The hotel is visited by Russian compatriots their gastronomic culture under all... Is. The service staff speaks Russian but no English. Otherwise, fine Pebble beach and cultural who like the one-sidedness is right at home here. What is a culinary highlight, is the Italian restaurant. Overall a middle class hotel with three plus a maximum of four stars category. read more

Hello! so we were in the October 2011 in the hotel PGS Worl Palace. On the whole it is a very nice hotel. It is clean, the food is good, beautiful garden area and the hotel lies direct at the beach. My girlfriend and I would but no more back. Unfortunately, it was with Russians manned. The staff could not German and also very bad English, the pool was simply fabulous. No one could really understand not in English! read more

The PGS world palace is a very nice hotel with a great location. Unfortunately, this hotel is mainly for Russian holidayers. 99% were all very nice, much better than the British in other hotels. The food is really wide and really good, but we are, of course, German can taste not everything. Drinks were all inclusive and all the offer I know of any other hotel. Great! The beach chairs and cushions, as well as the towels are free of charge. The beach is very rocky, but very clean and all get a beach chair in the morning and have ... to earn nothing. Food and drinks are also available on the beach. The rooms are not in the newest condition but still okay. Newly painted and clean. The mini bar was free and was filled up every day. Coke, Fanta, mineral water, mineral water. For a little tip, if we are given a €, the room was nicely designed. Tv flat screen tv, telephone, air conditioning, balcony with nice view. The rooms are being renovated bit by bit. It is a pity that no major tour operators this hotel services, then would go back to this hotel more German. Tip you should have a little English, as there were hardly any are employees who speak German. If more Germans would visit this hotel, we would stay there. read more

We traveled with W-travel. Before way. These never again! The organization clarified is very bad! Especially the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This is not really what organized. As well as the shuttle. A fax with the departure time at the hotel. Nothing happened. You had to get yourself taken care when and where you will be picked up. Thanks W-Travel! Now to the hotel the hotel, is about 90 minutes away from the airport. Directly across from the hotel are numerous opportunities for shopping. However, one should mention, that here mostly Russian tour operator Pegas is represented. ... This means to 98% Russians!(But bearable) the hotel was completely in Russian trimmed. Staff at the front desk, as well as the waiters etc. your native language or speak Russian. You should choose this hotel, should also English language skills. The beach is in my opinion not so nice! It was situated directly at the hotel, but only stone Pebble beach. Even in the water flash the sand! The pool is very nice and well maintained. Sufficient beach chairs available. The food is good and varied, but I think the individual buffets too far apart, so that the food was cold at the table arrives. Actually a very, very beautiful area. The only downside: hardly any Germans and other nationalities (with the exception of the Russian guests)! If you don't and friends who can communicate in English, it is a beautiful area. read more

Conclusion = Russians 99% Russian guests Hotel 70% Russian staff Food, communication, drinks U. S. W. 90% Russian We have asked us, if we travelled in the former Soviet Union are. This is not an exaggeration! W-travel has it wasn't even put the Transfer from the airport to the hotel worked. We had to after nearly two hours Wait for the airport Antalya with our son (17 months) a remis And pay (70, -€) by late there was also no food at the hotel. After nearly two hours we have previously ordered to get a crib. It was now after ... 24.00 o'clock. It was really a completely great vacation! I could write more but I just have to 'relax' holiday. read more

    Rooms. What can i say - They are a little dates but VERY CLEAN which is the main thing, We were given a suite and it was HUGE excellent views of the sea and beach. The rooms also have a bath and shower and a double sink, mini bar which is stocked daily with water, beer coke and lemonade.

    Indoor Pool, Games room x4 Pool Tables and 2 Table tennis. Free internet access each day. Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi EXCELLENT for relaxing in after a day in the sun. 8 Tennis Courts a squash court and bike riding, also motorised water sports, but these you have to pay extra.

    right in the beach, 10 mins on bus to Kemer sentre for shops bars and restaurants, the bus stops at the hotel every 20 mins and runs till midinight. Plenty to see and do, great hotel gardens

In our room we found a lizzard in our bed. We paid for a 3 bed room and they gave us a room with big bed and one folding bed, which was broken. They changed the bed after 6 hours, at 11. 30 at night. We found mould on the ceiling of our bathroom. The cleaning service is awful. One day they left the bags with the garbage in the middle of the room. The fridge in the room ( if it`s working) contains one beer, 2 bottles of pepsi and 1 water. The swimming pools are wonderful. The staff ... understands some english, but not enough. The drinks are awful, and the cocktails are a disaster. The food is quite good, but it isn`t so diverse. The price is enormous in comparation with the conditions you find there. My advice is that you shouldn`t be influenced by the nice photos on their website. read more

Worst service we ever saw in Turkey. Despite notice the glass in the pool was not removed. The personel were very unfriendly in the restaurants (we have no desire to work today). Cocktails simply in the main bar, what is understood about all inclusive? Very nice facility, however service temporance not over 2 stars. read more

    The rooms were also ok, one could say absolutely nothing about unclean rooms, respectively bathrooms!!! and besides, to tell you the truth, you go to the rooms only to sleep, because of that we didnt care that much if it was the lastest modern furniture or something like that. And every country simply has its own style to equip the rooms.

    The service was absolutely great!! the people were super friendly, helpful, alway in a good mood and always working hard to give their best!!! Once again a big applause to that!!! We were really fascinated from the people over there, how they could manage all of these!!!

    You needed from point A to B (it doesnt matter where you wanted to go) max 5-7 minutes, it is everything very well manageable and besides it goes through the wonderful environment, it is a lot fun to walk through the location anyway!!!!
