A hotel at good location, 5 minutes from tram, metro and train. 20 minutes to the center or central station. Professional front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast; something for everyone as to 'is no longer'. Bathroom a bit small and cool, but everything you need is available. 8-tung shower in the bath tub, for older guests a bit dangerous. Also the hotel is sound-proofed, showers from other guests or trampling on the courses is good audible, there is also no allergic rooms ( teppichöden a bit unhygienic as getting quite old). Room otherwise ok, large enough, bed alright tv if ... you need with many channels, desk, minibar (cheap). A very busy hotel, where for breakfast just a bit hectic, since many very young guests there are/were. read more

A very nice city hotel. Very easy to reach from the airport with the metro. From the train station Rai only few minutes on foot. From there also problem-free with the tram or the metro into the city. The rooms nice and big, closet, gold light fittings and coffee maker. Bath big enough with tub. Windows open.
The breakfast was great, there was everything cold cuts, cheese, jam, pastries, muesli, fresh fruits, eggs, warm sausages and co. And everything as a large selection and very good. Fresh fried eggs were, omelet prepared. The service quick and very friendly. Really great! ...
Check-in and check out fast and without any problems, friendly waiters!
We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again, the location well, public. Transport great and one is fast in the city with the tram or metro and the 24-hour card for 11,00 Euro in any trips.
Sauna area separately for women and men, relaxation room but again, nice fitness area. read more

Nice entrance hall, extremely friendly staff. The rooms are but for a 4 Sternhotel very small and the carpet was already a bit outdated. Disturbed us also, that we for radio and television could €9 per day to pay. The tram is 4-5-minute walk from the hotel and the train, right to the airport drives, also. read more

For my standards a classy hotel. Rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff are friendly. The castle of the mini bar was broken, for me but no role.
Was rather a business hotel, that means it's not 'family 'or' homey ', i still felt very much at ease. The cost for parking (if circa 80 Euro been) we were for the return trip given. read more

We have 3. in the room used. The sofa bed is not very comfortable - mattress too thin.
Room for 2 people big enough, three very cramped.
Blanket wasn't a problem.
There is a kettle, as well as Instant coffee and tea in the room.
Were 2 times 2 nights. For the first time bathroom ' spotless' clean, the second time' well'.
Breakfast buffet very well, if you in the main restaurant get a seat. An adjoining less choice. read more

There it gave for us demanding family nothing to complain about. We had a reasonable Sommertarif including breakfast booked. What we noticed: refined atmosphere, hotel is not brand new, but top modernized. Breakfast buffet first class, leaves nothing to be desired - you will also for breakfast a free set table. Subway is 3 minutes on foot on the same side of the road reachable, in the 15 minutes one is directly in the center. Parking directly at the hotel - but a bit expensive. Room with good and silent air conditioning, window well insulated. Staff at the front desk ... with very friendly and helpful ( we had a problem with a Doppelbuchung -was immediately dealt with and the referral leads).
Without room card runs the elevator-good precaution! read more

Modern hotel outside the city, restaurant is very recommendable, for groups in the restaurant is too few serving staff in use = very long waiting periods
Room and all other hotel areas are modern, price-performance is okay

Good location for a city trip. The course drives more or less before the türe directly to the town center ( about 20 minutes Itinerary ). The hotel is massive. Almost a little too large for my taste. Accordingly were full also the whole hotel with masses of guests. Nevertheless but the hotel all the guests great to serve, because all of the staff are aim. Rooms are well equipped, new, clean bathrooms, everything was great! Very delicious food in the restaurant. Fair value for money. No romantic hotel, but super for 2a 3 days. read more

For a meeting or event a good hotel. Near the airport located ( about 20 minutes drive). Also the city center of Amsterdam reaches one quite fast. You should stay away from the gray block initially to be unsatisfactory. Inside it is tastefully decorated. Also the rooms are well furnished and clean.
Only for breakfast the very open kept breakfast somewhat station atmosphere on. read more

Actually the hotel was altogether good. The entrance area and the restaurant are mega trendy. The rooms were okay. Large shortcoming was the cleanliness. We had two rooms and in both we had several things to complain about. With us in the room it was dusty, we had leftovers from our' previous tenants' on the night tables, hair in the bathroom and the flush activated, you should not exactly on the button look.
The breakfast buffet was really good! It was anytime again up to the end of refilled. The selection was really good. Cleanliness there. So so. On the ... second day it was a bit crowded, and it was the staff not afterwards. Under our table for example still an old rolls.
The connection to public transport was also good. Only a couple of minutes path on Europaboulevard you were there and could in the city center drive. The staff at reception has us in addition to all kinds of tips. read more

Unfortunately a bit out of the way but due to very good Binding by the public transport ( TRAM) in about 15 to 20 minutes in the center. Only from midnight hard to get back to your room since then no trains leave.
Very good equipped and modern renovated Novotel. Anytime again!
The breakfast buffet is huge and has a great choice. The employees are friendly and unobtrusive. read more

this hotel is really nothing negative to say about it, except for the price. But unfortunately, in this respect, the agreement hotels in Amsterdam. A reference to the location of the hotel, from the previous reviews I, before my stay I read, not so clear: it is about a five-minute walk from the bus stop 'RAI'. From here take tram four, as well as, right next to it, metro line 51 or train. Tram terminus to four runs from about 30-35 main station RAI last minute, because they share the track body over long distances cars, and so in a ... traffic jam. The metro is about twelve minutes to the main station in. The train is for getting to/from the airport, the train station is in the basement of the airport, from the airport to the RAI station there are two stops (just a stop between Zuid is) and approximately twelve minutes. The drive from the airport to the hotel we had to take a taxi because Zugausfall, which caused the deaths of 33, ten euro. The train journey cost two, 50 euro/adult tickets at the machines or at the three, 00 Euro purchase at the check-in counter. About the hotel itself: breakfast buffet offers everything, which one could imagine (serrano-ham, salmon). Free Internet access is very convenient (four PCs) including free printer so you can print out before flying out the boardinghouse passports and toil not the machine at the airport. read more

The carpet in the room looked, as if it had not been cleaned for years. When we arrived in the bathroom/toilet was a lot of hair from the previous guest to find. The vent in the bathroom and toilet did not work. The check-in process was 'canteens-level '. The provision of drinks was very hesitant, but no payment had, although you had not yet finished. The conditions at the breakfast on the first morning of the same camp. read more
