Average hotel, for group tours (congestion ) not recommendable. Staff and kitchen seemed overwhelmed. Facilities and cleanliness of the room ok. read more

The hotel is easy to find and is conveniently located. When I was there, I found the most-spoken language Chinese! Front desk is small, but efficient, the lady there was corporate headquarters, as a good Swiss Hotel. The room was clean with satellite tv, desk a very nice chronicle was away from town naters, I read, what an honour it is, in the Swiss Guard to serve, as many people already there and the a high officer, out of frustration, because it has not been promoted to Commander, before his departure has tabled early. It was exciting and informative! The ... bathroom was a decent size and clean, plenty of towels. The breakfast 'under the sky' was good. The buffet was a good selection, and I tried-and of good quality. The accounting system, probably for reasons of cost saving, is very difficult for foreigners to understand-top food, Zimmerbon and pay down? There are certainly better solutions-in Switzerland. Price/performance ratio was for Swiss standards and only just within tolerance. read more

We were traveling as a 34-strong association group and were greeted with a glass of wine warmly welcomed. The spray worked great and everybody was thrilled by the nice and huge rooms. Unfortunately this first, great impression not long: A colleague had your toothbrush forgotten at home. On request it received a 08/15 brush at the front desk for chf 10-! The waiters during dinner was unprofessional, to the question, what wine you would recommend, said the service: i drink even no wine and know the wines not. The ordered red wine was lukewarm and had to take ice cream ... container at the table refrigerated. The rose was much too warm served. The food had some vereinsmitglieder the plate in the kitchen back, because the meat more raw than no was ( schweinssteak should.) Staff, the eye twisted, if you justified complained, is not a hotel with so much stars. The breakfast buffet on the 7. floor left nothing to be desired with a large choice of meals. The present service specialist was friendly and brought fast and secure the desired drinks. The front desk was always with einerfreundlichen and helpful lady occupied. A large drawback was, the one the beverages not in the beautiful dining room on the 8. floor figures could, but this at the front desk on the ground floor settled had. It was very inconvenient, when 34 women a vorbestelltes food menu, and then each individual drinks personally on a bestellblock quit had. Unfortunately were also some invoices not correctly issued, as you at the front desk settled wanted. This was the first star hotel, in which we the sauna- and whirlpoolbenutzung in addition would have had to pay for. For a 4 star hotel was the service clearly too bad. positive: Hotel location very good. Breakfast room and restaurant on floor seven and eight are simply ingenious designed and offer a great view. The junior suite was directly at the Elevator and still it was very quiet and calm. From outside one heard any noise despite the Güterbahnhofs nearby. Room had a nice view. The payment in euro was possible, as well as room rates in chf and euro specified. But can't better be: junior suite two nights, on the second day after the cleaning were still hairs and other issues in the bathroom was found. read more
