The hotel lies for a Vancouver-stay the best.
From the airport directly without getting with the sky-train to reach, the seabus for excursions in the mountains or to capilano bridge or lynn canyon (tip!) Dryshod to reach. The stanley park with the aquarium located right next to and invites you to beautiful walks. At all is on foot or with the skytrain everything attainable.
Super is the view of the bay with their ships and wasserflugzeigen in the direction mountains, you could sit at the window. read more

Over meiers world trips has for a reasonable price worked great. Of arrival until the departure was including Carparservice and concierge, everything was perfect, friendly and helpful. The location is for shopping in the city centre and for excursions to the north and Westvancouver ideal. The float planes start almost on the doorstep. read more

Best location, that means everything is easily accessible on foot, particularly Gastown with the bars and the waterfront with a wonderful view. The hotel is simple to be comfortable. Relax at the heated pool with a sea view or the skyline, relaxation jacuzzi, big room ( with a safe), very attentive and accommodating staff, everything perfect! To eat we are however always' out the door ' gone, as the cafés and restaurants on the waterfront and in Gastown more atmosphere as a hotel restaurant. read more

After transport connections unserre we spent two nights in Vancouver. Unfortunately much to short.
The hotel is located directly on the harbor where the ships make thick down. The starting point is ideal. In front of the hotel you can start right with the bimmelbahn the sightseeing tour. The room are the same as in the Fairmont Lake Louis. Very clean. With coffee maker, iron and ironing boards.
We stayed in the sixth floor with views on the outdoor swimming pool.
Shopping opportunities were directly to the corner lot.
The breakfast was OK, but not with the fair monts Louies ... zuvergleichen in lake or Jasper. The staff is nice and constantly refill of coffee.
One member is in the Fairmont (free) club, you can get on with the own laptop free of charge on the room at check-in and is given preferential treatment. Furthermore, the nights at miles and more supply. Miles brings.
To the airport it was about 20 minute. About 40 CD
What we not knew, the train stops right under the hotel.
Our skis and boots were in an extra room.
All in all a great stay. We are coming again! read more

I stayed two nights in this hotel, in one of the two days (festerlosen) boardrooms in the basement. Extremely warm welcome at the reception desk. out of the hotel takes you directly to the S-Bahn and to a food court - quite pleasant considering the savory rates for breakfast. The fitness room on the 3rd floor is relatively small and early in the morning well visited; from the 24 10 Konditionsmaschinen were always 9 hour. The outdoor pool area is nice, but considering the rainy weather nobody use loved it. My room was on the city side and was very ... quiet at night. How many times in North America is not very close the locks; downstairs is a slot, under the earlier the express check out bill slipped. Unfortunately this slot penetrates through light and noise at night. In the lobby and there is free Wi-Fi internet access available in the conference room, in the room only a normal ethernet cable TV (both have ever about CAD 14 per day). read more

This hotel I was very surprised. Clean, bright, friendly and a hint from the old Canada. The rooms are large and clean, the fresh meals and drinks and staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms to the harbor are "better" than the townside. But that wasn't really. Always worth a visit. Transport: from airport (YVR) by bus (line: 424 to Airport station, then change to the line: B-99 ), from November 2009 directly with the SkyTrain (airport -> Waterfront). read more
