The angebotskontrast is huge! Why? Room alright. Cleanliness alright. Breakfast was very alright dinner very alright
Front desk incompetent. For example is the question 'is a manager to speak'? Answer is' is in a date '.
Spa offer very poor! In the sauna area worked nothing. Examples: lamps broken, showers all broken, hourglasses of 4 are 3 broken, instruments not recognizably, since they are very dark and 'cold'. Temperature up to 70 degrees. Use only with previous order. read more

From the selection of dishes and the presentation we were a bit disappointed - for breakfast no fresh orange juice and no fresh fruit salad. For dinner no rye bread (for diabetics)-also the convivial main course not sufficiently monitored-quiche in the pan burned and not more usable - however also not replaced-oversupply of pasta, but not enough or not refilled potatoes (for diabetics ) - during the next stay i would maximum with breakfast book and except house eat to evening. The wellness offer we cannot judge - Monschau is for three days too exciting-but remained simply no time. It was too hot in the rooms in the evening on floor 6. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room. More (free) parking place is necessary.

We had a spa break looking forward to it, but the vi 5 el too small pool was firm in the hand
Of lots of children and the sauna was a joke. For about 100 guests 5 beach chairs, no relaxation room, no sauna towels. Here leads their advertising, vital and wellness fully in the wrong, can that's why not be recommended. The very much endeavored impression the staff at the hotel left was considerably diminished.

Basically the hotel is acceptable. Very large expectations one should not place. A bit annoying is merely the music, the over for the whole day speakers in all parts of of the hotel sounds. read more

Why the hotel 'vitalhotel' called, is me a mystery. There is a (!) - rather small - sauna, the only on demand is turned on. This is however not in the room, but first, if you are in the bathrobe interrogatory davorsteht. Accordingly long the waiting time, until the sauna the right temperature is. The pool is nothing special large and the atmosphere not very appealing. Because change also the convivial beach chairs not. The restaurant next to the reception is a bit old fashioned - well, who likes it. Unacceptable is however the (not existing ) quality of the ... food. Both the vegetarian vegetables-noodle pans, as well as the trout 'miller' was more than 2/3 of the food back, here was good the value for money not at all! With a coffee as' apology ' it was with a bill of €50.00 not done. The breakfast buffet was extensive, but not of good quality.
In the early morning (between six and half to seven) in front of the main entrance, so below the to the street going room, loudly with welded back and forth plies, so that sleep in was not to be thought.
The staff at reception only the coerced, the service in the breakfast room had green-painted fingernails and strummed with auffallendem jewelry and the reinigungstruppe occupied the best breakfast and time of departure, the lift; this was not for waiting guests postpaid.
Altogether this hotel isn't recommendable. read more

Okay for a weekend. It is missing but unfortunately the care in detail: for example loose panel the bathtub, mounting plate of the showering head loose, halogenbirne on bed broken and no replacement possible! For weekends! Rooms are rather small but for a weekend fine. 3 from 4 shower attachments in the sauna and broken (only warm water / must all 3 sek. Be actuated/sprays in every direction), a lamp in the sauna works, the other broken.
Breakfast buffet good ( other dining not assessed, since we didn't use it), but breakfast room has charm a youth hostel ( too ... dark, too much dominated by shades of brown). Mini bar in the room ( fridge) only after the order.
It arises unfortunately under a impression the neglect of the whole house. A great shame, because with a little more color and light in the entire place and a little more care and maintenance of the decor would be the 4 stars ok. read more

The staff are very hard-working, very attentive and friendly, I had to however nevertheless twice around fresh towels and a warmer blanket requests, to this on my room finally arrived.
The food was unfortunately no stars -quality. A lot just tasted not, was too cold, too tough or raw and some were even finished products.
Some in the hotel needs to be renovated/modernized.
My room was clean and adequately comfortable. The light in the room would have to be improved, it is too dark. The' air conditioning' not working. read more

We here unfortunately not felt at ease. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. When brand new the room were still used Personal hygiene the predecessor in the garbage bins. Despite complaint we had to a second time at the front desk inquire further. Old candy wrapper was in the room also rum. The furnishings in the bathroom was rather poor. The breakfast is good and the staff in the restaurants friendly. However this is a rather average three star hotel. The price is not justified. read more

At the check-in we were (2 persons and 2 large dogs ) a room with carpet (!) in the 4. stick assigned.
Condition of the room: for 2 adults with dogs (the dog 10 € per day) way too small.
On one of the mattresses and its protector there were urine stains (!) and a lot of hair! This would have the changing in any case to be noticed to have. After complaint this was considerable Lack removed.
Portable mini bar we got on request, which is not cool, but the content aufheizte! After complaint also this was against a ... functioning replaced.
Of the indoor pool is functional. The only small sauna seems 4a 5 guests crowded. With a hotel of this size and category completely inadequate. The resting room looks cold and loveless. So after inspection the hotel on a use did without.
The breakfast buffet was sufficient but nothing special.
Dinner we only 1 time taken into account. It was good in terms of taste, however for a four-star hotel also nothing special.
Our short stay if 3 wellness hiking days. We are however prematurely left and would not book this hotel again.
The hotel is a ageing house which urgently a brightening up could have been.
Staff at the reception and in the restaurant was always friendly and accommodating. read more

Good hotel with friendly staff. Something disturbing is the intensive bus service, especially in the wee hours of the morning. Also the part. Noisy smokers outside the door disturb while having the windows open. Everything else is reasonable! read more

Our stay was excellent, only the parking was not big enough for all the guests.
And the water of the pool was too cold.
The food was also very good, enough choice and different things.
We have a nice stay and we will return next year.
