Hotel is in great location, sea and sandy beach is really clean (comparing to other Hurghada places). On the beach they have enough sunbeds, I like that they have also separate "relaxing area" for those who doesn´t want to be bother by salesmen (even that after few days of your stay, they will remember you and stop bothering you as well) It is a huge complex, so maybe you will walk a little more, but if you are lucky as we were, you will have room somewhere in the middle, so you don´t walk that long to the beach ... or to pool area. What I really like was that each room has a partial view on the sea. Regarding the guest, there is a little problem, lots of annoying kids (who their parents didn´t learn how to behave well, but when you see their parents, you will understand why) and lots of Russians (they are terrible, everywhere have to be the first and jumping the line, they make so much mess), but this is not problem of the hotel, they can not to nothing with that (well, only one thing that they could do is don´t let to go people in to their "a la carte restaurant" in flip flops and shorts, how it is write in manual, but they don´t do that, so some people really don´t care) And one bad thing- internet (or wifi) is quiet expensive, they have prices in their currency (30min= 37 EL, that is about 6 dollars or more, so it is really expensive and they don´t have change, so you have to count with 40 EL of course) read more

    Room was spacious, we stay in room with two beds. Beds are just fine, nothing special, I was already sleeping on better mattress :) Pillows are too huge and tough, not really comfortable for sleeping. Each room has AC, TV, balcony or terrace (i prefer room on the floor), safe for free. In fridge you have one bottle of water per guest in the beginning of your stay. Regarding cleanliness I think it was just fine, but I don´t think so that they would change our bed linens during all stay (7 nights!) and first days we had little problem, that they didn´t change our towels, just fold them back, after we left some tips on the table and everything was right :) (even that is sad, that he was expecting every day something and regarding that he was cleaning our room...

    They have one main restaurant Caribbean where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast are great, they have wide range of everything, from sweet staff up to eggs for several ways how to cook (boiled eggs, omelette, fried egg, scrambled egg)... I didn´t like their ham and cheese (except something like Feta cheese)... For lunch you can also go to Tortuga beach grill, where we went every day. Usually they have some chicken, rice, fries and there is always cook in pasta station, so you can tell him whatever you like in your pasta and he will make it, so that´s quite cool.. For dinner, honestly I didn´t like to go to main restaurant, it was always crowded and the food quality wasn´t that great. But they have 2 additional restaurants, where you should make a reservation one day in advance, there is a BBQ restaurant or italian La Palma (that was my favorite :) Definately somethin must try!

    Staff was excellent, friendly, lots of them speaks English (or Russian, so unfortunately everybody starts to speak Russian with you even when you are from Central Europe :D But they are really friendly and if you give them some small tip they try to do your stay even better (and even without it :) Try to make a relationship with Assist.of FB Manager Ezz. He is really nice and he will try to make your stay even better :)

    They have animation team (that I didn´t like that much to be honest and I was working few seasons as entertainer), but at least they are trying. In hotel is small gym and spa as well. Pools are perfect, one was heated, but we preffered to go to other one where water was little cooler (but better for swim and nobody was there :) we stayed in beginning of April, so I guess that during summer, they have all pools quite crowded.

    Hotel is 45km from Hurghada Int. Airport, so you have to count at least with 1hour - 1,5 hour for bus transfer. Around the hotel is nothing, just desert, but this is that type of holiday where you stay just in the complex and you go out of that just because of some prepaid trips. In the area they have some shops with handbags, clothes, there is also pharmacy in case, they sell gold and some jewelry, leather staff and also some souvenirs, so you can really get everything you want in one place

I was really happy to stay in this hotel. On some pages you find information than the food may be not ok, but it is not indeed. The food was always tasty. You can find even vegan and vegetarian food too. But I missed corals by snorkling not fare from the hotel beach, you have to take boot to go to islands. I missed also silence in the relaxing-area on the beach. During all days the music was to loud and not nice. Bum-bum-bum. If you are looking for silence it is not realy right place. But nice))) read more

    We had a standard room view to the pool-garden. The rooms are big, bright and clean! Equipped with a balcony, tv (3 german channels RTL, RTL II and ZDF) The bathroom was large, clean and everything completely okay.

    The staff is very friendly, and attentive! The waiter in the main restaurant Sayed is to be praised very much! And Mohamed our room boy was every day the room tip top cleaned, and there was always a bottle of water, and fresh towels ready! The staff speaks fluent in english and russian. But also a little german. We had no children thereby, but you could notice, the the child care spic worked.

    There is by the pool, as well as at the beach so-called relaxing zone. There were no entertainers, or seller or the like, there you really had peace. The condition the beach chairs, umbrellas shower at the beach and at the pool were okay!

    The hotel is directly at the beach. The sea is very clean and flat. It is without bath shoes to celebrate, as the beach no coral reefs has. Shopping you can very good in Hurghada. Hurghada with the shuttle bus about 50 kilometers away. The hotel is rather further away of the shot, and there you can really unwind.

This is first time in the Caribbean.The area is large, hotel is located near to the beach. The sea, beach, gardens and pools are Wonderful. Rooms are large and clean. Food quality was very good. Very friendly restaurant service. read more

A very nice hotel, rooms, pools and beach. Rooms and a hole hotel area was very clean and taken good care of. Very friendly staff, especially thanks to Saad in the main restaurant!!! Helpful personal in Caribbean Restaurant. Warm and messy in the restaurant though. Better air at tables near door. Family room was big, which was a good thing. Should have swedish channels on the tv, and the beds was a little bit hard. Besides that my family and I had a great holiday, with a lot sun and rest. read more

Unfortunately currently very lots of russians or travelers from eastern countries, since the german because of the unrest the country unfortunately avoid.     The rooms are very spacious with 2 large beds, work desk. , seating area. It is a fridge present and the television program with 3 german channels ok. The safe is free of charge. Closet space is abundant. The bathroom is very big with lots of storage space. The cleaning of the room and of the bathroom was very thoroughly and there were new towels every day.

    In the restaurants everything was very clean and it was quickly cleared and again set up. The service was again really friendly and the restaurant manager ezz e. (spoke very good german) had with his team the whole operation perfectly in hand. Our waiter Ahmed we were already from the last time well known and we also this time again well looked after. The food was varied and very tasty. Of course, there are always complainers there, but there are really something for every taste. There are zurätzlich a italian restaurant and a barbecue restaurant-both recommended, but this time the italian must emphasize (was perfect).

    We were to the 3. time in caribbean world and felt of course right at home. At the reception we were very friendly from Olena meter in german greated and got our wunschzimmer. Our room were very thoroughly cleaned and there was always fresh towels. There were no complaints, but we know from our last stays, that any problems taken care of immediately were.

    The entertainment team from 1a 2 fly was perfect in a good mood and offered something for everyone. The loungers are made of wood and it is with the cushions very good. The beach was again and again cleaned and very clean kept. For the pool goes with the cleanliness as well. We snorkel very gladly and are again and again glad, that we 'our' fish directly from the beach reach and not over stones or jetties into the water have to. In the beach and pool showers.

    The hotel is directly at the beach and you can directly into the water, as gently sloping sandy beach (no stones or unevenness). Shopping is only at the hotel possible. The next place safaga is a few kilometers away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus for trips to Hurghada for 8 €per person. A diving school is located right next to the hotel (german).

The hotel is very family-friendly, was also crowded with families with small children. Everything is large enough for each! We wanted a quiet holiday and we had. The children didn't bother us. The staff is great nice and we also very gladly gave tips. The beach is also super, always clean and there is also a 'relaxing area'. The food is a question of taste, however there is plenty of choice and we were always full can eat \u263a. We must not forget, that in Egypt 5 stars is not just european 5 stars. We wanted to have some fun ... and we were very -very satisfied! Water and weather was lovely, we go again next year there! read more

One star less would be more appropriate. Very lots of russians, but not disturbing, the number of times on 80% estimated. Facilitities are big and beautiful, garden very nice and tidy, spread really good. The beach pleased us also very well, were every day there. Very annoying from 10:00 to 12:30 the loud music the entertainment and the sellers, it does not at all. So a no-go at the beach is the Hot Dog beach, there you get in Hot Dog a lengthwise halved sausage, so only half, an absolute joke or savings? The tables in the outdoor ... area may times clean water to be cleaned, i then always made. In the gazebo bar are the cushions dirty slammed, simply broken, is also not at all, have reported it even see, whether is doing what. In the restaurant Tortuga were all always very polite to us, but we would like to highlight halim, the leader or something similar, and Ahmed, that was mostly at the pasta station, a rather, he was always very nice, the most Lisa, our daughter. In the main restaurant were all very pleasant, but not to beat was our waiter Mohamed Ibrahim yousef from Cairo, couldn't be better! Also very pleasant was the waiter the always the freshly squeezed juices made, right at the entrance right, know the name, but had always a pinkfarbiges polo-shirt. Not so great we found the in the disco my wife of a security harassed and he in the hair seized and on the way home into the room behind a bush waylaid has, it has been pursuing, and with it to the beach wanted. He had for her when the boss of the guards issued. I myself was in this evening earlier gone to sleep, and only in the morning to hear this. We wanted before place not complain, to just the last day carefree to be able to enjoy. The boys should their job and not focus on female guests. This action is however also the only reason, why we to this hotel no longer would go. read more

    Bedroom was very clean large bath room with walk in shower, fridge,complementry water every day, and free safe, air con with heat as well tea and coffee, phone T V with 5 English channels 2 film channels, balcony,terraces on ground floor table and chairs inside and out, We belive the complexe is about six years old 3 stories high.

    Restaurants and bars to many to count, food and drink plenty of food was very good,catered for all types with themed nights every night,has said before the cleanliness of the hole place was exceptional, with regards tipping was told before we went that tipping was expected through out your stay this we found far from the truth yes at the end of the week you tipped like you would at home staff did not expect tipps were just happy to help and with a smile and that was for every member of staff.

    All the staff from the Front desk to the gardeners to genrel works had a frendly smile greetings, all staff spoke very good English which realy was the common language, The rooms and every where was very clean could not fault it, Caribbean has its own doctor on site, Laundry sevice from your room, Complaints had none.

    Caribbean have there own entertainment staff who worked very hard on the beach in the pools and of a night time we just lovedto whach them just great.We belive there was Discos did not hear them so no problem, sunbeds round all swimming pools and beach with a beach towel exchange card,swimming pools cleaned every night and beach was raked.

We really liked the hotel, we were absolutely relaxing vacation in the very nice area. Also for christmas and new year's was a great program offered. For our kids ( 13 and 11 years) was the highlight: the stables directly next to it at the beach, they could at the beach entlangreiten, a tour with the horses into the desert companies, as well as with the horses swim-super! Unfortunately were very many russian families there, but after 2 days we get used to it and in the evening very gladly into the specialty restaurants: bbq and italian reserved. The restaurant ... manager ezz and his staff in all bars and restaurants are totally nice and funny, endeavour to german guests really. We would gladly come again and look forward to it. read more

    The double room was big enough ( however we choose next time better a family room with extra bedroom and 2 bathrooms ), the furnishing is not new, but okay and the view of the ocean from the balcony is wonderful.

    The main restaurant is to rush hours very loud and vol (the russian mentality the food was already described several times), so we in the evening in the specialty restaurants bbq (egyptian) and italians reserved. We have always found something, everyone gladly liked and lunch could also in the large beach restaurant be eaten or at the pool bar pizza, chips or burgers. There was also ice cream, popcorn and Hot Dog or egyptian pizza-hunger needs here really none.

    The friendliness was perfect, some of them spoke a little german, but mostly english. The guest carer can also german and smaller problems ( for example tv or 1 towel too few) were taken care of immediately.

    The sport offers of the animation team were very good ( thanks to Susi and Roberto). The entire team had fun, the santa claus drove even with the quad to the beach, went into the water, made games. There was always plenty to laugh about. Beach chairs were sufficiently available.

    The complex is located directly at a fine sandy beach, next to the hotel at the beach there is a diving and surfing center, as well as the reitstation with several horses, 2 camels and 1 Esel, a quadstation. You can at the beach follow - the next grounds are a piece of and behind the hotel is desert. Shopping possibilities, also a pharmacy are on the complex available, everything with normal prices. The shuttle from the airport took about 40 minutes

Only major downside at the hotel:... No sauna. 'only ' subject to a charge! This is not time according to. And very harmful; and unterbrochend' demanding ' tip, otherwise on arabic lectures, you don't know how beleidigent it is. Give a tip you like, but voluntary! read more

    Rooms were okay. The beds however a catastrophe. These mattresses have for a long time on the trash. The feathers/springs were out, it was a disgrace. Our room was always cleaned perfectly

    Gastronomy? 14 days almost identical buffet, unimaginative and really everything but tasty. In reasonable atmosphere quiet and good, you could only with the italian and the grill-restaurant food. In the main restaurant was a background noise like at the train station-cozy is different.

I rested Caribbean World Resort. I loved this hotel. Hotel with a big beautiful grounds. Most of all I liked the animation team, which does not allow travelers to miss. Every day they come up with different, interesting entertainment and competitions. Every evening, in the amphitheatre were amazing show. Evening programs are very pleased, especially Fire show from Mejdi!!!! Special thanks Mejdi))) Each show was interesting and surprising. Most funny, kind animators of this Mejdi, Vicky, Aziz, Jordan and Ignat. One can see that they love their work and are professionals in their work. Very high level of professionalism and ... creativity of the animators. So in this hotel will not be bored. Thank you very much animation team. read more

It's a very Fantastic place - Caribbean world Resort Hotel - big bright rooms, good conditioning, full stuff in WC room immediatelly upgrated etc. There are a lot of people of different nationalities but it never means...we speak English well and found lots of friends in this Caribbean World...);-) read more

    Normally i eat not so much.. but here because of the fantastic causes from mutton.. and delicious salads with the amazing cheese..mmm..it is the traditional food.. inormally have but i really ate a lot...but stay fit!     Ohhh.. the Best Compliments and Applauses to the Best Caribbean Animation team ever! Great job, Guys! I enjoyed every moment with them. Especially best, warmest "Thank you" to the Fitness trainer in Water pool, and the basketball player...as well as the best dancer and of course the Magic Fire Holder - Mejdi Djo - his show is fantastic and it's the different story - just go and see with your own eyes!;-)) Aziz, you have a great team!! Thank you ,all, Guys for this unforgettable time!!!))))) There are lots of entertainment stuff to do as well - riding on the horses, have fun with animation, snorkling, diving whatever you want....) great time...!
