Hotel Alexis^{(3 stars)}

We had a 1 rooms apartment booked. It was really small, but we had it nevertheless comfortable. as after the first week a 2 room flat with living room was available, they offered us free into the larger apartment to move, what we gladly taken. the rooms are simple. Scant furnished. But it was clean. in the kitchen there was a fridge, a coffee machine, a stove with 2 plates (one of them tiny small), a few dishes and cutlery, a little canteen... Everything not new and not in the best condition. Luxury is different. But we also had no luxury expected. the bathroom with shower was nothing special large. So we are saying that, after showering we had to leave the bathroom always wipe. Bucket, Scrubbing brush and rags were in the corridor are required. Equipment as air conditioning, minibar, telephone, safe or there was no TV. all rooms have a very nice balcony. Against the already much described plague helped only: after dusk all window closed, the elektischen Mückenabschrecker regularly with new Platelet equipped and additional insect repellant basketing.

in the house itself there was no restaurant and the beach pub had unfortunately already no more season. But at the main street there are some very nice restaurants. Next to the typical pub there are also a pizzeria.

Anna and Alexis are very likeable and helpful people. entertained you could in English with them. A few Breaking Into German you can also. since we a little bad luck with the weather had, we got( an offer by Anna) additional Ceilings (there were no heaters in the house). one evening we were for the crickets invited and learned a lot about the vermieterehepaar.

in the house itself there are no leisure offers. But the beach is nearby and main street ( options for shopping, Internet cafe and so on) it is not far.

it is a stood apart House in an olive grove with several different sized apartments therein. The landlord, Anna and Alexis, is in the summer months in the upper floor. food is not offered.

the building is slightly back located in a lateral road. The rooms are simple and brightly decorated. There is ample balconies and a small kitchenette with coffee maker and enough pots, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom could be larger, but that is in Greece always so if you don't deluxe retreat checking in.

The hotel itself is for self-catering holiday-makers. As described above, there is no shortage of bars and taverns. Highly recommended is the fish restaurant Afros right on the beach.

Anna and Alexis, the owner of the hotels, speak excellent English and are on hand with help and advice, also for chat about the country and the people, are available. The rooms are cleaned twice a week.

The hotel is small, very nice and quiet. The well-kept garden off the street is ideal to play for babies, because the parents are not constantly on the go: There is no risk of cars, pool and concrete, but plenty of room to spread out --. The property is well maintained and the owners are helpful warm but unobtrusive. A great, relaxing atmosphere. Most of the guests were German and Austrians.

Both the beach and the place are within a few minutes walking distance. In town there were enough snack bars and taverns, Kafenions from cheap to a bit more expensive, a nice little shops, supermarkets, a German-speaking doctor, internet cafes, ... Set on the beach promenade, with also nice bars and restaurants, all of which have the day and evening and enjoy a beautiful sunset can admire. If you like authentic Greek food, its a bit of research, as the resort is strongly influenced by British tourists, on their strange eating habits on which one or other place. If you overlook that can, but is Acharavi well cared for, but there are also Tavenen, where you great local specialities are served. The place is mostly visited by families, so there were enough safe gaming and also in the night a relaxed atmosphere without Drinkers crowds. It is recommended that is necessary, hiring a car for a couple of days and the gorgeous island to explore in a few excursions. There are a few north lovely golden beaches, the beach from Acharavi is quieter "only" ok - a bit too kieselartig. Walking distance there are also a few very ample pool bars, the open to everyone, including a kids pool with through 60 cm. Water depth, ideal for small children.

We had an apartment with two good sized bedrooms ( unfortunately only in a room with closet), small kitchen ( older but very clean fridge, small cooker with two stove burners and dining table with plenty of room for 4 persons), bathroom with shower (if several Wohnparteien at the same time, you will have to carry it like to shower water often to be adjusted, but that didn't bother us any further! ) and a great and large balcony

No but quickly enough bars, tavernas and restaurants within walking distance

Anna and Alexis are very nice and helpful - both speak English. Complaints are immediately bearbeitet/behoben ... They will help you with anything - for example. German speaking doctor came to the hotel ......... the rooms were always clean - how often Anna you cleaning, I can't say, as we have swept the room ( broom and ships on every floor ) child care or kid's club didn't exist .... mosquito plugs make ( necessary, as the mosquitoes there are bad - ESPARTO must be bought itself - ) as well as toilet paper etc.

Beach is reached fast on foot - the beach has large pebbles, so the water is very hard - beach shoes for the first meters highly recommended - but once in the water is, then there is only added sand - great for children - the water is only slow deep ....... However, there are often higher waves - on the sand but nothing for snorkelers ... Showers available at the beach ... We stayed here for 2 beach chairs including an umbrella paid EURO 5.00 per day.

Small hotel with apartments and studios, with a nice and well kept garden, for Greek standards very clean, no gastronomy, towels are changed twice a week, linen 1x per week, the condition of the area was very good, during our holiday stayed there exclusively German guests and mostly families with children ... the owners Anna and Alexis are very friendly, care a lot and are very helpful ... the guests could stay in the garden - and the kids can play ...

Distance to the beach about a 3 -5 minute walk - bakery (also open on Sundays), a supermarket and various. Tavernas and restaurants too - so totally central yet quiet ..... With the exception of Saturday night - there are the greek evening, followed by dance music at the hotel next door - till about 23.00 (midnight Uhr) ... Public disco? - I didn't see, but the place was more for family holiday. Bars with live there was TV but ..... Transfer from the airport took about 1 - 2 h - depending on how many hotels be driven to ..... Transport is very hilly, those who are sensitive should have better Reisekrankheitstabletten ... Book excursion in the town rather bad or expensive - if you want to explore the island, you should better book a rental car ( and indeed in advance and the car delivered to the hotel - not right in town! )

There were two large bedrooms, a kitchen with seating and a bathroom. The terrace is a nice size. The kitchen is adequately appointed for small warm dishes and breakfast, there is a coffee maker. Everything is clean and usable.

There are tons of restaurants in Acharavi, good and cheap. We recommend the "Afros" because it has the best fish at moderate prices.

Anna and Alexis are so friendly, speak good English and a little German. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed a doctor supports, the doctor came into the house and spoke German. The rooms are cleaned once a week, twice a week there are fresh towels.

Room and bathroom installations are in good condition, very well maintained and big enough for the a self catering holiday. When we stay, there were parents with young children as well as older people.

We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen + bathroom + terrace bemittelt. Plenty of space for us 2 separate bedrooms. Facilities for Greek standards ok. Cleanliness okay.

The hosts Anna + Alexis were always friendly and very helpful in every situation. With English and some German words we could well communicate. Rooms 1x per week. Towels twice a week.

Clean, quiet apartment house. With balcony or terrace in green surroundings. Selbstverbpfleger, for example for breakfast. Bakery (=B. Also with a good selection on Sundays)+ shops nearby. Approximately 300-400 m beach shopping ca100-200 meters for us as mature couple(62 + 59 ) was ALEXIS the appropriate Dominizil Greece for a quiet holiday. The surrounding hotels with your occasional, were not very far away, the music and activities on us not disturbing seemed. All eating establishments in the local area. Other Hostel you can also would have been to find. With a rental car is very Corfu, whereas the for us to explore nicest part (including beaches ) almost on the doorstep was( 15 30 minutes by car)

Perfectly well for us as we like no here:, adequate size, space for us and our belongings.

Always friendly, outgoing and present the guests. English and partially German speaking. By Anna and Alexis makes you feel at ease and well cared for. It just feels good to be there. A relaxed, informal atmosphere.

The 3. time we. The apartment is located in a quiet green, surrounded by olive, figs and lemon trees. The village and beach wasn't far. Everything is very well-kept, it is cleaned very well. Anna and Alexis are wonderful, welcoming hosts and an advice and request.

The small nice walk to the beach about 10 minutes. On the way there pool use free of charge with a kid's pool. 5 Minutes to the village with a supermarket and a real bakery and small shops. Bank, German speaking doctors also pediatrician available. Many tavernas by the beach and in the village on the choice available
