, we have no points of criticism found. Thanks hotel terrace. read more

The hotel is a older, but very comfortable hotel with great service. We, 68 and 61 years, felt very comfortable. We were there from 24 december until over the new year. Christmas eve was the restaurant festively decorated and the menu delicious. The service was in the whole time very friendly, cordial and courteous. It makes you feel like you are at home. There was simply brilliant. The programme dee entertainers was perfect. The hall was festively decorated, the atmosphere was great. In the hotel were mostly over 60 guests. Mostly repeat offender-so regular guests-from 2a 19 times. The entertainers ... were pleasant and always in a good mood. She always had an ear to lend. Which it was good that it water heater on the rooms there was. Because i had a cold and could then in the room a tea or erkältungsgetränk make. The food was allgeemein very tasty and varied. There were theme nights, that means except the buffet was for example italian or asian cuisine. There was on the complex several shops, for example hairdresser ' very cheap and good ', furthermore an optician- brillenstudio brother timi - very friendly. The lenses in Turkey for example varifocal lenses non-reflecting and so on costs about 50% less, as in Germany. So all in all a successful vacation the terrace hotel. We will be back. read more

We booked the hotel terrace over holiday check (Alltours) and it was a hit. It is already somewhat older, by repairs and renovations however on the current state. It is a relatively small hotel (270 room), but the charm of this very comfortable and tastefully decorated hotel. We felt really comfortable and would the terrace -book this hotel again at any time. read more

    Our room was with a tv, balcony with partial sea view, air conditioning, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, mini bar (daily refilled free) and safe (1,50 Euro day) etc. Equipped. It was big enough and had except for beds and a work desk, a cosy seating area. The furnishing was very tastefully decorated in white 'Sweden-stil' and the mattresses were excellent.

    The food was in the morning, afternoons and evenings rich, varied and excellent in taste. Particularly the daily changing soups were a true delight. Also the menu in the speciality restaurants (turkish and mediterranean) were delicious. We had about the food nothing to complain about, quite on the contrary! There was in the dining room a very comfortable atmosphere and the cleanliness and hygiene were immaculate.

    Everywhere was meticulously clean. The cleaning of the rooms was daily perfectly. From the staff is particularly the unique Ibrahim from the reception and the somewhat tapsige, but always friendly hotel boy Musa to be highlighted. The waiters and waiters were mostly also very pleasant, friendly and helpful, however there was also a few 'sturköpfe'.

    The location of the hotel is really unique. On the very nice pool and garden area leads directly at the fine sandy beach, where numerous beach chairs available. On the other side after 200 meters in the city of Kumköy, the way in the last 2 years completely newly decorated ; very nice for strolls and shopping. Furthermore, the neighboring towns side and Evrenseki (ever 4 KLM) quickly by a walk on the beach or on the beautiful, new beach promenade. Each quantity of trip goals with attractions want to see, the people in many parts very inexpensive can book.

We have the new year and were pleasantly surprised. The terrace is a friendly and family-run hotel. The staff is always friendly, the entertainers, especially Paula, are always in a good mood and not intrusive, which was also for the hotel photographer shall apply.
