I see myself as a discerning guest, in particular concerning the cleanliness. There was nothing to complain about- the rooms were very nice, everything was clean. I think the complex in particular, the pool landscape wonderful and spacious and would go back again. It is located in the sea, then the hotel is rather not right; the view of the ocean from the pool but nice. The food was very good, all were very friendly. I do not, what other to complain about. The hotel has-contrary to the description of the hotel-no beach. Hotel is located in a dirty part of the sea, in which at ebb-tide one watt walk can be done. We stayed over Christmas/new year's eve 09/10 guests of the private villa asara. No Beach! No Closet! Completely insufficient Room service (lack of towels, soap, toilet paper etc.) partly the room despite repeated request 48 hours cleaned! Days not cleared the used dishes. Guaranteed Services not respected (butler service, limousine service, afternoon tea, etc.). Extremely bad English knowledge of the staff. read more
