Unfortunately had the vacation not so nice begun. We had sparbuchung and not noise booked.
Although the room was alright, but you from 4 o'clock in the morning by the incoming staff
Every few minutes started was, was the fact, the under the rooms the gateway to the underground parking and the gate on stahlrollen on and drove. But we could then walk through additional charge a room in the 8 stick refer. From there, it was a nice and relaxing vacation.
Highly recommend is the great kitchen and the friendly staff in the dining room. read more

At the front desk no german-speaking staff... Weak!
And the rooms in need of renovation!
Room had to the pool was however not the case.

Who good room would like to book, must search further. The closet was a catastrophe, particularly the doors (were drawers, but could only shaky push) has no shelf for textiles, only 2 drawers.
Also only 1 chair for 2 people. Also no wardrobe.
Not a single hack something made. The cleanliness in the room on arrival was bad, after a tip better.
The room was clean, what the renovation was, the fitted carpets and mattresses also. The food was good, the entertainment was offered also, the staff always nice and also understood german. read more

The hotel was with new furniture updated, but the general state of the rooms is rather have been forgotten. The walls have long been no white color seen, as well as the closets are in the old times stuck. The ceilings, as well as the mattresses make a bad impression... Room in the reception building to the street and are right next to the busankunft /departure with busfrequenzen by us from day and night 4-6 buses per hour with abschiedshupen, rückfahrpiepen and running motor; also the local taxi rank is only about 15 meters away from the room with nichtschließenden windows ( also day & night busy, current motors, loud music etc. ) The beds were only with the südländlich usual sheets and thin blanket at circa 10 °c temperature at nights equipped (the by many travelers criticized, but apparently not be changed, also a 2. ceiling is there nothing ... ) - that was a further reason the sleep nearly impossible was-we were in the shopping center in the direct neighborhood 2 quite good sleeping bags bought
A bathroom /toilet without air circulation is in the hotels i know also rather unusual.
Pool extremely much chlorine and molded tile joints - would every test fail!

Last but not least because of the top open construction a rather noisy hotel. The whole evening program (solo entertainer) from the bar was in our room at. Only starting from about midnight was peace. Same goes for shouting guests, sometimes after midnight at night in left. From the neighboring rooms (left and right, as well as the above) we however surprisingly nothing at all heared. As rather little from the highway, there our room to input location was (only with an open window here was a noise floor audibly).
The building is already getting old, it shows especially decor ... and state of the rooms and the bath. We should not be fussy. The worst was the single beds on wheels!
The friendliness the service staff was often already described and we can only be confirmed. Although it has not everyone always a smile on the lips, but there are some for a joke and some more than accommodating.
The many quality of the food were good, although the days a bit of variety was missing. You could because of the diversity but even really good vary.
20 Euro per week for a internetflat and about 12 (15) Euro rent for the safe are extra cost, which i in view of the quite high basic price for not justified think.
I the hotel can definitely recommend. read more

Staff are very friendly, drinks very expensive (small beer 3,25 Euro) everywhere in restaurants and at the beach
Same brand ( migel ) 1,00 Euro safe over 30 €internet per week 20€, ideas in the theatre significantly too loud, was late at night nor in the room (5. floor) to hear, food geschwackvoll and good but unfortunately too cold, at the warmtheke was a microwellengerät to nachheizen, unfortunately we also saw three cockroaches in the dining room. read more

The sweeping posted room was in the 4. stk., north side-dark, directly over the car park. It was still a room to the pool side in the 3. stk. Free, in which i also umbuchte (plus vat. 12 Euro per daily). The two rooms were needs improvement. Also the cleanliness left in two rooms obviously to be desired (refrigerator moldy-useless, the old tv seemed dirty, dust in the closet, there was only one sheet provided, additional blankets in the closet were both dirty, the bedspreads appeared not freshly washed, make up of remainders on the foehn, bins and toilet role ... owner were dirty, also the toilet i had to a time disinfect). Insects are generally cannot be ruled out, it should but nevertheless no cockroaches over the brotanrichte in the dining room walk. Annoying i found the entertainment, the daily ' fashionshow' and address the sun-care-representative, which also with the window closed good to hear, especially the evening discoprogramm which only against 2 a. meter comes to an end. An isolence was an event, which massive floor and walls quake left and i (my departure day) any schlafbemühungen failed. Unfortunately the hotel was fully occupied, so the friendly employees the front desk no ausweichbett surrendered and the obviously drunk manager (which the party organized) referred. - as i address the man pointless seemed, had i to the night with television around the ears beat and sleepless leave.
My next holiday on the island i will in the f. in another hotel spend. read more

I was for the first time on Tenerife and in the Hotel Iberostar las dalias very comfortable. Very early in the morning i arrived at, had booked all inclusive (what actually only from the dinner begins). The nice porter at the front desk showed me immediately the dining room and i was allowed to eat a substantial breakfast, while my room prepared (which after contract only in the afternoon would be available). After the breakfast i could immediately my room and got my all inclusive-wristband laid out. All people were very friendly and i had no problem.
Altogether i very ... gladly of a consistently good vacation. What the hotel i can not really somewhat bad to say. I will definitely go back.

I noticed positively that it was the staff's hospitality, always a smile on the lips and especially sweet to the little ones guests. Which I however not at all pleased, is the small room - furnished with bed, closet and desserts. The chorgehalt of the water in the swimming pool is negative, in particular if the staff at night säckeweise the stuff in that poured have. A small downside for the entertainment, during the day always the same offer for this evenings however partly very funny shows.

This was our second time in this hotel and had half board. As well as the last time, we were very warmly welcomed. In the whole hotel was once always with a smile welcomes and everyone was very helpful and tried hard.
The hotel is very beautiful, the furniture ( bed is despite roles not really say and the sliding closet slipped on the floor again and again out) and the pools somewhat in need of renovation are. But is true but the value for money.
When booking we had paid attention, again a room to the pool and relatively ... far above have. It was perfect.
Another plus were the entertainers. We knew some from the last visit and the us the vacation once again sweetened. The shows were great entertaining and later one sat still nice together.
We celebrated in this hotel this time also still our engagement, which of course a personal highlight for us was. Which would have been nice, would be a small attention of the hotel ( the engagement had the whole hotel received, as one of evenings on the stage took place). read more

The hotel is quite large, has 9 floors. In floor 1 the restaurant is, pool, animation. In floor 3 was the hotel lobby and from/entrance.
The rooms were normal size. For us 3 adequate.
The cleanliness we can't complain about. Was to summarize good, although not modern condition. We were in any Iberostar hotel, but had read, that this is not the most beautiful Iberostar hotel is. And so was I also prepared. It was a normal four star hotel. Would not have Iberostar mood confessed, you could certainly also not known.
The types of people were completely mixed. Of ... German ( perhaps 20-25%) on English, french, scandinavians, dutch, spanish everything was there. But it was very quiet. read more

An outdated hotel, but as we only breakfast and otherwise the whole day on axis were we can't complain. The animation is great but the pools very needed renovation. The breakfast in any case more than enough. Okay as overnight stay hotel but as a vacation well read more

The hotel is very for young people and families recommendable. The buffet in the morning and evenings was always really good, the entertainment was evenings great, friendly staff. Well only the thing with loungers by the pool reserve we found not so great, as it was prohibited is however all it does. Apart from that everything was good. read more
