We were with the premises and the cleanliness very satisfied. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and new. Staff was very friendly. The only downside we give it for the food evenings in the restaurant. The bread was not fresh, meat was dry, sauerkraut was overcooked and The mashed potatoes tasted like a finished product, unfortunately! Breakfast against was adequate and also good! We will come nevertheless gladly again, had apart from that a nice stay! Thanks! read more

Extremely friendly staff, everything very clean and beautiful pool. I would best friend always recommend. Although the complete sauerland 'green' was, we could skiing by the artificial snow. read more

The hotel has gotten a bit old. Whereas the spa area in very good condition and is very attractive (seemed new). The food %blank% breakfast, as well as dinner leaves however high to be desired. Every housewife cooks more appealing and fresh. (in this statement place i no award-winning cuisine and criterion) All together a nice accommodation and food you can someplace else. read more

The hotel is ok, if one only once found the way-everything very complicated with various staircases and a lift. The sauna area is too small and it was missing the resting room. Of the sauna again and again in the pool area to change (inclusive-and pull out of bathing suits) is very inconvenient and not relaxing. Altogether also far from enough relaxing loungers. Where the 4 minutes on foot the lift should be, has not developed. Apart from that off course really central location of the hotel. read more

Very successful and more convenient getaway. Pure relaxation! Because i booked last minute, i still take, what it was, which is why the zimmerbewertung tend to be worse fancy. With early reservation i would have surely also a different room and get. read more

We were very satisfied in the cosy, intimate hotel. Unfortunately was missing for our stay outside the snow, on the we were very happy for that. However the hotel is beautiful, clean, the pool was very well maintained, otherwise a pleasant spa area. The staff were very friendly and a very much praise goes to the chef, the food was very tasty! Our short vacation was very relaxing. We could somewhat snow desired; but the hotel can don't change! Also we would have sometimes from the very young staff a bit more friendliness and skills desired; but they all seem in training and are hopefully adaptive! Our room was apparently only newly renovated and very generous and nicely furnished. There you felt yourself very well. Completely it was a lovely vacation and we definitely recommend the hotel! read more

Hotel has I on the whole good pleased. Very centrally located. Spa area great! Service very friendly u. Accommodating. Breakfast buffet varied and tasty. More parking spaces wouldn't be bad. read more
