The kitchen from breakfast till dinner leaves a lot to be desired. If for example which falls down it not cleared away! The counters where the plates for breakfast are never wiped and very dusty. The tables are carelessly set, service in the neighboring hotel amari vogue around classes better, starting with the free iced water to the bread basket, but also taste and presentation the food

Had a beautiful big room with a view of the sea and jacuzzi on the balcony (but unfortunately only sometimes worked). furniture is still in good condition. But with the bad management is the fear I no longer this way for a long time.

breakfast it was OK, but limited selection. Partly are things ran out and were not replaced. Flies were in the raw vegetables and mold the toast. Only ready made juices, maximum 1 sort sausage and of course terribly lame service. Pool restaurant was good... But the food was much too long taken.

Such uncoordinated service staff I have never experienced something like that. No one seems to know, what it is. Takes an awfully long time, although sufficient people standing around. Beach towels go out and 5 people around me and my parking towel from the room to get something to instead undertake. Went to front desk and I have my towel yourself. It is only a example for the bad organization in this hotel. Management I the whole week not seen. Complaints to be with a smile accepted and nothing happened. A major disappointment!

the rooms were very large - on the bed 5 people could sleep. The bath had a large shower and a tub-you could by a beautiful perforated wall decoration directly from the bathroom through the rooms look out onto the terrace. There is safe, fridge, everyday bottles of water and a kettle for eventual bought soups (purchased in the 7-eleven on our trips) was found to be of the highest in between. Next desk, Sofa and armcharis there is a large flat screen (DVD-loan at the front desk) and in the evening beautiful possibilities for indirect lighting. The air conditioning is beautifully hidden and silent. Our front door stuck a bit, so it was always a bit noisy, but apart from that everything was fine. We had direct pool access, which was really great. If, of course constant people at the terrace swimming would, it would be annoying, but it was very empty... The long stretched clean pool was by small Wooden staircase in seconds to reach, it is but also a larger pool (with spa area, which we didn't use). There are other rooms with Jacuzzis, individual small house but also Homes with a private pool and direct access to the beach. Depending on what you want to pay and what, everything was there. There is a older part and a new Enlargement, everything is however in the Thai style nook, nicely planted. Evenings hundreds of frogs quack and you can also in the dark almost entirely alone by the hotel strip at the beach go for a stroll.

There are two restaurants ( at the beach and on the roof terrace). The quality especially in the case dinner is very good and diverse, European and American food there is, apart from that of course a lot of rice and noodles with'chic'. The breakfast was not overwhelming, but absolutely sufficient -it is but unfortunately little sausage or cheese, the juice was extremely sweet. The coffee was very reasonable. Everything was clean, even if sometimes a few small ants the jam pot ran or on the tables. With mosquitoes we had little problems. The atmosphere on the roof terrace is really nice, especially if the musicians were there. It burned candles and you got a flashlight reading ☺. Inside it works a little ' hall-well-behaved'.

All are very friendly, a welcome constant, smile and the shoes when entering the room. It will expect a tip, but we have however Maid and bell somewhat small givenwhen considering the food you need not at all try, you can always get the exact amount (the was added to the room). You can for a extra charge the food was delivered to your room, but the 'show' order instead of Justice (otherwise it linguistic misunderstandings). It is sometimes truly difficult in English to ask, because more than a few Rhetoric dominated the staff not. This is somewhat a pity, as well as the ladies at the front desk are so difficult to understand. Hard-working one is however always, and when we asked a candle for our terrace table asked, it lasted an hour but they came. The rooms were always clean and smelled good, flowers or artfully folded towels but they were a bit less to be expected (also nothing, is only for the eye) in the breakfast one is constant Monitoring, get the chair adjusted and the napkin on your lap located. There is no entertainment great sports facilities. Evenings there was a putziges singer-Duo with guitar and that was it. You have to do so much with itself, read, watch or DVD. There were two large (night lighted) pools-a pool accessrooms langezogener pool with (not open) and pool bar stools in the water, as well as a larger pool with adjoining swimming pool for the children (the two go terrace nice merged into each other). Beach toys or kayaks (with life jackets) you can use free of charge. Internet service is available in a extra Computer room or by Wi-Fi available. At the beach parking enough chairs and chairs shaded by trees (palm groves are rather inland to find). Showers and toilets there are at the beach, sun screens we didn't use seen. The beach is clean (no seaweed), shallow and the water milky. There are a few a few large rocks around, apart from that it is (should not pay a thunderstorm) very quiet and not too busy. The wonderful in the Thai style built hotel features more than 60 rooms, which for our stay 12 rooms were occupied. It is lovely planted, has large rooms, a good kitchen and tons staff, which hard-working and friendly is. Both pools, as well as the right adjoining beach with a view of the granite rock landscape shop for relaxing, swimming and lazing around. There is no animation, except a philippinisches couples, which almost every evening with guitar and singing the dinner accompanied. The complex is within easy hillside location, a bit winding and not too big and not too small. Everything was very clean, and instead of chlorine smelled like lemon grass. We have the hotel with breakfast booked, which for Asian proportions absolutely sufficient is. The dinner was delicious, varied and not too hot. Particularly the desserts are recommended. The prices a little below German prices, but in comparison to the numerous eating house the Sttaßenrand in AO Nang, Krabi relatively high. Next to us there were some German, scandinavian, Luxembourg, Russian and Asian guests. Some families children or babies were there, but not peace didn't bother. The surrounding hotels( middle size, but pleasant embedded in the landscape) were much full. This is (according to the two Philip. Singers with which you could communicate well in English) to tour operators, this new hotel are not yet aware (why also always) still avoid. Because the hotel still very young, are here staff trained, which shy and uncertain-which we didn't negative. Pricewise it was meiers world trips cheaper, than with direct booking-but the service we got, is much higher than what you for example in the Seychelles can get.

The loan at the airport in Phuket was without any problems, we all booked in advance at home (careful: left lane traffic and boarding school. Driving Licence necessary). The dangers are 140 kilometer we relaxed, but a GPS You should already have. There are only a few signs on Thai and so is the ' by turning disputes' often difficult.
