Altogether a well run hotel with central location to the city center and shopping options in the immediate area. Already in october we had in this hotel and were at the time of arrival absolutely pushing for an upgrade from the standard-in a comfort room addressed. Although we this time the standard room already in the spring booked, was on arrival at 12:30 o'clock no standard room free, but all these only starting from 3:00 p. m.!? Comfort room with appropriate extra charges were however immediately available! This leads to a certain malaise and i think, that ... such a hotel this is not necessary; it is however probably practiced. We can therefore only a limited recommendation pronounce. read more

An extremely pleasant stay in ideal location. All destinations in the city center-old town area to reach on foot. For those with cars there is a parking garage and also a cheaper parking behind the hotel available. Although right next to train station location, it is quiet at night, especially if you the room to the low traffic area has (tram runs only until the early evening). Serving staff very friendly, breakfast buffet versatile, room clean and big enough, bathroom was clean, brightly lit and nicely furnished. read more

We had the hotel for a city break and were pleasantly surprised. Behind the historic facade conceals a modern hotel. The rooms are by soundproofing relatively good subdued and therefore, also to the street side ( main station) not too loud. We had a standard room and you attempted several times, us to an upgrade ( inner courtyard and probably a little bit bigger) to move. But we enjoyed it so much and in December 2012 once again we will be there again. Breakfast is very good and offers everything, which one so to start wishes. All together a recommendable ... address. read more

Beautiful city hotel in really central location to the train station and only few minutes on foot to the city center. Also the zoo is nearby. The hotel has its charm with entrance hall and rooms. Breakfast is average, rich offer, the quality has unfortunately not convinced. The parking spaces are rather expensive and the nearby public garage at the train station is a alternative. read more

We used the hotel as starting point for exploration of the city. It is located right next to town center. Main station and tram -stop on the doorstep. Despite a special price we received a deluxe room with an extra bed. Large bathroom with a shower and Echbadewanne. Very good value for money. read more

It was a really great stay in Leipzig and, of course, in the Victor' s residence -hotel. I felt very good there and am the service and the beautiful room enthusiastic. Clearly, it is a city hotel, which is directly located at the main station is. Also the tram right there. It is so obvious, that the noise level there always is quite high. Nevertheless is the location great for a city break. Small shortcoming in relation to the hotel room: I find it quite inconvenient, that in the wardrobes so little shelf space is available. I think it would ... be offering a clear view, if there are individual shelves to the placing of the clothes there.
All together I would like to take this points of criticism but not complain and in any case again my satisfaction stress.
I will definitely recommend this hotel! read more

The hotel is very convenient because right at the train station no noise, very well insulated.
A bit annoying the check in as the room at 14 o'clock wasn't ready yet and no willingness was quickly what to change. We were offered a drink but between 3:00 P. M. and 3:30 P. M. was still no possibility in the room to come. A staff-change in the check in then after the complaint a different room assigned than was planned.
Parking at the hotel in addition be applicable but there is a parking space nearby the cheaper.
The stay ... was otherwise completely ok. read more

In this hotel you feel very probably. It is tastefully decorated. If you a room ' at the back' has ( comfort room with extra charge), you can peaceful location talk. The surrounding streets located room the advantage not have. The hotel lies directly opposite the main station. The city on foot 'capture'. The breakfast buffet offers a very large choice of tasty food. With a champagne can one already times to the upcoming busy day in Leipzig rAM.
Tip: we thought the plagwitz district insteressant. Here an der Elster old industrial structures new use; a colorful life in and ... around the old Buntgarnfabrik. read more

This hotel a star too much! When entering of the hotel one already sees the worn Messingschiebetüren. The rooms are simple furnished, partially shabby room decor. The cleanliness in the bathroom leaves much to be desired. The bed was for a double bed too small and the mattress uncomfortable. We had a non-smoking room and that's what we got. In the room but it was strong smoke smell. We got however without any problems a different room. Internet in the room is free of charge, however very slow. At the breakfast there was not to complain about, if the cleanliness ... would not. The curtains at the window have for a long time no cleaning more. The upholstered seats are totally dusty. Our coffee pot was from the outside so strong smeared the I not to know, like the inside appears. For a room price of more than a hundred Euro we can clearly ask for more. Positive: the staff were very friendly and helpful. read more

With the traffic noise, also at the back of the house, only limited recommendable nonetheless.
Unfortunately no air conditioning which with over 30° daytime temperature unfortunately in night as well an opening window because of of the noise impossible. Apart from that everything OK, breakfast buffet super, as well as the staff's hospitality. Disappointing the tour operator prospective' exclusive' 3-course menu. As well as the visit to the gloom. We have the hotel in connection with a Kabarettbesuch Leipzig gloom booked. The location directly on the main station is very centrally located and everything is within easy on foot reachable. Even a visit to the zoo you can walk. You should pay attention, that in this central location, a room in the back range from the advantage, concerning the Straßenatmosphäre, can be. The rooms are spacious and clean, the ventilation in the bath very silent. The staff are very friendly and ready to give information. We had on the arrangement A 3-course menu and general breakfast booked. The breakfast ... buffet is could not be faulted and very recommendable. By taking the 3-course-menus is the US offered Rauswahl not very happy elected but also here menu good. In summary one could say, that this alterwürdige hotel with its location in the context of exploring the city, completely can be used. read more

2 overnight stay with breakfast breakfast very good.
Had a room with a balcony;4th floor, unfortunately were the window panes very dirty, so that you do not clear out could see. Depreciating for me was, that it in a four star hotel neither toiletries a shower cap were. On the walls were soap and Duschmittelspender.
Because the hotel on the one hand opposite the Bushalteplatzes is located, must be noise from the street be expected. Unfortunately were both window and balcony door leaky, so that it at night quite loud was.
Also there was a small tv-magazine.

Victor' s residence - hotel has its 4 stars fully navigate. Remarkable is the very friendly staff ( for example barkeeper Mr Koch). The breakfast buffet is very varied, and it is at any time immediately refilled.
Unique, that when you use the telephone Weckdienstes a tea or coffee on the room served gets. read more

I think, of the fact, that we already for the fifth time in the Victor' s were, is very meaningful! This time we had a suite on the fifth floor, really very spacious and tastefully was. Very pleasant was also, that the city noise practically nothing heard and also on the inside it was so silent, that you almost forget could, at all in a hotel to be.
What we only noticed, was the quality of the towels. The fit is not the general exclusive ambience and in need of replacement.
Particular emphasis should be on again the friendliness the ... complete staff. In particular, a young man in service of the restaurant noticed, the everything in the positive meaning 'influenced' has. That was also a little about that comforted, that during the Easter holidays the employees in view of the variety of the guests not really been fulfilled, regarding the setting up of the tables betraff. It is also a pity, that the material table cloths were, so it looked a little bald.
Altogether is however the Victor' s just a great hotel in a amazing location and therefore fully recommendable! read more
