    Our room was promotion room and really very nice. The bathroom was with a shower furnished and a foehn was likewise firmly installed. The rest of the room was split. The living/sleeping area had a wardrobe, dresser with a tv, 2 beds. The 2. part was by a zuziehbaren curtain separated and was a seat area with small coffee table. In addition we had still a big balcony south. The room would be cleaned daily and figures adorned with flowers the rounded whole off.

    In spite of the many warnings, which we in advance heard, we can't complain. We had ice in our drinks, have fruit, vegetables and salads, even raw fish in the sushi dinner, as well as the local food try, without any complaints to have. Also the other guests with whom we contact had, complained never over nausea/vomiting/diarrhoea. The dishes were very diverse and almost around the clock available, so that something there for every taste was. Drinks were also completely okay, considering, that such countries do not normally alcoholic beverages and no fresh juice and so on.

    Here, i can be brief : the service was perfect! The service was from early in the morning until into the night always friendly, helpful and brought even the largest morgenmuffel with a great sense of humor to laugh. One got drinks often brought to the table and it was always asked, whether one still supply needs, as soon as the glass was not completely empty was. The language skills were also very good. German, english, russian were really all. Rooms were daily piccobello clean. During the dinner in this 1 week whole 4 times after fronts or similar asked. As we said, we could have had a gecko than pet (only 1 night), the us but not disturbs was promptly on the same evening someone with us in the room and looked to the right.

Optimal size (270 rooms) with very well maintained green garden the centrally designed. However no safety deposit box rooms (there is free at the reception) Wifi is liable to pay the costs. The old crt, probably soon the spirit.     A large dining room, a pool bar and a beach bar, all in an ideal location with short paths. Where you can eat outside sit (nice). In the outdoor area, as well as in the restaurant fresh delicious grill things (local and international) prepared. (a matter of taste) The beautiful beach and the attractive pool was good and sufficient large with enough sunbeds and especially at the beach enough shade. Really beautiful hotel with a beautiful and maintained grounds (garden). Rooms are big enough with a curtain with separate jacuzzi. The room was always cleaned and was in good condition! For internet you had to pay extra! Food was enough and diverse! Everything there! Even for children pizza and burgers! Guests 2/3 russians!     The leisure activities were good! Kids club we didn't need it, but i have seen, that the girls very good to the smallest took care! The entertainment for the 10-14-year-old was rather scant!     The hotel is about 25 minutes drive from the airport and lies directly at the beach! For shopping you have to about 10 minutes walk in a small village where sufficient shops are! Other restaurants we didn't visit, since we had all-inclusive.

Relaxation, sun, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, food, beverage relaxation, in this very nice hotel area, right next to the sea, only over a pedestrian precinct to the hotel-own sand beach with an offshore coral reefs. Transfer from the airport in the Makadi Bay circa 40 minutes, almost no airplane noise. The badeparadies with numerous water slides for young and old, free entrance and bus from the hotel circa 05 minutes for the best entertainment, and hotelpersonahl, from morning until into the night. Then came the guests from the east Europa, the peace and quiet was over, and the income of ... the meals was below any culture. The bedouins have a far better beach! We were 6 people in the ages of to and will be returning again to this very good and maintained hotel plant drive. read more

A wonderful offering a clear view family hotel in a great environment ( Madinat Makadi). There are circa 9 hotels in this resort. The Makadi club lies directly at the beach with private nearby reef. You have everywhere now short paths and need a map, as i in other hotels already experienced. The rooms are massive, whereas the bathrooms perhaps a bit shabby were. But that didn't bother us. It is only 1 restaurant, but all offers, what the hips anschwillen leaves \u263a. It is but also Dine around against an extra charge offered, if you go somewhere else to ... eat would like. Near 1 week no issue. In the sultan bar you can meet in the evening. Perhaps for a longer stay somewhat few is. However the entertainers make a great job and are always great program on the legs. Wifi is available, unfortunately very expensive and only at the front desk. The will in future better. The employees are without exception great. Always a smile and at all times for fun. To 2 days did you know our asks for the lunch and dinner. A tip would be still 'Makadi Water World' in less than 10 minutes away. The slide park is in all inclusive included and simply brilliant. Itself food and drinks are free. The you should not to be missed! We had great value for money. For 358 with 1, 2 fly traveled. For this hotel i would in any case spend more. After deliberations with the holiday period there and the available flights plus reviews and price we are on the Sol y Mar Club Makadi prodded. Contrary to other views we found the complex not small, however rather medium to large. But it is always in the eye of the beholder. The rooms in several smaller buildings. Noticed it is us that it actually no good and bad were the room gave, but all ... good. This is because the all rooms the garden/pool side show. Although we of course not may exclude the on 100 percent the room is true. However, we have no rooms to the roadside seen. The garden with a children's playground is park-like decorated and beautiful. One finds palm trees, colorful flowers and trees in the beautiful forms. Everything is really very neat! Come 10-02-2013 again Hurghada Makadi Bay Sol Y Mar Club. 4,5 stars, great pampering -program. 26 degree, its skies and crystal clear water. Brilliant. The food in the selection and arrangement perfect. Freshly prepared, meat, fish, seafood, salads, sweet food. For any taste find something including. Local specialities are in the more limited choice, but it is ok. The staff was very friendly and not intrusive. Everything a vacation perfect power. For me it was the first time in Egypt ..., but it will be many years consequences. I'm thrilled. Just a few hours' flight from Germany in the middle in the summer. read more

    Rooms were large and spacious. Air conditioning was available, but not used. You get every day a large bottle of water to the room provided. I found the a kettle there was, where you can get yourself to make coffee or tea. Was also every day refilled. Room were cleaned each day and the size from the bathroom was enough.

    There was a large main restaurant and several bars. The food was very good and something for everyone there. Everything was very nice presented, as you had to easy access. The restaurant was very clean and dirty dishes were immediately from the staff cleared away. There were different dishes, local, english, german and russian guests. A strong praise to the kitchen staff, with the food was very much trouble. Also for the bantering treats in the evening, as small meals chocolates or schokoerdbeeren. Also a thanks to the very nice attendants, the always for a small joke were. If you served in a friendly manner will, was happy to leave a tip, but not required. But if one sees, how long there the staff on the day, and in the evening still so friendly, gives you the pleasure.

    The service was in the entire hotel excellent, there was not everywhere sunday One was constantly addressed, wether everything is okay or there any complaints. If there was any, the immediately abhlife created. (for example door easily jam a foot). Room cleaning was perfect, one was every day with a young guests surprised. Child care or doctor we didn't use, so we can't comment on that.

    Direct at the beach and from the airport approximately 30 minutes away with the bus. Opposite from the hotel there is a small mall, more do you want, you should to Hurghada go. Good bus connections are available or right from the hotel organized. There were restaurants nearby, but we didn't use it.

It was a great vacation! The complex is rather small, one has everywhere go short distances, which with a child is excellent. The service is first class, the rooms good, the food excellent. The cleanliness is brilliant. Our four son is still much in the mouth, not a problem, didn't get ill. You immediately cared about the requests the vacationer. Our son is much around running in the restaurant, nobody cares, all strive for the children. You just feel all around probably! Also the design of the hotel is really nice and a beautiful nearby reef there are. Nevertheless you ... have direct entrance into the sea, perfect with a child. Very pleasant is, that you at pool and beach none music speaker sounds is suspended. We were already often in Egypt, have now but our found native hotel. Very clean and nice hotel! A major negative point, we have to complain about: Mini bar is nothing recommendable to use! Almost three times the amount paid as we altogether had, since it appeared from the cleaning staff 2-3 was written, taking it to our and times in the room our known has done. Good at the hotel was: + the beach was exactly in front of the hotel; Was maintained, enough sunbeds there were + staff always greeted in a friendly manner + waiters were all very friendly + on our bed were daily new figures from towels crafts + one could much sport activities, ham we did not done, but you the possibility Volleyball, boccha, Tennis and much more to play + the water slides park, in the free fit in, was very great \u263a I have never had such a many slides at once together seen. It was for each age ... which thereby. And the lifeguards at the slides very friendly + at ' holy three kings' the dining room very sweet executed. Everything was in white glazing and the waiters have delightful well looked, in addition there was more food like for instance strawberries \u263a + rooms were okay, were cleaned daily Bad at the hotel was: Directly at the beginning of the holiday. The man our luggage in the bus invited said 'happy new year' and indicated his hand in the 4 Euro were. And gave us to understand that we also so much to give. I wolld him't give (for which also? To complain about there is actually only the somewhat worn rooms (curtains dirty-lamp crooked and ummantellung broken) and the bathrooms ( tile grouting chipped fan inside dusty-outlet toilet totally dirty). Are all just small matters and perhaps not in all rooms sunday Otherwise very for cleanliness in the hotel respected. There was always someone with a brush and dustpan on the way. At our travel time was the guest structure in the 1. week very russians annoying-which but also safe at their christmas (06,01) was. They are but also not very negative. ... We especially want to emphasis sali and paule, and Patrik (2. week) from the animation team and Mohammed in the restaurant. Always very helpful, child-friendly and very accommodating! read more

Mini bar is available, but quite expensive for egyptian standards. Otherwise a kettle with tea or coffee in the room for free use.     There were all very friendly and very child friendly. The bellboy asked for, whether everything ok is. Safe at the front desk free. If you wanted to have something (other blanket or pillows) it was promptly taken care of. time per week surveys were made and with suggestions on the next day on it responded. Minus points only for the sometimes annoying angraberei from a waiter to of the pool bar (with the request but please not the man to say)... Ha? Hello we were with a small child there and it digs around... Since he should go to the single women. Beach bar-waiter was always fun and very pleasant.

    From the pools was only 1 pool was heated... But with the number of guests was fine. At the beach and at the pool there was decent and intact beach chairs and enough room. The kids club was great, not so many germans kids were on site... Usually only 2-3. but in the kids disco there was always something going on in the evening. The entertainment was great (sali-paule -Patrik-Ricardo) and appropriately pushy ☺ the pool was cleaned daily. The cushions in the theatre should be cleaned.

    Directly at the beach and a top quality at the hotel (extra divers). Transfer around 20 to 25 minutes. Otherwise there were enough shopping possibilities in the whole bay (if you the constant angequatschte gmaw) and 2 small shops in the hotel (all you have to be tough negotiators). Even the town pharmacy also says you need medicines only in case of emergency and makes then also the prices. At least in german drugs are concerned.
