Although we only 2 hours to call prior booked, the room was already very pleasant air-conditioned. Also the occupancy of a double room with three adults wasn't a problem. We are very much looking forward to go back. read more

Very nice, comfortable hotel solys midi is ok to fine. One is very fast at the place of geschens. Unfortunately, there was our night a celebration in the house and accordingly loud. But all around a successful weekend. read more

    The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The normal rooms are average, the super iour double the price in my eyes not worth it-expensive, a few additional square meters with an additional sofa. Negative : the bathroom is here as small as with the double rooms: xs

    Friendliness/attention-none : all of the staff let a very fair chance always first to greet, staff at the counter were once themselves, then with the technology employed and leave at the latest when legitimate complaints (living: flush toilet didn't work, the lack of bathrobes, bill over wrong room type) any form of professionalism miss. Here suggested the foreign language skills of the staff-' apology ' is however already in german is a foreign word.

    Here i was surprised but very, in one of the ' answers the hoteliers' to read, the building at the end of 2011 complete renovated, one can the objections of a guest not understand. The 'hotelier' must be non-swimmers: rusty radiator on walls, the left, where the previous rotten were, changing rooms and showers of men in absolutely grenzwertigem condition and a hotel jedwelcher category absolutely unworthy: cracked, rusty duschtassen, etc. The sauna and damenumkleide is actually new-only single tiles, the budget not enough, the floor of the sauna shows several different floor coverings. The guide but at least from the traces of patrouillierenden staff from, their patrols in shoe make.

Hotel lies in the distance of 4 minutes walk to the beautiful old town and 2 minutes to the central bus station. So is a cozy evening in a beautiful altstadtbar or a trip to the castle or Beach Club always quick manageable. Rooms are clean and modern (but unfortunately with carpet). read more

The hotel is in general recommendable, our room ( deluxe ) was great and clean (only a longer hair from the Vormieterin LAG on the bed). The location is very well, you are within walking distance in a few minutes middle in the old town or shopping area. The staff were friendly and courteous, the breakfast buffet was even without complaint. A hotel's own underground parking is available, costs however full 18 euro on the day. only the pool/ sauna area was noticeable negatively. Here needs makeover. Pool and the existing showers are a bit disgusting, the sauna is tiny. ... Altogether the hotel is for a city break recommendable, as long as you spa facilities don't use. read more

Two years ago I have the hotel once visited and found it rather 'scary' -old, already a bit shabby in a typical seventies construction with eighties chic... So well, much has done - must but also much more work to do. The room which I now had, was on the finest renovated, very modern, with brilliant atmosphere - really good. I was very, very pleasant surprised. The rest (breakfast room and facilities, lobby) must. In my opinion still some done will. Eggcups from thin Disposable plastic?! That is really not. But: the hotel is on a good path! read more

    first class service and friendliness! Multilingual staff (mostly English, but also spanish; many native speakers). Allzeits friendly and information. Room cleaning absolutely immaculate, even on the closets and no dust was detectable.

    the hotel has a fairly good equipped fitness room. The changing rooms and showers, that sauna and the swimming pool supply, but more than in need of renovation ( mold, yellowed Feuchtraumpanele on the ceiling, the colors in the eighties suitable showers and shower curtains). The swimming pool is not recommendable, amongst others underwater missing safety bars, escaped Wasserein and outflows. The sauna is in very good condition and modern. However lacks a definition of the sauna range from swimming pool area. The German nurses were usually( in comparison to probably American Hotelplanern) naggisch in the sauna to go, what to do possible is, however one can hardly unseen to cold showers to go. Also here mold in the showers, the free area chipping Color unpleasant Graffittiresten below.

    Downtown location in Wiesbaden, 10 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to the the (market square), 2 minutes to the pedestrian precinct, 2 minutes to the Rhine-main-Halle (all Agaben on foot). Public garage (cheaper than in the hotel) within walking distance 3 minutes bakeries and breakfast options 2 minutes away. Since it's in the city gave it either rooms with courtyard or street views.

I have been in the hotel bill 2 times 24 euros for breakfast added, although I inclusive package with a breakfast booked had. the handling with my complaint was really 'few' no choice the reception staff could tell me, for wechen effort this was mentioned! First explanation was, that these amounts because of the tax extra to be listed? These amounts were however part of the aggregate amount on my bill, so no choice only tax designation! after a long back and forth, I have the 48,00 euros Krdit credited back to my card. in conclusion no apology from ... staff. Not even a sorry or so! this will be quite enough for the future. No hotel for other visits. read more

super hotel. We had nothing to complain about! Everything was clean, the breakfast buffet was very generous. In the bathroom there can not be two people at the same time, but everything was clean! The staff was very friendly. We would have liked to have a night we could have stayed longer, especially since the beds were very comfortable! read more

The deluxe room is newly renovated and nicely large. The bathroom was fairly small but adequate. Room was addressed in the late afternoon again. Unfortunately, the noise of the elevator was a bit annoying. The breakfast is very delicious and varied. Eggs/omelets were freshly prepared. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. We would come back with pleasure any time. read more

From the hotel one is in a short walk in the town (attractions, shops and restaurants). Hotel room was nice and big and well equipped. Kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Prices of the mini bar or ' bring services ' to the room very high. read more

Mittlerweile vollständig renoviertes Hotel, sehr zentral am Marktplatz in Wiesbaden gelegen. Sauna und Schwimmbad ebenfalls renoviert, wobei man nicht immer in "die Ecken schauen" sollte. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Omelett mit verschiedenen Füllungen wurde frisch zubereitet. Cappucino, Latte u.s.w. auf Bestellung ohne Zusatzkosten möglich; frische Waffeln wurden ebenso auf Bestellung gebacken. Wurst und Käse wurden permanent nachgefüllt; Lachs oder sonstiger Fisch war leider keiner auf dem Buffet vorhanden. Gutes Stadthotel mit Klimaanlage, Bügeltisch und Bügeleisen, Safe. Fenster musste des Lärms wegen zum Schlafen leider geschlossen bleiben. read more

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, es war eigentlich alles perfekt. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer in der neu renovierten Etage, dort ist es einfach sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und farblich sehr schön abgestimmt. Der Pool und die Sauna sind einfach, aber sauber und erfüllen ihre Zwecke. Beim Frühstück bekommt man frische Waffeln und Omelettes jeglicher Art, zeitnah und schnell. Auch sonst, lässt es keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir fahren im nächsten Jahr gern wieder hin. read more

In the years The frequent user hotel could do with a refurb. Everything is clean, but the rooms are so do signs of usage, Funiere entails briefly visiting each of the furniture, Durchgelaufener carpet floors in the room. While it is apparently what renewed, but only partially. Restaurantqualität is in the breakfast was very good, egg dishes are cooked to order. Good choice. A Viersternstandard Entsprcht. A buffet lunch was set up in the restaurant, which was also varied and tasty. Only the wait staff could be a little more care. Also the ladies a smile. read more

Very good location. Room and bathroom were run down (loose carpet, burned,...). Unfortunately only bath with shower. Very soft mattresses. Giant tube tv, no free Wi-Fi. In-room safe is too small for laptop. Overall, the price is not reasonable. read more
