Where the 4 stars come from you don't you know. At the hotel 2 to the front desk and for breakfast to come, you need in the winter a coat and the 1 hike a gps. The tables are then in the breakfast room so small, that you don't have 2. the plates could store. And this must one then himself, since the staff not interested. In short- staff in the restaurant minus, on and from check but polite and helpful. The rooms are more chambers, no mini bar.
Overall is the a 2 star hotel. read more

Very attractive, quiet and centrally located hotel. The separation in two houses is took some getting used to, but no real problem. One comes dryshod of a house in the other. For my repeated stay in Münster book i the hotel definitely again. read more

Were the christmas market in Münster, since we already in july booked we were very dissapointed the we in a side building were accommodated. This was only by the underground car park or in the middle on the fußgängengerzone to reach, which in the morning for breakfast was very uncomfortable. The side building had no 4 stars. Was disappointing in the restaurant the pfannenschnitzel something from the deep fryer was, really was great the breakfast buffet where everything was fresh and something for everyone was. read more

A good hotel for a single trip. Nice, but small room, for sleeping but it was fine. Cleaning staff is very pushy, is into the room, at the sign 'please do not disturb and is very annoying for the return trip.
Breakfast room rather uncomfortable, food great, also with sparkling wine, but the tables not cleared and there are only after a long wait coffee.
Location is on the edge of small center, therefor for shopping great. read more

A very nice hotel. Parking spaces there are directly below the hotel in the underground garage. Hotel consists of 2 houses which the only negative is, the we in the house 2 were and for breakfast first have a place to walk around the house 1 to come, where the breakfast waited. The hotel was quite fully booked, we were lucky that we for breakfast a seat had, the guests after we had to partly 20 minutes wait. However the breakfast had everything which one could desire. Nothing to moan. Was really top. Would book it again any time, also ..., because it was so central in the town and sufficient shops right on the hotel there was. read more

On arrival you will see, that the hotel very confusing in 2 different houses is divided into, the connection between the two houses inconvenient.
The furnishing the room is good, when the bathroom was not clean and no schminktücher in the existing holder were.
It was our second stay in this house. This time we had a comfort room promised, but no difference to another 'standard -room' recognizable was.
The breakfast was very good, the choice and quality of the food was very good.

It is quite clear, that the hotel on the unquestionable very good location 'uprooted '.
Check in first at 16:30 o'clock have been possible. Very incompetent and at partly unfriendly staff.
A bar, in the front desk open should, we seek to today... The 'annoyed' waiter but also.
Room very small, our at least.
At the front desk you got neither umbrellas still some other useful information.
However: the breakfast is very good, such a variety you don't get everywhere.

We have us in the treff hotel super comfortable. The hotel is right in the pedestrian area from Münster and about 10 minutes on foot from the main station. It is modern and generously furnished, the rooms are pretty huge, the beds very comfortable and breakfast is the top. Here really doesn't lack nothing.
The staff are very friendly.
With our next stay in Münster we will the treff hotel definitely book it again. read more
