The Holiday Inn Hotel is located in the center of philadelphia on the corner arch and 4. Street and just one block from the main street marketstreet away. The location is really very good, you could reach all important sights of the city on foot and is very good connected to the hotel. From the airport you can public train to market east station and then the 5 blocks walking. The hotel itself is from the outside nothing special nice, a typical hotel block with 8 floors. The house is however quite well maintained and everything clean and tidy. Apart ... from that typical hotelkettenstandard, everything ok, but nothing spektakulaeres. The rooms are really big and clean. The beds new and large. The bathroom is relatively small, but very clean and well-kept. The rooms have air conditioning ( window do not open) and flat screen. There is free wi-fi in every room. Otherwise the hotel has a small fitness room and a small pool on the roof. Only disturbing we found the noise the fans in the hotel courtyard. This walk the whole night and create an permanent buzzing tone. For the central location it is apart from that but relatively quiet. Recommend it nevertheless ohrstoepsel because of the buzz. In sum the hotel you can but recommend. read more

A typical town hotel in a good location. Historic sights just round the corner. Room nothing special large, bathroom was rather small. Everything was clean and several pillows to choose from. Main street in front of the window. Breakfast was not for everyone, you could for 15 American Dollar buffet- breakfast have, or order from the menu. Guest parking 18 American Dollar. There the location so good, we would take it again. read more

The Holiday Inn has a perfect location in the historic district in philadelphia! All sights are easily and easily reached on foot. Parking is there in the area unfortunately not at all and one is quasi forced the parking garage from the hotel to use (~ $20 a night). The hotel is already a little older, which one also at the furnishing of the rooms (bed, table, etc.) Notices. The general state is however ok. read more

The night a loud air conditioning at the roof of the hotel robbed. Advantages are however the short distance to liberty bell, as well as the free wi-fi connection in the room. read more

This is on foot 5 minutes from the Independence mall. A bus station is located on the next corner. A metro station is located on the Independence mall. In the center (. For example reading Terminal market, Hard Rock Café, City Hall) on foot it are 15 minutes. The rooms are well furnished (2 Queen beds) and were cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly. The hotel offers self-parking ( 25 Dollar). Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. But at certain times longer waiting times come. For the stay in Philadelphia a really recommendable hotel. read more

    Here we can unfortunately only 2 give it. The room smelled very strongly of urine. Despite demand we were no other room assigned. This is certainly not on every room to. However in our room it was probably someone not more on time on the toilet managed.

    the room was our opinion large, however 2 separately standing beds, well, is just Sunday however was it right cold, large, poorly insulated window, you can hear the noise from the street. The heater was separately, quite old and loud, the night not recommendable. very good: soft and hard pillows in two beds ☺ bathroom was reasonable, typically American stop, but we are also in the United States ☺ it was clean however, although not the most modern.

    friendliness in the bar and for breakfast was above described on the service, now however to the meal. bar: good food, we had a salad and a burger, both good in terms of taste, no exceptions top also definitely not down. breakfast: extra to pay, for information only. Bad! Food dripped fat, the bacon in Fat/oil, so what I have never seen, actually he insisted only from fat and what I meant was not the natural fat the baconian. Scrambled eggs also full of oil and fat. As if we were at Mc Donalds better off.

    front desk: friendly, accommodating and with questions also very helpful. mini-store for postal cards etc.: yawning boredom. bar: older service, also rather moderate motivated, the bartender (also older) very friendly. breakfast: Partly bad understandable (we both speak good English) and not special motivated. since we only one day were, we can only partly something cleaning say, but, as described above, we have the room clean, when we arrived.

    very good location, you can from there on foot rEACH everything, hence we have for this hotel entchieden. No shops directly next to it, but all in 5 to 10 minutes on foot to reach. parking garage is also directly next to it, also very close to the Ben Franlin bridge, on the we arrived.

Hotel is only three minutes from sights as Liberty Bell away. Main road with Macy's and other shopping possibilities about about 10 to 15 minutes within walking distance. Hotel rooms very spacious and Wiki in the entire hotel free of charge! read more

This was the first hotel we stayed in during our trip. The location to the sights and shops and restaurants, is great. The rooms were nothing special, but appropriately equipped for American standards and relatively large. The windows were already for a very long time not been cleaned. The willingness to help and the friendliness of the front desk was kept within limits. For a short city trip the hotel but still recommend. read more

The hotel is definitely not coming out of the Ascend, is however ideally located within walking distance to explore the historical city centre. There is nothing to complain about overall, the air conditioning could be individually cool and heat. The bar/restaurant was okay, in the environment gives it however as in all major cities many alternatives. Parking in the hotel garage cost $25/day. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building, according to the room location but not the best signal strength. read more

The best hotel of our trip. Clean, friendly and professional staff. Parking is extremely high but here actually, everything was right. There are many restaurants nearby and the Independence Hall is just around the corner. You can easily reach everything on foot. The pool on the roof was amazing. read more

We had a very nice room and the location right on the historic district is just not on top. Only a safe was missing, but the valuables at the front desk locked.HCLFHLUnfortunately, we had to change the room yet, as we had a loud hum in the room could hear mechanical could explain, which neither security nor technician. Therefor it was then a delicious breakfast buffet as compensation. read more

Perfect location right in the center of the city, close to the Benjamin Franklin bridge and still fairly quiet. Right next to the hotel there is a parking garage, in which one can park your rental car and often and go.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe room was nice and installed with two queen size beds and a flat-screen tv. The cleanliness was okay. Only the safe in the room we missed, it is right by the front desk the opportunity.HCLFHLHCLFHLExcept for the vending machines on the room floor, we used the gastronomy in the hotel, as there are countless possibilities nearby.
