Very good starting point for the north the island to explore, lovely town with many places and urlaubsflair. Without children and good on foot a vacation here, if you are in a huge hotel with over 300 rooms and small faults and some unlänglichkeiten overlooked. The hotel is mainly englishmen and spaniards booked, why you prefer a room on the upper floors should rent, a little peace to get, there is a great view on the Teide or the atlantic ocean. The food is good and diverse, even if you in an uncomfortable 'dining room' eats. The pool is big ... and clean. All in all the hotel is recommendable. read more

Over the staff at reception and the cleaning crew you can't complain, all were friendly, helpful and nice, but the condition in the hotel is no four stars worth. Polluted carpet, also in the room, over holes in the carpet are simply cobble put. Missing lamp screens on the staircase are not replaced. The pool is clean but several places in the sunbed area it stinks erbärmlich after feces and channel. The hotel makes a very worn down impression. read more

We were 3 years in a row in the interpalace. Every year is the state of the hotel worse. There is no money invested for necessary repairs. The room furnishings need to be replaced. Carpets in corridors and stairs in need of renovation. Seating in the entrance hall worn-out. Swimming pool in the basement is not more filled with water. We evaluate the hotel only with 2 stars. For persons no large expectations bodies, we can recommend the hotel. read more

On arrival i noticed immediately the musty odor of the hotel on. When we our room entered we were frazzled. - musty odor in the lower floors - humidity on the walls - crumbling wallpapers - patio door, the not worn out left - stained carpets - stained blankets - tv from the middle-aged - broken safe - noisy ad nauseam My complaint was trying to ignore them and only considered important, after i with my tour operator phone and this the front desk deft had. The new room pointed out to the above-mentioned drawbacks also visitors cockroaches. We changed ... the new room not and one night in the first room remain. We no eyes devoted to have. The following morning we moved to a bearable room on the 6 floor. The carpets were still in a modest condition, however the rest was to endure. The restaurant resembles a cafeteria. The hotel is good equipped but it has its best years behind itself. It needs to urgently renovated! Carpets are worn. The tiled floors were partly broken. When it rains penetrates already times at different places water a. Actually it would be a good hotel in a good location. But 4 stars? Food is ok, unfortunately the plates sometimes not very well washed and wet! The indoor -swimming pool was unfortunately out of service. The pool area is nicely decorated and obviously very often Cleaned. The rooms are big enough and very well furnished. In short: nice but in need ... of renovation! read more

The interpalace is apparently to the architectural blunders from the 70. years, the in Puerto de la Cruz quite often there are; not as ugly as the pads in the beach, however also not nice. Generally didn't bother me the appearance not, but unfortunately is the interior on a old standards warp the carpets are scuffed and numerous bodies poorly repaired, the plaster solves from the walls and ceiling, mold everywhere. Questionable is also the condition the doors and locks: on our floor there were from any reasons at least four different türarten and schließsysteme (partly with card, partly with ... key, sometimes both). Also you looked at some doors traces of aufbruchversuchen -a safe is highly recommended here. The guests are rather older many germans, some englishmen and spanish. read more

    Also the gastronomy was - in all-inclusive-booking-very mixed. The breakfast buffet was average; halfway decent selection, quality but moderately. The lunch buffet was mostly from leftovers of the leftovers from and was below average.     At sport there was a tennis court, a Boccia-train, Midget Golf and a gym. Tennis you could in all-inclusive free to play, the rackets for hire were all already poorly repaired and not really recommendable. Moreover, the court only by a holey hedge of separated by a street, the a or other ball lands therefore also times gladly far outside the hotel. The fitness room we didn't try it. For sport and entertainment i count also the spa area, the in the neighboring hotel is. Spa is exaggerated but-there is a sauna with durchgebogenen chairs, a steam room, with which one the feet almost at the geeky nearby dampfauslass scalded, and a jacuzzi, which we ourselves from inexplicable reasons was closed. The spa area is in my opinion absolutely not recommendable - if you like something (for example in the winter months as bad weather-alternative) importance, should a far elbow around this hotel make. The pool area itself is small, but quite nicely arranged; there were enough beach chairs, the pool bar is nice. Which however at all does not go : the pool is not heated, and even after the sun without clouds up to the late afternoon the water is so cold, that swimming was very unpleasant. And that was obviously not only my own: the most, the in the pool cracked are, came after less than a minute right again out, and the pool was during the day almost always empty. The advertised pool was not filled and thus not usable! The entertainment we didn't particularly interested; by the pool the whole was refreshing unobtrusive, the evening entertainment ranged from funny to surprisingly good.

    The interpalace is located in la paz, a slightly higher part of Puerto de la Cruz. According to description is the beach circa 1.5 kilometer away; it may be again, but on the one hand you have to but uphill therewithin back, and to the other is the beach - at least in december/januer -not for swimming adequate. Right next to it is the lago martianez, a beautiful sea water pool-fully for swimming recommendable. In the vicinity of the hotel are amongst others the botanical gardens and various pubs /restaurants and shops. So if you by the lack of the beach is is the location alright. The Loro Parque - for some the main attraction of tenerife-is not very far away from Puerto de la Cruz.

A hotel, we never felt good. Four star, a joke. At the front desk one is noticeably indifferent like a nothing treated. Complaints are ignored. A safe was not functioning us rents and still on the fee existed (21,00 Euro/ week). Our very poorly soundproofed room was quite large but left because of the broken and dirty carpeting a depressing impression. The cleaning the room was very superficially. The buffet gave the 'charm' a cafeteria. Large quantities of various meals were in a landslide prepared and cool so quickly. The quality of the food was tidy. In the pool ... area played a number of drunken guests to far after midnight from; no pleasure, to hang out there. We are with no large demands flown, the evaluation was not good, but we wanted to our own opinion. The interpalace has gotten old. Due to the many savings with the staff I do not the atmosphere of the past. The staff at the buffet is really very hard. All inclusive makes it the service very difficult, we know the English. We had the half board and the is in our opinion completely sufficient and good. Very close, in the Angelo, live music and lots of shops also a great supermarket. In two minutes one is in the free nature direction bollullo, a small beach, secret tip. It was a really great vacation with 27 °C during the day ... and 20 at night. It is often cloudy but very pleasant, one we nevertheless brown. Outside of puerto on search go to small restaurants and pubs find one is erstaund on the difference in price with good quality, fun. Everything is lush green and very clean. Puerto is a very nice old spanish town and it is very much, don't worry there is not lots of construction works. Puerto is always worth a trip not to forget the Loro park. With us 48 and 42 years is the battery to 11 days fully. If you don't more slippers will take you a taxi that on every corner a and costs 3 Euro to the hotel. I hope it will again something to the hotel invested apart from that tight 4 stars. read more

Depending on the requirements you should seriously consider, whether you this hotel bay. The hotel consists of two ' building blocks' the from the outside much to be desired leave. The rooms are very clean, however was our balcony door broken and you could not be locked. (safe costs, as in the most other hotels also). Wireless internet costs per week 25€ and is only in the lobby available; inconceivable in today's time. All inclusive was more or less fine, however is the food very selected and only in the dining hall possible, not outdoors. Lunch packages are not available ... and if you are a bit for a day trip from the breakfast to take, is this in question. In the most other hotels are either lp inclusive or one may be package for breakfast do-it-yourself. Very many british people in the hotel. read more

    There is just a restaurant (in the building). Wine from normal glasses be drunk. Food is very selected, however reasonable. Guests were partly not properly dressed. Plate stappeln partly on the tables. To our travel time had only one bar the pool on, however there were not enough seating for all of the guest. Drinks you prepared in all-inclusive itself to. On two evenings was the outdoor bar and a bar in the basement of the building open, however, we were not informed and you had to yourself. Paper cups and plates from the lunch were often still in the evening on the tables at the pool bar.

    You drove about 70 minutes to the airport in the south. In the north is an airport, but then must one over Madrid flies. It is only a very small, dark sandy beach, the in circa 10 minutes away by foot reach can. However there is a manmade pool area, the very nice is, but 4.50 per person (without umbrella) costs. There are shops varied nearby. We had during our stay three rainy days and have therefore a car and are rented to the white sandy beach with Santa Cruz and in the south drove.

The hotel is very outdated and just squeezed out to have a bit of money to be made. Our room had the four-star standard completely missed. The hygiene and the furnishing were catastrophic. Air conditioning worked the entire vacation not and would also after repeated complaint not repaired. Fridge worked only partially (after desire and mood) and reading lamp on bed sagged (respect for electric shock risk). The inside area of the hotel is also to be enjoyed with caution (fall danger on the steps by zertretenen and advanced carpet). Carpets in the corridor area is totally dirty with massive ... mold (dangerous). Willingness of the staff is the same, as a communication with the wall. Frequented this hotel mainly spanish, English and German. All age groups represented. read more

    The furnishings the age of the hotel. Was more or less fine except for the a lot of stains in the carpet. Fridge was empty. There was not even a welcome drink.

    Open was the dining room and the pool bar. The essenange -offered was plentiful-but could been more diverse. Dishes, glasses and cutlery you had to control-were more than often still with meal remainders occupied. At the pool bar there all drinks in thin plastic cups, even coffee and tea. Drinks you had to even mix. Juices in addition, there was from vending machines-tasted more after water. If you wanted a real shake-prepared from the staff - you had to pay extra (also alsall -included-tourist).

    The hotel lies between 2 streets - noise from the street day and night pre-programmed. Shopping opportunities in the area. Excursions there are plentiful. You should definitely the loro park, great. Distance to the beach circa 20 minutes-bad accessible, if you are disabled.

Big dirty hotel. The furnishing in the lobby in this four star hotel is so dirty and greasy that isn't on at all. In the rooms was still the dirt from the previous guest. The carpet in the hallways was so dirty the fact already been hurt. Absolutely run down with a pool around and not even cleaned. Chairs were absolute rarity. If you don't until 8 reserved had to the day on a plastic chair spend. We had all-inclusive ouch! Reheated food from the lunch in the evening. And the remainder oh no. read more

    Unclean! The dirt from the previous guests was still in all corners. In the bathroom was the shower's wall so full with mold. I would like to not at all further writing. The room was otherwise respond but the furnishing getting a bit old. TV was broken. NA ja. Air conditioning was available but since only a laues lütchen out. The fridge could from the inside to be cleaned.

That got the guests than evenings warmed up with something fresh again on the plate. The snacks in between we do not touch. So you always got full. The drinks were drinkable.     When we at reception as German to see gave was the comment with high pulled eyebrows' oh German '. There were üerwiegend English and spanish in this hotel. The remaining 20% were from the rest of the globe. But we could well in German vertändigen. The service was rather reject and grumpy. The cleaning of the rooms consisted of making the bed and bathroom superficially clean. That was it. Complaints with high pulled eyebrows, as at check in welcome. That was that. Nothing happened.

    Entertainers gave me really suffering done. The did in 2 other installations this hotel attached were the guests belustigen. Evening events were just rubbish. But since we had also nothing other expected. Although the pool area was not too large and loungers rarity he was allowed from the guests the 2 neighboring hotels be used. In the other hotels there was no all inclusive offer and so the guests with all inclusive in our hotel come. It was always very busy. From the 2 showers by the pool was a permanently broken. 1 third of the chairs were broken actually no longer usable.

    Is above but great environment. Pubs and supermarkets without limits. The hotel is 500 meters the botanical garden away. By bus to the 'beach' about 15 minutes. Then one was at a dusteren garage and we had to walk through a shopping center than the road down to the' beach'. The current was so strong that hardly be swum could. So in the great swimming pool. Great thing! And the loro park not ignore. Absolutely great!
