First holiday abroad,and we had to pick the worst

We arrived on the 13th of august to find noone at reception but was only waiting about 5 mins and when someone did come he just seemed cold,there were no welcomes or nothing and never had one smile on his face.
We then got shown to our room by another man who was just the same no smile just plain grumpy like he hated us,walking up the hall way to our room was a big puddle of water.
We get in to our room and have a look around to find the bathroom was in a right state ...,rusty,ceiling looked like it was going to cave in,water dripping from the ceiling,the worst bit was the toilet and it had white and brown stuff in side of it,it was wonky when you sat on it.even the shower was just a mess broken shower holder mouldy tiles.
The sheets were changed once.
I actually liked the food even though it was always pasta it did have other things too.
I hated a couple of the staff there it just felt like they were always talking about you and made you feel un easy but they are some really nice people there too,one inperticula that just did not smile once and always looked like he hated brits here and wanted to kill us haha but forgot to get his name.
they only do fizzy drinks,beer,water,tea,coffee.oh and not forgetting the 10 million cats that apear out of nowhere when it food time lol just give them a boot.
And the pool was green when we arrived the water vents around it some were missing or broke and a few days before we left the pool turned bloody brown!full of sewage but it quickly got cleaned and went blue,a better colour then when we arrived.
please do not go through reps to book activities either,they charge double that is the mistake we made,that was the worst part about the holiday for me out of everything. read more

toillet was not cleaned.all the bathroom metales was rustes.no A/c.no phone.no TV.just good coffee.we couldnt to see the bottom of the pool wasnt clean at all and childrens pool was out of work for 3 days read more

This hotel is not recommendable in any way.
During the entire week the room wasn't cleaned once.
The bed sheets and the towels were not changed. The cleanliness in general was a disaster - the bathroom could not be walked barefoot in! The tables were cleaned with the same cloth as the glasses and plates!
We travelled with a child and were lacking a set of bed sheets in our room. We asked for another one and the request was not met. We had to cover ourselves with the curtains, until we got some linen ourselves from the cleaning lady's ... cart, as well as toilet paper!
The food was a muck. Pasta, soup and salad - nothing else! And that with all-inclusive.
For 100 people there were maybe ten loungers. Which meant war at the pool and a private beach was not available at all. In order to be on the beach, you had to order drinks at the restaurant! Such a thing as entertainment was non-existent and the children's pool was only opened on the last day.
Safe yourself if you can! Never again will we go there!!!! read more
