Spaciously designed and well-structured hotel area with spacious and functional equipped apartments. The hotel is clean and tidy. Room service (at 6 days in the week) corresponds to the standard similar hotels - clean and tidy running. All-inclusive services are very well. Breakfast - lunch and dinner in buffet form with an appealing and plenty of choice. Very good choice at warmgetränken (coffee with or without milk, Cappuccino, espresso, and so on), non-alcoholic soft drinks, local alcoholic drinks including various spirits and cocktails. Pleasant and very courteous service at the reception, in the dining room, on the house-and, as well ... as at the pool bar. read more

    The spacious apartments are in good condition and practically equipped. Tv reception with 3 german and many native or english channels. Fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, kettle and crockery.

    High fine cuisine with very rich choice. Buffets are very attractive and nicely arranged. Vergriffene meals were always immediately refilled. A fish and a meat dish freshly prepared at the grill or is possible freshly prepared available. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere %blank% in the restaurant as well as in the house-and of the pool bar.

    Quiet and altogether attractive location. Distance to the nearest beach approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk. Hotel offers to the little further nearby larger beach a shuttle service. Airport is on the direct way about minutes away.

The result is then depending upon physical nature back pain. Too few sun screens, loungers already before 09:00 o'clock all with towel reserved. You can tell immediately, what compatriots here too many again. Really, dat juute old engeland. We knew before, that here too many English are, but it didn't, here nevertheless to book. But one everyone has something to learn. We would such a thing but now ... never again do. Food was really not the hit, but one has found something. The snack bar in the pool area had a little from abandoners us wüstenstädten to prohibit. Awful, the time seems to be warp. Old inventory 50. Style and the food, well. Fries, fries and burger-your-own waffles. Cleanliness in the rooms was not available. The cleaning of the rooms limited to beds to make and towels, also gladly times the day before, again to hang. A hair on the vanity accompanied us 10 days. As the 11. Days then but the clean freak fell victim, we missed it somehow. W-lan or wi-fi syndromal, was in the hotel kostenpdflichtig offered, a cheek.     Location around the hotel resembles a desert landscape, not much going on. It is advisable, to rent a car, are quite convenient to have. Proximity to the beach with a car about 7 minutes, on foot 20 minutes and difficult.

The best first: there is an airco in the rooms! The remainder was not very uplifting. The complex has 200 apartments. 2008 has been renovated. The hygiene is leaves much to be desired, although cleaned. The hotel has all inclusive however the apartments also a kitchen. With our visit were mainly English guests in the hotel. read more

    The apartments have two rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom has two beds, the are pushed together, a built-in cupboard with a safe ( fee 3 Euro per day!) and a desk. The' living room' has a sofa bed, a tv ( with four German speaking channels, n24, satellite. 1, Kabel eins and Viva), a balcony and a kitchen with a fridge. The bathroom has a contemporary decor. The apartment is air-conditioned. With the cleanliness it is not very good. The rooms were to 6 of 7 days cleaned. The floor was sometimes swept or wiped, however led in most cases only, that the dirt on a other spot.

    There's a restaurant, a bar and a pool bar. The food is extremely monotonous. After a week we had no more desire on it. The restaurant is cleaned, but there remain often again fries and crumbs under the tables and chairs are. In of the pool bar it looks very much worse. Not to mention the tables outside, on which the dirt sticks.

    The staff are more or less friendly however this is not at the communication, since the foreign languages skills very limited. Neither English or German was really well understood. Our travel agency had by fax asked, that the two of us booked apartments next to each other or close together should lie. To this fax but nobody remember. Luckily worked but still satisfactory. For our kids missing then the bed linens and towels, which late evenings fixed was. neudings raises the hotel by the way next to the deposit for the pool towels a charge of 10 Euro per towel. The safe in the room, whose use it is recommended, which I now doubt, after I review still Alex in may 2012 read, costs overpriced 3 Euro per day!

    The pool closed and repaired, what the hotel management for longer time again and again delayed. The tiles are slipped from the pool walls and floor. After we this Neckermann complained, they tried with adhesive the biggest places to mend. This held but only a couple days. Neckermann has told us, that they have the hotel an ultimatum for the repair made. No idea what consequences. Loungers there are enough however unfortunately not sufficient umbrella, despite sufficient existing umbrella stands. Wi-fi you can in the lobby use, if you are 1 Euro for 30 minutes or 2 Euro for 60 minutes is charged. The speed is however miserable and the time was still low. The animation was okay, if one creative spoken English.

    Distance to the beach was 900 meters specified, if you however a sandy beach like you are already about 1 kilometer away. The advertised shuttle bus-service to the beach day in the morning two and a late afternoon return. Excursions are in the hotel subject to a charge offered.

We stayed in the blue Bay felt really good. Just the sound of the water fall in the pool was disturbing at night while having the windows open. Room and everything else were completely reasonable. The restaurant and the bar was with a great staff stocked, the food was good, as one of other three stars facilities in the Canary Islands knows, it was my 10.Canary Islands vacation. The small beach nearby is not so great, many rocks. The large beach is beautifully designed and perfectly adequate by the size. In the place has a lot of done in ... the last 10 years, there is enough restaurants and shopping options. You can for 2,50 Euro per person by bus to Puerto del Carmen drive, great beach and shopping without limits. Car borrow for 2 days is also okay. In the time you could get everything worth seeing be explored. In short: I was on the third time in 18 years on Lanzarote and it is still nice! read more

The food has although often repeated, but it was nevertheless 2 times a week theme evenings with Chinese, Canarian eat and so on at the quality of the food I found nothing to complain about. The rooms was I really good, but it seemed to me as if the room service not really clean, but only towels change. I can excursions the ' Rancho Texas' zoo, the vulcanotour on timanfaya included dromedarreiten and the 'submarine' submarine sincerely recommend! read more

So what I have ever experienced! My iPad was from the room stolen and the hotel me any help with education denied it was on my please, no police called, supposedly they had no number! Only when the police (which was very good) which hotel manager clear had, a iPad can be, it was in the safe smuggled! All employees are under a blanket and held together. Loud Zimmerschließanlage after the theft read was, was clear that a 'stranger' in our room was! Nevertheless no police and I had to rely on own fist the police track down. And only ... when the police in the hotel was, has the staff zusammengerissen. Never more blübey. read more

The remote control I only with very strong disgust attack can window of the car the ride on the highway looks similar in the frontcooking there was fish or vegetables and either Chicken, liver or horrible Pork of course only 1 kind of meat. In the bathroom there was nor toothpaste from the previous guest, 1 open shower gel and in our friends even 1 blood stain at the counter in the bathroom. In short: three star hotels were to Lanzarote already a lot better. Especially something the dishes regards. read more

We were very satisfied value for money optimal. Will definitely in October again come. The staff in the dining room extra friendly and very hard in order to the guests. For cleanliness at the table very respected. A praise goes to the chef us it tasted good (Vegetarian ), delicious Desserts and drinks fruit. Small but fine spa facilities also here pleasant staff. Rooms are large and clean. Hotel lies convenient for biking and hikes. We liked it in Tenerife and Fuerteventura from Lanzarote thrilled. read more

Have a really beautiful vacation had, would again at any time the hotel. For a 3.5 star hotel all inclusive just great! We went to the blue Bay was comfortable and can quiet Certain recommend. Staff helpful and friendly, the food varied especially fish lovers to get your moneys worth. read more

A hotel area with several two-story wings, the impression a hotel with mass processing lead. About 200 rooms( apartment) each with very new more modern decor. Apartment consisting of a living/dining area with kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. The beds in the bedroom are unfortunately very hard to get used to, since they have the tendency, and thus nocturnal ' transatlanticallyactivities' a little difficult. The problem you could eventual by zip ties remove ☺ A little uncomfortable was the chairs it is the neighbors found, the every now and then recognizable made. we had all inclusive booked and ... could therefore almost a meal other go. The food was very the English guests adjusted, was often only lukewarm, but if not something for everyone would, I don't know, what these people at home food. as already mentioned, they were guests mostly English and very many families with small children. read more

German could however only someone at the front desk and a little off entertainer, apart from that only Spanish and English. cleaning of the rooms was OK, on laundry and doctor were instructions in the description of the hotel and it was a good supervised mini club. for some special wish had the staff, or front desk always an ear and possible was done.

Very nice hotel, the food was good and plenty of choice, each day gave it different meals. Beautiful large and clean room. Each day there was entertainment for the kids it on for several hours a day. Very recommended. read more

Nice days in Lanzarote. Super beautiful island. The hotel is nice constructed, not a huge large block. We had room to the pool/with view of the sea. The nearest beach, but not as beautiful as it is about ten minutes.2 beautiful beaches can be reached within about 20 to 30 minutes footpath or with the courtesy bus. read more

The room are big and on the first view well equipped, after the first shower but the whole hallway under water, electrical outlets and the bed has Lohse at each turn postponed and very uncomfortable. The duvet is a normal blanket the not once has a coating. In the opinion of the reviewer, the operator was the hotel with 4 * but only 3 * it has specified. The pool was dirty and the tiles were missing-> Please note: average risk! The food is OK and the staff was very attentive. Self service drinks, however, in other words the tap. ... The pool is not very varied but the snack Vögle rooms above. To eight in the morning were already all the beach chairs with towels reserved the people that came before 1:00 P.M. on usually not. The entertainment program is good if you're traveling with children, for couples totally unsuitable. The 'beach' the five minutes away to be ten to 15 minutes is rather far away and actually not as a beach to designate. If you have ten minutes further you can find a very beautiful beach. Mainly english and families and nothing for young couples the want to relax. read more

The friendliness of the staff is especially to be highlighted! Defects were unusually quickly! Excellent choice for all inclusive was a this hotel! You should not leave this hotel without at least once enjoyed a massage to have! If the seat furniture of the apartment and that something more convenience the charwomen something more time for the individual apartment had it would be a top hotel! read more

We were for the second time in the hotel and were again very satisfied, The price/performance ratio was right. We had again a lovely apartment: bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, sitting area and seperate bedroom. If you want to explore the island with the car is Costa teguise is a central starting point. The hotel area was beautiful srhr laid out, everything was very beautiful well maintained. All-inclusive offer was more than adequate. Food was rather on the english guests. Very many english holidayers. Very many children. Breakfast buffet very much selection. Evening buffet the same food often and sometimes something bland. Beach chairs were always freely wekche and the also in the main season. Little evening entertainment. read more

During the day, all-inclusive-one or the other due to the plastic cups, in the pool area and in the garden. At the snack bar in the pool area, and sometimes the deaf sparrows, if not plate with food leftovers are cleared immediately. Beautifully illuminated at night and the guests( families, older guests) accordingly quiet. Strong English orientation. About 95% English guests. read more

    Size of the room was enough. Interior renovation in accordance with the new and attractive. We didn't have a lcd tv, but the tube tv was also big enough the opened Kitchen is functional and may well used shall, if you have a choice or the times had problem. We stayed in block b on the ground floor. Therefore, we had a terrace and a small front garden with flower-trees. We liked it very much. Safety deposit box is available, but with four/day not cheap €. Bathroom was renovated and equipped with enough towels and almost derem supplied daily.

    Food was ok and varied. Waiting time was very rarely. The drinks (juices, coffee) all of the vending machines or from the tap (wine, beer). Therefore nothing really high-quality. The alcoholic drinks at the bar all low fire, but totally drinkable. Kitchen style a mixture of traditional and continental breakfast.

    Staff is friendly and accommodating. Especially spanish, but also the hotetur-training some germans, Swiss, Dutch etc. all speak English. The room cleaning was ok. Could be more thorough, but haaresträubend it was not. Washing and drying facilities are there, but with 5 €not cheap.

Wireless internet for 1 €the hour, installed on the computers 1 €for ten minutes Swimming pool with lifeguard was clean and big enough. The baby pool as well. There were always plenty of beach chairs available, perhaps a few more umbrellas would be good. adjoining Toilets and showers were clean and were regularly during the day cleaned.

    To the dark sandy beach with transition to stony subsoil perhaps tight ten minutes by a 'park' down the hill. To the left and to the right there was a beautiful promenade. To the left toward costa tequise after further tight ten minutes a small white sheltered sandy beach. For small children but also swimmer great. There is one then also in the centre of costa teguise. Once again tight ten minutes and one is at the gr0ssen white sand beach with some bars and restaurants. After 'the back' way is a hotel block and then there is you are practically in the lanzarote-desert. The aquapak is in about 15 minutes on foot reachable. Supermarket, car rental, a few restaurants and bars are directly below the hotel.

We cannot underestimate the island not the wind! The hotel is recommended conditionally, the is not heated and therefore children's swimming pool to cold (march), the cleaning staff has the large dust bunnies behind the door unfortunately all seven days not seen, the food was quite clearly, to the breakfast was a bit monotonous, not 1 x week the least Eierpfannkuchen or similar, the distance to a very nice beach 'Playa las cucharas' 1,900 metres, and not, as often specified 900m, on each case is to recommend a rental car, if you're going to the beach or explore the island. read more
