I´ve just come back from this amazing hotel in Crete. I was there with my friends and we had a really good time. Our room was nice and clean with a beutiful view from balcony. Hotel is good situated near to the beach. The food was very delicious and the staff was really friendly and nice to us, especially the animation team was excellent. We loved the activities like volleyball, zumba, aqua gym... and we enjoyed the evening shows!! I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone and I hope I will come back! read more

The hotel saw from the outside really great from, but unfortunately the light deceives. The staff already very demotivated it was already end of the season, the food very one-sided buffet always pasta, meat, etc... The beach disaster you can only very difficult into the sea since large stones available sin. The beach Forget. The hotel is located very outside of of the city or from local local, generally this hotel isn't recommendable. If someone club holiday then it is ok. We drive surely never in this hotel again. read more

We (2 adults 2 children) spent a very nice, relaxing weekend in the hotel. The room had 4 beds, a beautiful small balcony with dreamlike view of the sea. The audience was nicely mixed families, couple, young and old, German, Italian, french, russians, greeks. The bar closes at: o'clock and so there is no alcohol noticeable. We had booked all inclusive and were with the food very satisfied and for one week you have no food twice food. For 2 weeks it is naturally different. The room would be cleaned daily and the change of towels was daily. On a ... pool it was somewhat lively, at the other but it was all the more quiet. The staff were very friendly and with a bit of English one could inform oneself well. The hotel's own beach is rocky, but there are some places, where one also without bathing shoe into the sea go can. For towels you have to deposit, but be careful, the sometimes these stolen. read more

    The beach is on your doorstep. In the immediate area there are some shops. For excursions there was from our tour operator L ' tur some offers. Also there are a lot of rental car company on location for cheap prices.

The hotel looks on the first glance good is however looking look at not well maintained. The staff are reluctant and for a so-called five star hotel impossible. The vacation was rather disappointing. read more

Room ( bungalow) was large and clean, daily cleaning and change of towels. No mold or disgusting in the room. Air conditioning was also clean and with a remote control easy to drive. There were 2 TV unfortunately only with ZDF for offer. There were enough loungers until about 10 hours were still available. At the beach there is also couches with sun shells definitely bathing slippers for children and for swimming not really suitable as known as pebble beach and at the start of the water rocky. Breakfast was good and varied. Lunch and dinner was all right and ... was not very varied. At the end of the vacation left the quality of the food to. The glasses in the restaurant were also not always clean. Better it was in the tavern very friendly staff and good pizza. Always in a good mood the service the beach bar. Animation not pushy. read more

Staff and Animation tead are very frendly and very helpfully, small beach, geed choise food and drinks in the bars. We are going to visit this place again. Hersonisses is beaterful place a lot of shops cafes and disko bars at the main street. Good rent cars. read more

For a beach vacation is not suitable, except man drives on vacation because of swimming pool! Our think was übergebucht and we ended up here, is however no comparison with the hotel booked by us. I like thet whater in the pool,becos its mix whit see whater,and hier is very nice thet they have to place for pool,one is for relax and anather fot animation,ol the activitis whit animation is very nice,and the animation team dont distorb you,eand its dosent methe how old you are,evry one can engoy the activitis.And the staff is amasing,fendly,helpfull,and animation team take care of evry one and they love kids!!!The food is nice,lot of choes,and the shows in the evning is amasig,evry day difrent,hier is ... aswel greek nigh,very intresting!! read more

Excellent value for money, would keep coming back but are trying another Mitsis hotel later in the year. Food some of the best I've ever had when going all inclusive. Hotel very clean, the locals are fantastic around young families. Children probably still a little too young (1 and 2) to fully appreciate Mini Club, but still lots of things for them to do and they love the evening 'sing song',though could be done a little earlier. Big screen up for Euro2012 this year too !! read more

    Great view of beach. Lots of gift type shops in walking distance. A 'train' goes into the old town and port regularly during the day. Journey from airport fine.

    Airport a few minutes away, however if you back is fetched the journey takes about an hour, because you with such a huge large bus crisscrossing the smallest corners drives, where one actually thinks there is not yet times with a smart through ☺ If you stay in the fall drives should in any case a rental car get, since one comes already times on the most beautiful places I have ever seen. However not the rental car in the tour operators get, they're overpriced ☹ Prefer to Anna cars go, the offer exactly the same (inclusive all possible Insurance) and all at a really good price ☺
