The room was big, however were the rooms never cleaned, merely the beds were made. So you can imagine, how dirty the rooms were. Our bed had lots of large obvious stains, so we not at all could not believe, under the mattress to look, so really disgusting. Also the towels were also rarely changed. Balcony door and bathroom door did not close properly.

Dirty glasses or plates were at the order of the day, if at all glasses were available. As I have already mentioned, the food was monotonous. There was no small cutlery. There the staff very unfriendly was, was the atmosphere for the food also accordingly.

The staff were not very friendly and rude. Wanted to speak German, even though were available, also at the front desk. Charwomen very unclean and superficial work. Complaints were ignored.

Sports and entertainment was not available. At the pool was the music way too loud. Fitness equipment were all broken.

If you look at the hotel from the outside, it looks like a palace. You enter the hotel, it is a comfortable, however dirty and neglected. Mice were at the tagesornung. The food was boring, so was also for example the fruit not refilled or butter and margariene often missing. Very many different nationalities, little German, many noise especially at night.

Directly at the beach, many shops.

The size was pleasant and reasonable, the furnishings sufficient with places to sit, double bed, fridge, built-in cupboard and tv. Everything a hotel room need. Balcony with two chairs and table and a dreamlike view. The condition was run-down and neglected, but bearable. Not worth 4 stars.

In the hotel there were a restaurant and is permanently closed. At the all inclusive buffet were daily the same ingredients only prepared differently. It was boring and of the quality rather average and unimaginative. Coffee there was only from nes cafe-machine, the only mornings on were. Furthermore there was in the morning a red and green drinks to choose from. That was sugary water with color. No juice and also milk had the muesli be stolen ;-) Glasses and cups too few, plates from above washed, under the plate leftovers. Fresh delicious bread, that was for me the whole buffet the good. The kitchen was bulgarian and English. Every day it came us like a buffet-war. It was not in the queue lined up. It was in between seized, pushed and shoved, as if there was no tomorrow gives. It was not even on the waiters taken into consideration, even if these fully laden with plates, tray with cups or food trays were. Were the too slow has just helped. No wonder the staff so frustrated was, there were the guests and can the staff and the hotel nothing for.

At reception we were very rude welcomes. We were 10 minutes before check in (2:00 P. M.) and stood at the front desk. The lady behind it practiced in ignorance. My husband remained adamant and asked for check in. She said in English: too early! Exactly at: o'clock we asked again and they did his nose up, there is the option wait and then invoke would, as soon as this list was taking place. Behind the front desk then the key and bands for all inclusive forgive, with the words: all inclusive? Or what? The staff themselves was rather frustrated, stressed and overburdened. At the front desk only English spoken and the rest of the staff spoke as good as not at all with us. In one week was the room not once cleaned. Behind the toilet paper we are not running and towels, we had to get them ourselves. On the final day in the morning the bed linen changed. Not vacuumed nor cleaned, still the bathroom cleaned. Unfortunately! Dealing with complaints? It was the room number listed and the particular missing subject brought, but ' no housekeeping? ' was ignored.

Sport, animation, kids club or disco was not the case here. There are shops on the promenade enough and in the hotel a bag shop. By the pool we could not a day beach chairs, there were always all loungers with towels manned. Furthermore was the pool bar the last, it smelled from far. Once we had tried a coffee to get, in the plastic cup and, of course, came from a nes cafe-machine. Rather we are a real coffee drinks and more drinks we have supermarket bought. Evenings there was a all inclusive bar with the music was extremely noisy. You could not talk. Then we are in the safari bar, where my husband a mouse on the feet ran and we immediately this bar left. Another evening we had us from the all inclusive-bar beer in/out privileges, but us because of the volume into the lobby set. There, there are then also access to the internet. On the beach, there was chairs and umbrellas with a hotel-discount. The loungers & umbrella cost everywhere each 8 leva. With discount 5 leva, we have per day 9 leva saved, that was already loads of money. The cleanliness the beach is unfortunately by cigarettes and plastic cup from the all inclusive vacations ruined. The can not even their garbage plate. Every evening drove a car to the beach to vacate and clean.

Art and size of the hotel would have been nice, if it wasn't so ageing would be. Unfortunately are hotels in Bulgaria not well-kept and maintained. The cleanliness left to be desired. The all-inclusive offer was nothing special convincing. The guests were of very different ages, the nationalities: German, English, Russian.

You stumble upon it from the hotel on the promenade to the beach. The airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes and noise from the planes no trace. Purchase and entertainment possibilities are also directly in front of the hotel and the whole promenade along. Excursions there are enough. To Burgas, varna, Nessebar and in Turkey.

Room was a nice size and had everything which one needed. To the cleanliness I above already described everything. There was a fridge-the is quite good.

Good. The food was really not the real. Unfortunately we had the third day light problem the food in our stomach to keep. We have on the ice and the egg dishes pushed together. Of which we left the fingers and it was good. About what there really was, we don't know. Crowded? Man people. Typical German were of course all 18 hours to run. Exactly like in the morning nice early breakfast. Or 12 hours directly lunch. We never had a problem to find a table and if you want a half-hour later eat out is, it was less crowded. At least at this time of the year it is okay. Yes the beverages. I was yesterday the apple juice in the airplane looking forward to it :-) the drinks are really not great. The wine was not enjoyable. The only thing which you could drink was (cheap ) Cola and Fanta. I afterwards on water limited. And we only from plastic cups drink. Why? If you look at the glasses briefly looked at (area light hold), one saw the marks from the predecessor-bäh. But the we could yes out of the way go ;-) there is even worse, as from plastic cups to drink ( just a pity, it unökologisch.) And for breakfast I didn't find anything, which I tasted and I on the bread to make would like. Me then simply cream cheese from the supermarket in/out privileges for 3 liter and ready ;-)

Phew difficult. So the, what the part is, we couldn't confirm. We were greeted very friendly. Always (!) with us speak German, if we at the front desk had questions. So I can't say, that they are completely unfriendly goods or us completely ignored have. Clear-with us one expects with 4 stars other service. But it was ok! The clearing in the dining room we were mostly asked, whether we are done and they can clearing. The cleaning ladies have always greeted in a friendly manner. And so on so we thought it was ok. The room was relatively clean. Admitted: the floor I briefly look askance and it was dirty. Exactly, that in the bathtub the water very, very, very slow drain and the sand (from the feet) not alone down flush could, and on the cleaning of the women needed. Once they have not done. But we survived it ;-) funnily enough they have better, if we no tip given. Interesting!

After the reviews, we had read here, the fears were a horror holiday to have enormous. When we arrived we were very surprised, however noble it seemed. It have really guests from other hotels itself in our hotel your picture taken. Quite funny :-) We had all inclusive. On the first glance the hotel was clean-also the room. 10 days we were there Details below. ( also with tips)

In the reason really great! You stumble upon it quasi from the hotel in the beach. On the doorstep are bars, places to eat and of course possibilities tünüff to buy :-) very good for each woman ;-) Over Neckermann we had two excursions booked. Flair of the south and the Jeep tour. Tours were also on the promenade offered. But we didn't dare, you to book. The excursions were really good. Under the Jeep tour we have something else -but us it was important once more to see Bulgaria, than the beach.

Big room, we had a double room and our son on the gästecouch slept. That was ok. Balcony rather small and the' neighbors' open, we did not like. And the cleanliness, the I had already mentioned...

Such differences between all inclusive and half board it must not be! Apart from that was the food itself ok. Especially clean it was in the restaurants not. The bedspreads were so extremely long, that you had to watch out, that you at the get up not everything runterreißt! After guests were finished, was only quickly about it, but no new ceiling draufgemacht. And with some was the table not nice, after you were done with eating...

Unfriendly staff, the either no speak German or wanted! When I at the front desk was, because of the lack of towels I deliberately speak German. And suddenly I was understood! A strange... Also the service with the stamps left in this hotel also to be desired. There was no stamps in the hotel also the surrounding supermarkets had no. Although me at the front desk promised... Well... We had to into the city to post. There were we then after four days our postcards rid... Child care and animation directly nothing! Also evenings not a single event in the hotel. Cleaning of the rooms as mentioned above-no respectively very poor!

Nothing animation, only a lifeguard, in the entire week a special lady cared has, the lunch, after the pool chock-a-block was, got a beach chair. My husband had to in the morning go down, and reserve chairs, otherwise we would have no more. The pool has its best times already behind itself. Tiles in the pool missing-high risk of injury just for children! Pool dirty, partly with cups of the all inclusive-guests garbage! Just horrible! Chairs and an umbrella on the beach, there was for 24 leva - about 12 Euro per day! Very expensive we thought. Beach itself was clean.

The hotel is from the outside hui but from the inside yuck! Huge house, several room. Makes from the outside much, but more unfortunately not! In the hotel only English and the national language spoken, German wanted or could not! Especially at the front desk. The ladies there were so rude, that we already experienced a long time! The rooms were oK, but were cleaned in the entire week as good as not at all. Towels were missing from the second day fully respectively we only had one towel for three people! That was of course not so exciting! In the entire week was the room only a only really clean! Mopped in the hotel also much, but only the floor of the lobby! The remainder was simply not done. I can not understand! Such a huge hotel, but nothing behind it! Simply terrible! Because the hotel all inclusive-guests and half board-guests had, were the dining area also separated. We didn't bother us, we had half board. But the third day, when we for dinner wanted to leave, we were from other guests stressed, that the area for the half board-guests is closed and all of us in the all inclusive-guests with eat should. Also didn't bother us, the main thing we could eat somewhere. But when we then saw, what differences between all inclusive and half board were made, were we bitter disappointed. Finally all inclusive and half board breakfast and dinner together, merely lunch and snacks in addition to the all inclusive-guests. Should in our opinion not such differences are! Finally, we also a lot of money, even if only for half board, paid for! Lots of russians and English were at the time there. And their behavior... Well...

The location is absolutely great! The beach was only separated by the beach promenade, one was in two minutes at the beach. Shops there was also several along the beach promenade, about 1 kilometer long to get into the 'city' was. You could evenings nice cozy long and something to drink. There is nothing to complain about there!

Big and spacious, lots of space. . However also view of the balcony left and right of the neighbors. Wi-fi in the room 35 leva (17,50 Euro) the week, in the lobby free of charge.

The biggest complaint was the eating area! Coffee and the wine, we must from plastic cups, as it seems not always sufficient mugs and glasses returns.   OK, we have thus already times 2 mugs bought, which we always. Unfortunately also the coffee machines with the quantity of People completely overburdened, the lines and the anger of the people speak volumes. ( coffee is good!) That said, not all in use, there is obviously a lack of staff, organized everything to get.    in the queues at the essensausgaben we are almost 15 minutes, until we had our plates have. Plates are only in the middle, so that the people constantly between them through to, to a plate to come. In short, the kitchen is organizational disaster!

with 2 leva tip per day we had always a good room service had! All together we would this hotel however not again visit!

There is beautiful large pools, which we however because of the meeresnahe didn't use it.

The location is auper, great sea view, big room with wide beds, lots of space! Air conditioning and balcony.

Right next to the sea, only by you promenade separated from the beach. Bus station 150 meters away, taxi at the hotel!

I have stayed several times in Bulgaria on Sonnenstrand in 3, as well as 4 star and 5 star, this what I experienced, was the worst.

Would it not say, but there was no. Room service good. Had twice asked an ashtray on the balcony to get. It was in vain. To the cleanliness I had already said me. Serving staff at mealtimes unmotivated and overburdened.

From the outside the hotel makes a great, pompous impression. It grants a deeper impression I was sorely disappointed. The bathroom in the room was not even swept once, because a torn down edelstahlkante lag of day 1a 7 in the same corner. For dinner were the glasses damn quickly, so that the wine then to eat in plastic cup was served. Provided you got a table in the completely overburdened 'dining room', the evening as for breakfast. In the all inclusive -bar was adorned by a massive kaffeelache the table cloth under the coffee machine-this over days. Unfortunately around the hotel, it was surely with a lot of effort to detail designed and opened, great inside area- unfortunately very dirty. The existing fitness room was just a utility closet of defects electronic devices with two benches and 2 hantelstangen, completely dirty and dirty!

Location at the end of the sunny beach, but still centrally located enough, to the center with the walk in about 30 to 40 minutes to reach.

The hotel works from the outside very big and luxurious. But it is not. It should be completely refurnished are. Everything was dirty and broken. Food not enjoyable, the elevator remains constantly stuck, staff unfriendly and from September the bars in the hotel

Location and environment is however good. Great proximity to the beach - however are the chairs at the beach pay

At the pool bar and at the bar in the restaurant it smelled very unpleasantly. Man had his drinks definitely always alone to get itself. If one then times a glass had got, there was it also because whole evening feast and this then new refill.

At the front desk started at. Check in only from o'clock, but after some back and forth we got our all-bands. We were given the first impression from the dining room. Glasses were all, you got beer, wine, All drinks only from plastic cups. The dishes and cutlery made a unclean impression, was in certain places also everywhere chipped, First preferred to wipe off. So it was the whole week. If something was, it took days until it is again available. Then there were during the day only the pool bar, where you coffee got. One had 10 to 15 minutes on a plastic cup coffee and one got also only 2 drinks. In the evening the same bar open, the music so loud, just 2 drinks in plastic cups. All together such a lousy hotel we do not have yet experienced.

Very large room in good facilities, large bathroom, air conditioning, tv, Big balcony with seating, telephone, safe. Unfortunately also here no cleanliness.

Actually there are two restaurants (1 time half board-1 time all inclusive), the half board but was closed and therefore total overcrowding in the only restaurant. A affordable ( beer 5 leva), 1 all inclusive-bar from 6:00 P. M. with stentorian music ( stops the people just in the bar= cheap ), beach bar until: o'clock with obtrusive stench, a 2. All inclusive-bar on the first floor was loud information from other guests by the health department closed. Altogether dirty condition, broken dishes, careless food,

There was virtually no service instead of. Friendliness as knowledge of German a foreign word. Complaints will not be processed. Cleaning of the rooms also with tips absolutely superficially. Under the beds you should rather not look up.

Large, impressive complex in good condition on the first glance. With the 2. you saw actually only flaws. Broken lifts - because of this long waiting periods and long distances. The hotel offers half board and all inclusive cleanliness is ok a absolute strange in almost all areas. The types of people are quite international, the average age mixed.

The hotel lies in the southern end of the sunny beach directly at the beach - only over the promenade-. From the airport you can travel approximately 30 minutes, to the center there is 2 kilometer, with small railroad or bus not a problem. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities without limits.

Very big, comfortable and nicely furnished. Our room was clean, we got tons of towels. The beds were made however there was no frills ( swans etc.) Telephone was one in the bathroom and one next to the bed available however without telephone the front desk or emergency number

At the end of the season is apparently no longer work, but only still miessepötrig walking and the stupid tourists strören the affair between the staff. Friendliness there are with the staff only if you have give a tip. Some bartenders knew not even as the cocktail of the hotel prepared. At the end the saisonwird also premature all inclusive pool bar unloaded, although the hotel yet a week was open. In the bar in the interior area there are only a couple glasses, if the are consumed, there is only thin plastic cup, as the barkeeper no glasses einsammel or washes he mente but would he not paid, but only to drinks rauszugeben and apparently television to look or with friends chat

In the brochure they said with animation however wasn't a entertainer and no child care the supposedly offered. The pool was the whole week not cleaned and from day to day was more stuff in the pool inclusive abgeplatzen mosaikplättchen. Environment to pool and beach was very clean. E were enough chairs and umbrellas available but unfortunately the announced the beach towels were against deposit were nowhere to find exactly little as snacks between 11:00 and 5:00 P. M.. If you were lucky, you got a stale croissants

The hotel is very beautiful and nicely furnished however needs some repariewrt and renovieret are. With us the room clean towels were regularly changed and tons of available.

To the beach it was only through the fssgängerstraße with super many shops separately. The beach was very clean as well as the whole environment ( I have never been so clean streets seen)
