For three stars a bit better presented. Our room was not at all comfortable and the balcony could we with the neighbor room... A no-go! read more

Incompetent staff & a act so unfriendly you forget not so quickly. The hotel is currently in renovation (rise of two to three star). 'Normal' Städteturist as you feel unwelcome. On constructive criticism at the end of the stay was followed by personal insults from the hotelier. Hard to believe, but true... The breakfast was very poor and price-fixing one, has not complied. The vacation was really nice, but a can ruin the hotel. Really not recommendable at all. Wonderful city, bad hotel. read more

Hotel Serena is a short get away for (we were there for two days) great! The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, are on hand to offer advice and check-in and check-out went quickly and uncomplicated total. In ten minutes walk to the Stazione Centrale, from where you can get the metro/tram/bus everywhere and anywhere. We were surprised, that the room and hotel in general were so clean and tidy, as you with the relatively reasonable prices would not have expected. Bed is comfortable and large total, there is a tv, table, wardrobe and a relatively large bathroom (small shower, but ... otherwise very good). The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was rather poor, but in Milan during the day you can also eat elsewhere ☺ Overall really recommendable! read more

The hotel has a very good price/performance ratio and was absolutely recommendable for a two star hotel. The rooms are clean and are equipped with air conditioning, the also worked well read more
