We were for the 3. time in this hotel and were as always very satisfied. The hotel is' a little into the years' old, but except for the bathroom almost not on. It is last year out freshly painted. We were as requested in a room on the west side of building. Also our room was freshly painted. The cleanliness is very good. The carpet on the 7 floors was several times during our stay shampooed and is based on the age of the hotel in good condition. Entrance and reception rather unobstrusive and bar in of the lobby. Guest ... structure during our stay: about 50% germans, the rest was mixed (Scandinavia, England, Holland), no russians. Pleasant atmosphere under the guests, very civilized, but not stuffy, average age of 25-70 years, mixed, 'normal' people. read more

Our room was for our standards big enough and freshly painted. For the age of the hotel it was very clean and cleaned daily. Only the bathtub and the shower you could see age. Hair dryer available, good storage space, for our needs well, tv with international channels (ARD, ZDF, some private german channels) is available free of charge, remote maintenance against bail (about 15 Euro) at the front desk available, wlan per hour 1 Euro (for us perfectly enough, price very fair ), per day i think about 6 Euro, safety deposit box in the room per day 2 Euro, it would be desirable, if these both services included in the price would be.

We had as always all-inclusive (all inclusive ), that means breakfast, lunch (from 13-15:30 pm) and dinner (18-20:30 hours), in between the possibility to snacks (if you still hungry...) Two poolbars and evenings after 22 hours inside at the bar. The possibility the food was no wishes open. Drinks (the usual non-alcoholic soft drinks, as well as beer, 3 sorts of wine, and certain alcoholic and soft drinks at the bar) were in all-inclusive included in the price. There was never traffic jams on the ' drinking stations ' by the pool, in the indoor bar and in the dining room and no excesses. To eat: for me always the highlight in IFA with 4-star style. Rich selection in large buffet to the meals, style rather continental, but also meals easy with nationaltypical impact (which i guess), really something for everyone. Evenings there were many choices of meat (pork, beef, lamb), 1-2 sorts of fish, vegetables, Paella, rice noodle dishes, wide selection of starters, various sorts of cold meat (niklaas location-close especially recommendable), several sorts of cheese, pizza, as well as raw salad vegetable, olives-really there is something for everybody. Meat/fish at 2 bratstationen in the evening freshly prepared The dessert was always very colorful and varied. We personally were the creams, cakes and otherwise. Pastries but a bit artificial and sweet. If you like it-and there were many...! We limited ourselves to the rich and very good fruits. A no-go the minced meat for hamburg, as well as the sausage, but as mentioned, who likes it... At the snack bar there was a wide choice of sweet and hearty (slices, and niklaas location-close rolls). If you still hungry, you can find as a bit (until 23 hours) at the indoor bar. Dress code in the dining room: during the day as, in the evening long pants, t-shirt ranges... , no socks or hemdenpflicht ☺

Room service : the room was very clean held and cleaned daily and vacuumed. You can requested times specify, which the room cleaned wirerden should. Service in the dining room: top, couldn't be better. The empty plates were cleared immediately. Never stood still on the table, when we from the buffet back. There was at the meals (we had all inclusive) a discreet, almost cheerful atmosphere. We never had a musty service staff member saw, all were very friendly and accommodating and always with a smile. Service at the reception: very good, one worried immediately about the issue, almost all speak german.

There are (i think ) 3 pools, depending on, quieter noise, depending on, whether one rather rests or rather the vision to be would like... Something for everyone! Lots of palm trees or otherwise. Plants, no ' schwimmbadatmosphäre'. There are entertainment offers, but not intrusive and never with large lärmaufwand. You can get a little learn spanish, darts, Volleyball, Midget Golf, riffle shooting, water aerobics... For each age, which entertain to, something for everyone. Inside you can table tennis, some fitness equipment, massage etc. However as mentioned - very unobtrusive and the entertainers bring the also very well over, very personable. Really nice was the evening entertainment outside in the 'theatre' so about from 8:30 p. m., sometimes solo entertainer with dance music, bingo, often but also really good show programs to certain issues (Elvis, meter jackson, soul, sport/ akrobatikacts...) , duration about 1 hour if you maybe cause for criticism, then please consider-the everything was included-in 4 stars hotels pay sometimes...

The hotel is almost directly at the beautiful beach promenade (about 100 meters away). The beach is almost around the corner and about a staircase with about 50 extensive steps distance. Very good public buses, bus station almost opposite. Most destinations are accessible. The west side of IFA is located on a busy street. The noise level is a little higher, when you are sitting on your balcony. Is in february until 18 hours sun and particularly starting from the 4. floor overlooking the beach from Maspalomas. With closed balkontüre reduced the noise but a normal level. In the pool area, also at a street borders, is because of the insulation pleasant noise level. From here you can wonderful walks on the promenade to San Agustin or west walks directly at the magnificent dunes along to the lighthouse of Maspalomas and furthermore make.
