We stayed at the Lürzerhof in the short term, 2 double rooms for a 4-day vacation over easter. Searched we a 4 star hotel close to obertauern (ski bus directly in front of the hotel; travel time about 15 minutes Obertauern). We found a 4 star hotel what the spa ( very nice), the service staff in the spa, the cleanliness in the hotel/ the newer rooms (= comfort double room ) and the friendliness the maid (! ) Subject, with drawbacks also the front desk., Regarding the quality ( room size, bathroom)/ the price of the older rooms (= ... standard double room), and the food and above all the service the restaurant has this hotel maximum of 2 star standard. A 7-course set easter menu, which is over 3 hours extends, of the hungry rises, which mostly carelessly of mutes waiters served and covered, the no view/no sense for unnecessary dishes/glasses, for further orders for beverages have, is one of Four star hotels unworthy. Also at our three other evenings was the quality of the beach and the service, with 4 * scale limited, modest. The question for breakfast ( on the basis of the offered menus), after vegetarian cuisine one got the answer ' see what the kitchen bear '. Defined the vegetarian cuisine then in the evening through the post from two cherry tomatoes. The drinks/cocktail offer in the bar area of the hotel is extensive, the quality alright, friendliness and service maximum average. Regarding the location (not directly at the ski slope, no après ski/shopping possibilities in untertauern), we knew from the outset answer. This is not ideal, but on could be prepared for. Conclusion, cleanliness, optics and lightened the newer rooms are good, the quality, and the value for money the older rooms absolutely unsatisfactory. In this star hotel is the friendliness in the service area, as well as the value for money in the older rooms the clear weakness. read more

We enjoyed the days at the Lürzerhof really enjoyed. It was exactly the, what we had imagined. A unique spa, excellent food and friendly staff. Already when booking you will the location of the hotel and the existing transport links out. (5-10 minutes drive to to the center, ski lifts...) Positive: The atmosphere and the staff service was very good. The kitchen we had last year qualitatively better experienced. Negative: The room was very small, when we complained this was unfriendly treated (we had a voucher eBay bid, a comfort-double room from minutes 29 square meter, our room was but clearly smaller, the exact size of wanted or we couldn't miteilen ), we had the feeling the gutscheingäste in relation to the quality at a disadvantage. read more

Super ski wellnessurlaub with great spa area, totally new and 2500 square meter large, good food and the service also! Just top. Is not cheap, but it is worth it. Value for money is okay. Obertauern is 8 kilometer away, really not far, and you could great go skiing. Only in the evening for the party, it is stupid, but taxi (34 Euro) or one drives itself. read more

We were as a family for the 5. time in this hotel family and felt incredibly fast and good. The food is very good and got all special requests were fulfilled. The wellness area is very clean and beautiful for adults and children. Only one masseuse would always wellness sell products. We stayed at the lürzerhof for a short skiing vacation booked and were really excited. Staff are very friendly and attentive, also the cleanliness there is nothing left to be desired. The dinner (we booked half board) was also delicious. Especially is however the spa and spa area to point out. There is everything, from indoor pool, heated outside pool different saunas and steam baths - all together we enjoyed it for a strenuous skiing in the hotel's own spa area the feet to. read more

The whole hotel area is very clean and comfortable, there are several room categories. In the room price is the three-quarters pension with an extensive breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and dinner are included.     We had two double rooms booked standard. The rooms are in the country house style. The room is very large, has balcony, highspeedinternetanschluss, tv satellite, minibar, safe, telephone, kettle and many more in the room every day fresh fruits and fresh spring water are required, in addition there is also a pillow menu-everyone can his personal pillow-where else was that?! The rooms were recently renovieret and are very comfortable!

    The restaurant is in different ' parlours' divided, which very comfortable is. We had a very nice table with mountain view. The food is in the Lürzerhof standards of, the highlight is probably the weekly gala dinner with 8-course gourmet dinner. On the other days you can between various courses choose, there is a foodie and a vegetariermenü, between the two to change not a problem at all. Also in the restaurant it is very clean. The beverage prices are normal. The ambiance in the restaurant is very comfortable. After eating you can in the new bar at the fireplace or cozy one of the many cocktails from the menu and the day comfortably end let!

    Already on arrival we were greeted by the junior manager exceptionally friendly greeted and to the room accompanied. The entire staff is very friendly and cooperative, there's nothing left to be desired. Also the cleaning ladies were always make an effort, the rooms as soon as possible. The cleaning of the rooms is super, compliments!

    The hotel Lürzerhof is located in untertauern, a small village in obertauern (great ski area in the winter). To the next village with shopping possibilities after radstadt are 9 kilometer. directly from the hotel there is a variety of hiking possibilities, in the winter the ski bus every half hour! :-)
