All suites, spacious, furniture is ok, but partly worn. All rooms have huge balconies, the view varies depending on the location. Bathrooms very spacious. Cleanliness very good room service.

Breakfast varied, fruit (fresh), yogurt, granola, fresh omelets; everything was plentiful and good. In the evening there a bit boring, salad selection changes too few, main courses are very untypical for Spain, it repeats itself very much-was in january for 2 weeks, now the same card-there is no creativity and moreover, the italian chef welcomes unfortunately only the regular guests and does not with the guests, the longer in the hotel or also repeated there again, this is strange! Desserts there was also, next to ice also sweet cakes and fresh fruits. The pool bar is from 12-22 hours open, pleasant atmosphere! The prices are average, adequate. Otherwise no bar.

Friendly waiters, on request almost every wish was fulfilled, Foreign languages of the staff could be improved, the of the guests but also - many germans think not at all it just a word to know how to speak some spanish, this is sad but true. Room service was very good, daily, everything is great! Telefonsiche calls-no direct connection into the room - takes often very long.

There was in the hotel not any -wonderful, of which one wishes oneself more houses! Pool area very nice, clean and tidy. Beach chairs sufficient reservation in the morning not required!

Great location, that means magnificent view on the golf course to the sea, who right next to the sea want to stay is in the wrong place here. For this peaceful location and also altogether a quiet hotel, there not any entertainment and no entertainment-that is great! Rooms/suites are very spacious and clean. Food is if one remains longer rather little variety. The service is generally friendly and ok. The spa is, although generous unfortunately not recommended, many facilities are broken and very unhygienic. Then better to the beach walking... Approximately 25 minutes from the hotel. International mixed guests, singles and couples (gay and hetero).

Absolutely quiet and very nice location-view 1 + and yet centrally located, since in the middle of Playa del Ingles, ideal for gays, as the bars just round the corner are. Restaurants and other hotels are enough around the corner to the selection, shopping center (2) and the wiener café, which one wants meehr!

Room large and tidy. What we had to complain about, was the hard mattresses!

There was just the pool bar and the service was ok! Daily freshly squeezed vitaminsaft the vacations by the pool served for free!

The staff at reception, as well as the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and could talk in German. Evenings by the pool the a or other waiter already sometimes tense, especially at the weekend if the locals are flown in. You had the feeling, that the compatriots were preferred!

Very quiet pool area, in which you good swim laps could without disability of screaming children! Enough chairs and sun screens available, not by towels reserve had.

Ideal suites number of (58) small comfortable complex! Cleanliness breakfast super and the dinner topped! Age structure from 25 to 65 years -German-swiss-austrians, as well as Sweden were represented -altogether pleasant contemporaries!

Very quiet with a great view on the golf course to Maspalomas located. Beach about 15 minute walk away... Completely fine. Shops nearby as much as you like :-)

The suites are simply great and huge. Because of the set pictures you could the suites I have stayed at. It wasn't missing anything. The furniture is tastefully and nice. The bathroom with 2 washbasin. Beautiful balcony or terrace to the pool. Mini bar stocked, but with use not refilled. The condition the suites was great. Since I do not understand the negative comments from a couples say it is on the outer walls damp or on the door frames redissolves down the casing or ants eat another insect or, or... If you are in the south, one should be before in the clear, that the humidity is higher and plaster already times crumble and in such a busy complex of course also sometime gevbrauchsspuren and it also bugs are...

The breakfast was hearty, breakfast is served inside, but was okay. It was all possible egg dishes, muesli, fruit, sausage, cheese, rolls and sweet. Jams was portions but plentiful. Sparkling wine was with included. For breakfast you had to often find a table, the so as the previous guest left, he was then however immediately cleared away and newly set. It is not like many large installations, it is a nice, steamed mood with beautiful music, you can hear no cutlery and plates geklappere. The dinner was great, from the dining to the -course menu. You could with the appetizer and with the main course in each case from 2 dishes. Everything we had was really tasty. The dinner was outside by the pool with stunning panoramic views. Simply great! The beverage prices were directly like in Germany. Bottle wine starting from 15,00 Euro, beer depending on the size (0.4 liter 3,20 Euro) half pint water 2,00 Euro. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Staff in the lobby great. All knew well, otherwise, you could communicate in English. We had bikes to rent want. The settlement but the front desk inherited, so that we have nothing to worry about. Everything was actually great, the only fault was with us the cleaning of the rooms. We eventually discovered, that after the cleaning of the rooms the same towels again got, nice neatly folded, but dirty. What is with 4 stars not sunday We know it usually, that if the towels on the floor pool chairs were changed, they remain hang you can again use. The floors were often with fine sand covered, whether as always they mopped? We wanted a second sheet, that we have and then the front desk even in/out privileges, but the staff immediately again ready and the wish was fulfilled! The mini bar after use not refilled and only all a couple of days the used glasses renewed. As mentioned, small problem, but they were there.

Spa area when we tight 30 °c, it wasn't used, are at the beach gone. The spa area looked great from. The fitness equipment we looked at, as we every day extensively bicycle drove and through the dunes hiking. Entertainment respectively entertainment there was not, which also great and you don't need. The pool was beautiful, but of course very warm with the heat, loungers there was always and were always available, but there were really yet people the mornings at 9 already loungers reserved, that was really laugh... But if you are always on the same beach chair would, the must do good ;-). Only 2 paare with very young children. The complex is also nothing for larger children, since only a paddling pool next to the pool is available. It was wonderful peace.

Well-kept quiet 'small' complex with panoramic views. Too many guests between 35 to upwards. Half board recommendable, we rarely so good on vacation eaten. With the cleanliness the suites were small faults. The employees the front desk immediately all wishes and concerns and made sure to remedy the problem. Great complex!

As mentioned, it is quiet, but central, that you well into the city respectively to the shopping centers,. The panoramic views to Maspalomas and melonares, as well as on the dunes to the sea simply great! Through the neighboring golf course, a lot of green with flowering plants and palm trees, where the landscape otherwise a bit scant is, here but not. The dune beach it was a piece of, but we had us on the first day bicycles rented, with which one fast at the goal and also sport some activities. Who however direct quick beach area want is in the wrong place here, with the installations directly at the beach not so liked.

The suites are very large and well equipped. Double sink in the bathroom, as well as bath tub and bidet are available. There is also flat screen-tv in the living room and a' normal' tv in the bedroom. The air conditioning is for both rooms are separately adjustable and very silent and effectively. The suites in the wings of the ground floor have a direct access to the pool.

There is a breakfast restaurant, the daily rich breakfast buffet offers. The breakfast is for a 4 stars hotel just. There were canarian products exactly offered as things, the German are used. The dinner is usually by the pool serves, what with the view wonderful in the sunset is. Not too perfect weather is the dinner however in the restaurant misplaced. This has unfortunately to effect, that the complete service completely mess got. This has been by the pool not always very smoothly, is however always make an effort. The selection of the offered dishes could changeable and maybe a bit more imaginative should be drawn up. The quality varies from very good to sufficient.

The staff at the hotel is without exception friendly but not pushy. Communication is in any case on German, if necessary helped English. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. To the dealing with complaints we can't say anything, since there wasn't one.

There was a wellness area, we not taken into account and therefore not judge. The lag mostly because, that the swimming pool is very nice and much relaxation offers. Loungers, umbrella and showers are new and sufficiently available. The pool is clean and in two areas (heated and not heated) divided. In the morning free fruchsmoothies distributed. The building features a free wi-fi, what is not self-evident.

The hotel is compared to many other in Playa del Ingles relatively small and well arranged. It is therefore a rather peaceful hotel. There is no fight for the chairs by the pool as for the number of guests sufficiently available are. The hotel is in the entire area absolutely clean and tidy. The pool was cleaned every morning and water samples were taken. The guest structure mainly consisted of German. In addition to some English and spanish the mainly at the weekend short break make.

The location is good, it is however important, which personally important is. Who every day at the beach to go would like, is about one and a half kilometer to the dunes or with the taxi go. Yumbo and Cita are in 5 minutes on foot reachable, nevertheless the hotel lies absolutely quiet and has a magnificent view over the campo del golf to the dunes and the lighthouse of Maspalomas.

And if it 7 stars if I would 7 soutenant. Quality, selection and service both for breakfast however Especially during dinner perfect. Choice of the menus and no annoying pushing at the buffet. The waiter serves at the table on the sun terrace by the pool with Steamed music. The chef is just a source of enrichment for The hotel and the welfare of the guests.
