The tavern is located on a very busy through road. There our room also to the street was from 5:30 A. M. and before 23:00 o'clock not to good night's sleep. The beer garden is also directly on the street. Here it is actually not possible in normal volume to converse. The staff were partly unmotivated and unfriendly. Only Saving grace was the pleasant service for breakfast. In my opinion is the price from about 80 €for a double room too high. The alten Wirt not recommend! read more

Apartment two bedrooms, a large living room with a nice dining area. Kitchen with storeroom, everything was available. Bathroom with shower and tub, separate toilet. Beautiful large terrace. Everything was very satisfactory. Price is in the upper range, but for high season quite reasonable. The food in the old host was great. Even my otherwise lick side kids loved it and the plates were empty. Great stay. Furniture a bit older but everything was very clean. Highly recommended. read more

The old is a typical Bavarian honey for one or two nights near between. We stayed for two nights and have spent half a day in Munich. As the train station of Bernau was not far away and a Munich-trip with your own car can be an ordeal, offers a ride on. With the 'Bavaria ticket' way, five persons for 39, -EURO to Munich and back. The rooms are not huge, which is probably due to the age of the building. However, the room was big enough for a short stay completely. Cleanliness and facilities are concerned, we have missed ... nothing. The staff is professional friendly and the breakfast was extensive and also nothing to complain about. Since the old host as a restaurant is well-known and many of the food was only due to come, when the evening meals nothing to be desired. It may be worth it, also as to reserve a table. What bothered me was the only one, is the volume of the main road to the hotel is located. We had a room facing the street and therefore also to the beer garden. The beer garden is rather low-key and only, if one arrived very early and with the window open sleep. The main road in the morning, when the rush hour starts with trucks, very noisy. In so doing we souls of sleep. To the side of the road will certainly all needed, as we just passing through (two nights) there again. If you stay longer is, should definitely book a room on the opposite side of the road. read more

The staff in the hotel was rather reserved friendly and could be more on the Netherlands. The breakfast buffet was hardly varied. Especially for a longer stay this is very monotonous. The room was much too small, beds uncomfortable the (mattress worn out). The location of the hotel on the main street, it was very noisy at night, if one the window did not close. read more

We only stayed one night, the only, which was annoying, the guests were very loud. It was with the doors slamming doors, and this at a very late hour.HCLFHLThe breakfast was very delicious and wide. read more

The restaurant is located on the main road. It didn't bother us. If you like it quiet, the hotel should book 'Bonn schlössl', is right behind it, is one of them. The cleanliness is absolutely great, since there is nothing to complain about at all. The food was great. Regional typical and very well seasoned. The Potionen are not disproportionately large, just right. The staff are very friendly. Only the breakfast could have been a bit can be better. The restaurant has a butcher shop, so we had expected a little more. That is the only drawback, we distribute. Otherwise ... the hotel is very recommendable. read more

We stayed for a short break in the old host, because the Hotel Bonn schlössl was booked. Nevertheless we were allowed to the sauna from the hotel Bonn schlössl use (is located right next to the old host, are only a few steps). However, it is not very big, there was much congestion will not be allowed (also wasn't!). The hotel and the rooms are quaint installed and very clean. At the breakfast buffet was quite a big choice and the food was delicious. Furthermore, the hotel features a restaurant (with its own butcher's), which must be very good, since ... there in the evening was quite busy (we did eat there). The information, we got to the front desk, were not always the truth (there were no bath robes in the sauna-we had to leave the next day; we were also told, that they dock in weinfelden no more at this season is started, which was not true; so informed!). However, the staff was very friendly.HCLFHLWe can only recommend this hotel, as it is very clean, the staff was very friendly and the sauna to relax was wonderful! read more

We were not right in the old landlord, but the accommodation of the old owner (in other words house Conny). Overall, the vacation was really nice. very good transport connections, satellite tv and bathrobes. Nearby there is an indoor swimming pool and a miniature golf course. Right next door is the Spa gardens. A really nice stay. read more

We were passing through on a summer vacation for two nights at the old host. We really liked it, especially the price/performance ratio is absolutely in good order. The Chiemsee is a few minutes away, therefore, as an alternative to the expensive hotels on the lake to be recommended. The service was extremely friendly. read more
