The staff in the Riviera hotel was very friendly. You immediately to every request and were very helpful. The rooms were good equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day. For breakfast the selection of food a bit bigger perfect pick. The abendbrotsbüfett was perfect. Alltogether a very nice hotel, from to on foot good all shopping and restaurants, as well as restaurants and bars are easily accessible. read more

We were in the winter there and the hotel was circa with maximum 50% occupied; of which 90% retirees (long term up to 6 months!) The spa facilities were relatively new (max 3 years) and free of charge (sauna, steam bath, indoor swimming pool, türlisches bath (hammam) to use. Proximity to the beach, as well as center ideal. The adjacent park with several tennis courts right at the house. The hotel you can really recommend and we will definitely again come. This 4 star hotel was partly already been renovated but it is further renovated. (for example baths and showers ... in) read more

We were for the first time in Hotel Riviera (had 20 years long one apartment in Alanya).
We really enjoyed it, in december we will 2012/january 2013 book this hotel again.
The entertainment program evenings could be better.
Apart from that everything very nice, there are also lots of regular guests in the hotel.
After a couple of days you are like in a big family.

Six weeks in this hotel i have too many as very pleasant experienced. House c was due to lack of demand closed, so was move after house a hip. My room i could my own from seven select offered. All these rooms but were significantly worse, both from the condition of the furniture, as well as by the size, the bathroom was very urgently a revision necessary. Although the top floor wasn't full, could no room available?! But luck: my ' oberbewohner' rattled only rarely with paragraphs.
Large recognition is the staff or the trainers to pronounce. Very friendly, helpful ... and very patient. The lady and gentleman, the for the cleaning my room was responsible for it worked very well. The men in the restaurant all have a great service offered.
Important: shocking was the behavior and occurrence of many 'regular guests', whose expectations as vacationers me far coated appeared, partly booked for several years, put but insist their dissatisfaction to peddle, my question, why you always this hotel selected was almost an insult to terms. The hotel is located in proximity to the beach and not far from the center from Alanya. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was magnificent. We lived in the hotel a very nice turn of the year.

The Hotel Riviera is very recommendable. Am gladly anytime again there, feel me feel very welcome. Hotel is very clean and the employees are always friendly and very helpful. Only one negative: with the wi-fi connection there were in the week unfortunately again and again problem, this should be improved. Apart from that all great as always. read more

In the Riviera for the first time but already for the 3. time on Cleopatra-beach. Hotel rooms functional decorated; cleanliness = good. Indoor pool = super. Fitness studio was = everything available which one on vacation needs.
Around this time of the year the average age naturally very high-but acceptable.
It is a pity that for the internetsitzungen must be paid for, but you can live with that. read more

The hotel makes all together a great impression. The staff at reception, in the service, of the kitchen and the cleaning is wonderful.
The management me animal gene ffs, so pushy. I could not in peace food, permanently wanted the manager me to excursions invite ('romantic excursions'). My 'no' was overheard, other hotel guests even sent me their support.
The highlight was, that a other manager the computer, without (!) I even asked, my handynr. Concerned and i abruptly sms wrote.

An outdated hotel, its condition in need of renovation is, the new c block is excluded, the executive level in march decide, whether these 2 blocks a + b in the coming autumn renovated and rehabilitated, then remains the hotel in the winter 13/14 closed.
Otherwise one can reasonably priced no negative comments, also the staff was extremely polite and courteous, the kitchen offers and the daily changing choice of meals leaves with the guest a routine arise, all in all, you have to value for proportionality praise.
The traffic connections the frequent clean city buses is really good, the ... proximity to the beach and the nearby city of it cannot be topped.
